FESTIVAL DELLA CUCINA 2011
4^ edizione - ideato ed organizzato dall’Associazione Go Wine,
sarà uno dei grandi eventi della Primavera dei Vini in Langhe e
Roero. Ogni menù presenterà un’alternanza di piatti creati e realizzati dai
due chef protagonisti della serata. I grandi vini saranno protagonisti: a ciascun piatto sarà abbinato un vino, completando così una degustazione di
grande eccellenza. Ogni appuntamento conviviale avrà un costo di euro
120,00 a persona. Le prenotazioni dovranno essere effettuate presso i singoli ristoranti dove è previsto l’evento.

alle ore 20,30, quindici ristoranti della zona d’origine del Barbaresco
apriranno le loro porte ai commensali che vorranno trascorrere una serata piacevole in compagnia della loro cucina e dei Barbaresco 2008. In ogni
locale saranno serviti al bicchiere circa 60 Barbaresco 2008 suddivisi nelle
tre serate: un’occasione unica per capire ed apprezzare appieno la nuova
annata. Le degustazione saranno rigorosamente alla cieca e soltanto al termine della serata verranno svelati i nomi dei produttori; il prezzo varia a seconda del ristorante, per le prenotazioni telefonare direttamente ai ristoranti.

Rievocazione storica in occasione del 215° Anniversario dell’Armistizio di Cherasco del 28 Aprile 1796 tra il Generale Napoleone
Bonaparte e Vittorio Amedeo III attraverso la partecipazione di gruppi storici provenienti da tutta Europa che, con armi e uniformi fedeli al periodo storico rievocato, faranno rivivere lo spirito dell'epoca, in collaborazione con la
Fondazione De Benedetti Cherasco 1547. Inoltre momenti culturali e enogastronomici legati all'evento.
Reenactment for the 215th Anniversary of the Armistice of Cherasco of
the 28th of April 1796 between General Napoleon Bonaparte and Vittorio
Amedeo III through the participation of historical groups from all over Europe, with arms and uniforms to evoke the historical period, the spirit of the time will revive, in collaboration with the Fondazione De Benedetti Cherasco
