P1: WORKPLACE HYGIENE
Target group: all employees
Methods: informing sessions, distribution of informative materials, free disscutions
Implemented measurements:
-5S audit in the production areas
-Photos and posters in the locker and rest rooms
Results:
-a decrease of the numbers of complaint regarding the lack of hygiene at the
-a decrease of the number of irregularities found during the 5S audit;

P2: LIFTING HEAVY WEIGHTS CORRECTLY
Target groups= employees who lift heavy weights while performing their activities
Methods: informing sessions of the workers, distribution of informative materials, free
discussions
implemented measurements:
-making the workers to be aware of the health risks while lifting and manipulating heavy
weights incorrectly
-Introduction of health and safety materials
