Abgestimmt auf die gewünschte Zielgruppe,
das bestehende Budget sowie das Produktkonzept bieten wir das passende Packmittel
an. Je nach Füllung können dies Lippenpflegestifte, Döschen oder auch Gloss-Container
sein. Den Großteil der Kunststoffprodukte
spritzen wir mit eigenen Kunststoffwerkzeugen
und bieten somit höchste Flexibilität.
Unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten der
Oberflächenbeschaffenheit wie metallisierte
Kunststoffe können je nach Einsatzzweck auch
zum Tragen kommen.
Zur Realisierung kurzer Lieferzeiten bedrucken
wir einen Großteil der Produkte bei uns im Haus.
Abhängig vom Motiv und dem Packmittel
setzen wir zur Veredelung Siebdruck, digitalen
Etikettendruck, digitale Folienheißprägung
oder Gravuren ein. Wir beraten Sie gerne,
welches Druckverfahren das geeignete ist.
Auch feine oder komplexe Motive können so
adäquat umgesetzt werden. Unser kreatives
Team der Designabteilung bietet darüber
hinaus Beratung bei allen grafischen Fragen
an, gerne auch ein komplettes Produktlayout.
Unsere Forschung & Entwicklung setzt
kontinuierlich neue Projekte im Bereich der
Lippenpflege um. In unserem eigenen Labor
werden von unserem Chemiker Rezepturen
nach Kundenwunsch entwickelt und
angemustert. Hauptsächlich verwenden wir
nachwachsende Rohstoffe und bieten auch
eine NATRUE-zertifizierte NaturkosmetikLippenpflege an. Namhafte, anerkannte
Institute bestätigen die hervorragende Qualität
unserer Rezepturen.
We offer packaging, which is suited to the
desired target group, the defined budget as
well as the requested product. Depending on
the filling, you can choose a lip balm in a stick
shape, a little tin or even a gloss container.
Most plastic products are injected with our own
moulds, which is why we can offer maximum
flexibility. Different options with regards to the
surface structure such as metallised plastics
can be produced according to the intended
purpose.
In order to meet tight delivery deadlines, we
print almost all products in-house. We
individualise the product with a silkscreen
print, a digitally printed label, a digital hot foil
stamp or an engraving, depending on the type
of logo and packaging. Even fine and complex
images can be made appropriately. We are
happy to give you advice on the type of printing
technique you need. In addition, our creative
team of designers can also offer advice if you
have any graphical questions - even if you are
looking for a completely new product layout.
As part of our research & development
initiative, we are constantly setting ourselves
new tasks in the field of lipcare. Our chemist
develops and tailors formulas to our clients'
requirements in our very own laboratory. We
mainly use renewable raw materials and also
offer a NATRUE-certified natural cosmetics
lipcare range. Well-known, respected
institutes have confirmed the outstanding
quality of our formulas.

Unsere eigene Bulkproduktion gewährleistet
höchste Flexibilität und Qualität. Sämtliche
Abläufe der Bulkproduktion folgen fest
definierten Verfahren, die kontinuierlich
weiterentwickelt und kontrolliert werden.
Eigens entwickelte oder vom Kunden gestellte
Rezepturen werden mit variablen Ansatzgrößen
produziert. Modernste Anlagen garantieren
gleichbleibende Qualität und ausreichende
Produktionskapazitäten. Hygiene, In-ProzessKontrollen und vollständige Dokumentation
sind für uns selbstverständlich.
Unsere modernen Abfüllanlagen ermöglichen
uns, in bis zu drei Schichten am Tag flexibel auf
unsere Kunden zu reagieren. Wir können
Lippenpflegestifte mit Ausschubhülse,
Döschen sowie Gloss abfüllen. Der Abfüllprozess kann auch als reine Lohnherstellung
erfolgen, für die unsere Kunden ihre Bulkware
und Packmittel beistellen. Die fachgerechte
Abfüllung erfolgt – wie die komplette
Produktion – unter Einhaltung der KosmetikGMP.
Wir verfügen über ein exzellentes
Qualitätsmanagement und setzen die
Kosmetikverordnung (KVO) sowie die KosmetikGMP zuverlässig um. Zusätzlich lassen wir
regelmäßig Kontrollen und Analysen der
Inhaltsstoffe unserer Produkte in namhaften
Labors durchführen. Fortlaufend geschulte
Fachkräfte kontrollieren und sichern bei allen
Produktionsschritten die Qualität – vom
Eingang der Rohstoffe bis zum Warenausgang.
Our in-house bulk production ensures
maximum flexibility and quality. All bulk
production processes follow clearly defined
procedures that are continually enhanced and
checked. Formulas developed in-house or
provided by clients are produced in variable
batch sizes. State-of-the-art facilities ensure
consistent quality and sufficient production
capacities. Hygiene, in-process checks and
complete documentation are a matter of
course for us.
Our modern filling lines allow us to fill even
major orders in up to three shifts per day. We
can fill lip balm sticks, jars and gloss
containers. Contract filling is also possible: in
this case, our clients provide the bulk goods
and packaging material and we only provide
the filling process. GMP guidelines for
cosmetics are complied with during filling and
throughout the entire production process.
We boast excellent quality management and
are committed to international cosmetic
legislation and GMP guidelines for cosmetics.
We also have an independent laboratory
regularly checking and analysing the
ingredients that go into our products.
Continuously trained specialists constantly
check and ensure the quality in every stage of
the production - from the moment the raw
materials are received until the goods leave our
warehouse.

entwickeln wir gerne individuelle Verpackungslösungen für unsere Kunden. Wir bieten nach
Wunsch bedruckte Karton- oder Blisterverpackungen für Lippenpflegestifte und
Döschen an und ergänzen diese auch um
weitere Artikel für den POS. Wir liefern in über
35 Länder und erledigen auf Wunsch
selbstverständlich auch alle Zollformalitäten.
Dabei arbeiten wir nur mit bewährten und
zuverlässigen Partnern zusammen.
Bei allen Produktentwicklungen legen wir
höchsten Wert auf die einwandfreie Qualität
aller Rohstoffe und Packmittel. Durch unsere
eigene Produktion in Köln haben wir alle
Produktionsschritte stets im Blick. Wir halten
für alle Rezepturen Sicherheitsbewertungen
sowie dermatologische Tests vor, um unseren
Kunden größtmögliche Sicherheit zu bieten. Bei
Neuentwicklungen werden alle Dokumentationen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen
Sicherheitsbewertern neu erstellt. In enger
Absprache mit unseren Partnern beraten wir
unsere Kunden gerne in allen Fragen der
Auslobung und Produkttexte und übernehmen
auf Wunsch auch die CPNP-Meldungen.
Wir sind Mitglied in den wichtigsten Verbänden
unserer Branche. Der fachliche Informationsaustausch dient der ständigen Optimierung
unserer Produkte und bringt uns jederzeit auf
den neuesten Stand. Des Weiteren arbeiten wir
in den Bereichen Sicherheitsbewertungen,
Epikutantests, bei jeglichen UV-Bestimmungen
sowie Kennzeichnungsprüfungen ausschließlich mit namhaften Partnern zusammen. Unsere
Rezepturen sind von anerkannten Instituten
und unsere Naturkosmetikrezeptur ist vom
NATRUE-Label zertifiziert.
We are happy to create individual packaging
solutions for our clients in collaboration with
experienced designers. We offer printed
cardboard or blister packaging for lip balm
sticks and tins, which can be used to expand
your product range at the POS. We deliver to
over 35 countries and we are happy to deal
with any customs formalities, if desired. This is
why we only work with tried-and-tested,
reliable partners.
Since we produce our cosmetics in Cologne in
Germany, all of the production stages are under
control. We carry out safety assessments and
dermato-logical tests for all of our formulas.
This ensures the highest safety standards for
our clients. When we develop new formulas, we
draft new documentation in close cooperation
with external partners. We are also happy to
give advice to our clients in consultation with
our partners on claims and product
descriptions. We also offer to complete the
CPNP notification process upon request.
We are a member of the most important
organisations in our line of business. The
technical exchange of information helps us to
continuously improve our products and keeps
us up to date at all times. In addition, we work
in the fields of safety assessments, patch
tests, UV determinations as well as labelling
tests. This is exclusively done in collaboration
with well-known partners. Our formulas are
certified by recognized institutes and our
natural cosmetic formula has been certified by
the NATRUE label.
