Swivel Castor Housings
Please find below a technical description of the swivel castor brackets of
our standard range of wheels and castors.
Institutional swivel castor brackets with up to 125 kg/275 lbs load
capacity
Pressed steel housing, zinced and chromated,
or stainless steel. Swivel head with double ball
race and riveted kingpin. With either top plate
or bolt hole fitting. ALLSTOP total locking device
on the trailing side of the housing, blocks rolling
and swivel motion simultaneously.
• Series 67, 67 D, 67 PU, 67 DPU (pressed steel)
• Series 67 NI, 67 PU NI, 67 XPU NI (pressed stainless steel)
Industrial swivel castor brackets with up to 400 kg/882 lbs load
capacity
Pressed steel housing, zinced and chromated,
or stainless steel. Swivel head with double ball
bearings, dust and splash proof, with riveted
kingpin. Standard version with top plate (bolt
hole fitting available on request). ALLSTOP
total locking device on the trailing side of the
housing, blocks rolling and swivel motion simultaneously.

capacity
Housings made of strong pressed steel, zinced
and chromated, or stainless steel. Swivel head
with double ball bearings, dust and splash proof.
Without kingpin. With grease nipple. ALLSTOP
total locking device on the trailing side of the
housing, blocks rolling and swivel motion simultaneously.
• Series WL, WL PU, WLX, 25, 203, 217 ALU PUR, 217 PUR
(pressed steel)
• Series WL NI, WL PU NI, WLX NI (pressed stainless steel)
Industrial swivel castors brackets with up to 725 kg/1,598 lbs load
capacity
Housings made of strong pressed steel, zinced
and chromated. Swivel head with double needle
roller thrust bearings and a ball bearing race
guiding the kingpin. Upper needle roller bearing
with hardened steel bearing shells. Kingpin bolted
and secured. ALLSTOP total locking device on
the non-trailing side of the housing, blocks rolling
and swivel motion simultaneously. Locking device
pressure adjustable.

Housings made of extra strong pressed steel,
zinced and chromated. Swivel head with double
ball bearing. Bearing shells of hardened steel.
Kingpin bolted and secured. ALLSTOP total
locking device on the non-trailing side of the
housing, blocks rolling and swivel motion simultaneously.

• Series 223 PUR (with PEVOPUR® wheels)
Precision heavy-duty swivel castor brackets with up to
6,000 kg/13,228 lbs load capacity
Two types of housing. Precise, rugged welded
steel construction. Swivel head with a highquality thrust ball bearing and a tapered roller
bearing for the guidance of the kingpin. All
bearing parts dust and splash proof. Also
available with wheel locking and/or directional
locking device.
