The participants will be taken through the key procedures of surgical rejuvenation, including face lift, endoscopic brow lift and endoscopic midface lift. Two participants share one fresh frozen cadaveric head. On Oct 14 a full day anatomic workshop rhinoplasty is offered. The participants will be guided through the key approaches and maneuvers in rhinoplasty, including septoplasty, endonasal and open approaches, suture techniques, grafting, osteotomies, saddle nose reconstruction etc. Two participants share one fresh frozen cadaveric head with fully preserved nose. Workshop arricular reconstruction (Oct 13 and 14) A full day workshop auricular reconstruction is offered on Oct 13 and on Oct 14 (both are identical). One of the world’s leading experts, Ralph Magritz from Recklinghausen, Germany, will teach a limited number of participants the carving of an auricular framework. A special model of synthetic material resembling rib cartilage is utilized. Instrumentation, sutures and surgical technique are derived from what Dr. Magritz routinely uses in the operating room. The course program is specifically designed to teach facial plastic surgery techniques in a structured, step-wise manner.
