The Web & Digital Manager (f/m) leads the growth of the IKEA digital presence in the
country by ensuring a seamless and integrated IKEA experience throughout all online contacts, so
that IKEA becomes the natural first choice for home furnishing inspiration, dialogue and product
choice on the web.
Your tasks:
Develop the country IKEA digital presence strategy and the plan covering: content,
communication, tools, and resource on the IKEA website, all digital platforms/devices and
social media.
Responsible for the full plan implementation, securing the efficient and effective integration
of all the IKEA communication activities in the web.
Manage and lead a team of specialists within the Marketing Department and exercise an
active collaboration with other functions.
Monitor consumer behaviour and trends in relation to digital media to create relevant
insights for all.
Your skills:
Experience in leading and managing a team of specialists.
Proven track record in driving digital strategies, analytics across channels and digital
engagement.
Experience and expert knowledge in online performance marketing, SEM, e­mail marketing,
mobile (incl. apps) and social media.
Experience in budget management (forecasting, goal setting, ROI, P&L).
Ability to communicate and inspire an organization around the next generation of digital
experience.
Must possess creative, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in German and English.

Informationen :
For this fulltime position we offer you a yearly gross salary according to Collective Agreement starting
from € 50.000,­. We are willing to pay significantly more depending on experience and qualification with
an ALL IN contractual agreement.
