Therefore, you receive a confirmation email of XING events after the registration together with your invoice. Please transfer the amount to the specified account. Participants with billing address outside of Germany, Austria and Siwtzerland, please pay by credit card. By registering you agree that you may be seen as a participant in any photos or videos. Cancellation of your registration must be in writing and, up to two weeks prior to the start of the event, is subject to a processing fee of € 100,- plus the statutory VAT. Individuals whose cancellation is postmarked after the deadline are required to pay the full registration fee. If you are inhibited, the registration can be conferred to a colleague (without extra charge). For cancellation please use the link “cancellation options” in your confirmation e-mail that you received after your online registration. Please note: If the invoice amount has to be changed after booking, you have to pay a service fee of € 100,- plus the statutory VAT. Should the conference be canceled, the registration fee will be reimbursed in full. We will inform you immediately and transfer the paid fee back to your account.
