Cleanzone 2015 auf Wachstumskurs
Wir freuen uns sehr, dass die Cleanzone 2015 ihren Wachstumskurs fortsetzt. Rund 90 Aussteller – über 40 Prozent mehr als
letztes Jahr – präsentieren auf der internationalen Fachmesse
für Reinraumtechnologie ihre Neuheiten. Neben den wachsenden Ausstellerzahlen ist es uns gelungen, den internationalen
und interdisziplinären Ansatz der Cleanzone zu stärken.

Mehr als ein Drittel der Aussteller kommt 2015 aus dem Ausland. Zu den Ländern gehören Belgien, China, Großbritannien,
Frankreich, Finnland, Italien, die Niederlande, Österreich,
Portugal, die Schweiz und Tschechien. Dass sich der internationale Reinraum-Dachverband ICCCS (International Confederation
of Contamination Control Societies) erstmals auf der Cleanzone
präsentiert, unterstreicht die internationale Bedeutung der
Fachmesse.
Neue Hightech-Produkte stellen neue Anforderungen an die
Produktion im Reinraum. Um hier Lösungen zu finden, sind
Forschung und Entwicklung gefragt. Als internationale Plattform
bietet die Cleanzone den idealen Rahmen für den Austausch
zwischen Wissenschaft und Anwendung. Wir freuen uns sehr,
dass sich zehn Forschungsinstitute im Rahmen eines EU-Projekts in diesem Jahr auf der Fachmesse präsentieren. Sie stellen
die neuesten Ergebnisse ihrer Arbeit vor, die sich mit effizienten
Methoden zur Messung chemischer Verunreinigungen im
Reinraum beschäftigt (MetAMC).
Schließlich wird längst nicht mehr nur in den Life Sciences und
in der Mikrotechnologie in sauberkeitsrelevanter Umgebung
produziert. Auch in Industrien, in denen erst „größere“ Partikel
zu Ausfällen führen, setzt sich unter dem Begriff „technische
Sauberkeit“ ein Bewusstsein für die Produktion unter kontrollierten Bedingungen über den gesamten Produktionsprozess hinweg durch. Die Bereiche „technische Sauberkeit“ und „Bauteilereinigung“ konnten wir zur Cleanzone 2015 ausbauen. Erstmals
präsentiert sich das Cleaning Excellence Center Leonberg mit
mehreren Herstellern und dem Fraunhofer-Institut für Produktionstechnik und Automatisierung (IPA) auf der Fachmesse.
Das Rahmenprogramm zur Cleanzone setzt wieder Akzente.
Neben den Highlights der Hersteller bietet der Cleanzone
Kongress die Möglichkeit sich über Entwicklungen in Planung/
Layout/Konstruktion, Qualifizierung und Prozessoptimierung
zu informieren. Außerdem werden die Themen „Reinraumtechnologie: Standortsicherheit im Wettbewerb der Regionen“
und „Interdisziplinäre Vernetzung von Technologien“ auf der
Cleanzone Plaza heiß diskutiert.

Immer mehr Produkte werden unter reinen Bedingungen
hergestellt, dennoch wird die Reinraumbranche von der
Öffentlichkeit kaum wahrgenommen. Es braucht eine Plattform wie die Cleanzone, um der Branche diese Aufmerksamkeit zu verschaffen. Sie ist deshalb wichtig, weil mit der
Verlagerung von immer mehr Fertigungen in saubere und reine
Umgebungen der Bedarf an geeigneten Mitarbeitern steigt.
Doch geschultes Reinraumpersonal gibt es nicht von der
Stange. Hierzu sind Aus- und Weiterbildungen nötig. Zudem
müssen Fachkräfte überhaupt erst einmal auf die attraktiven
Berufschancen in der Reinraumbranche aufmerksam gemacht
werden. Die Cleanzone bietet ihren Besuchern deshalb gezielte
Informationsveranstaltungen rund um das Thema Talententwicklung und Nachwuchs für den Reinraum.
Eine weitere Herausforderung für die Unternehmen der
Reinraumtechnologie ist der fortschreitende Einsatz neuer
Technologien. Innovative Produkte wie OLEDs oder moderne
Automatisierungslösungen verändern in naher Zukunft die
Arbeitswelten. Wie gut ist die Reinraumbranche darauf vorbereitet? Fest steht, die kommenden Herausforderungen lassen
sich nur lösen, wenn Branchenexperten aus der ganzen Welt
diskutieren, sich vernetzen und den Wissenstransfer fördern.
Dazu wurde der Cleanzone Kongress ins Leben gerufen, der
von einem lebendigen, interdisziplinären und internationalen
Austausch geprägt ist.
Die Cleanzone geht damit weit über eine reine Waren- und
Dienstleistungsausstellung hinaus. Sie nimmt sich neuer
Trends und aktueller Themen an. Sie selbst entwickelt sich von
Jahr zu Jahr. Das zeigt auch die Verleihung des Cleanroom
Awards, der in diesem Jahr in die vierte Runde geht. Der von
der ReinraumAkademie mit 3.000 Euro dotierte internationale
Preis zeichnet die Reinraum-Innovation des Jahres aus.
Darüber hinaus wird in diesem Jahr zum ersten Mal der
Creative Prize für den am kreativsten gestalteten Reinraum
verliehen. Damit lenkt die Cleanzone einmal mehr den Blick
auf neue Trends. Denn farblich und ergonomisch ansprechend
gestaltete Reinräume steigern nachweislich die Konzentration
und das Wohlbefinden der Mitarbeiter und senken Fehlerquote
und Krankenstand.

Neuigkeiten in einer offenen und innovativen Atmosphäre zu

Cleanzone 2015 – the event continues to grow
We are pleased to report that Cleanzone is continuing to grow
in 2015. Some 90 exhibitors – over 40 percent more than
last year – will be presenting their latest products and services
at the international trade fair for cleanroom technology.
In addition to increasing the number of exhibitors, we have
also succeeded in strengthening Cleanzone's international and
interdisciplinary approach.

More than a third of the exhibitors in 2015 are from outside
Germany. The countries represented include Belgium, China,
Great Britain, France, Finland, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria,
Portugal, Switzerland and the Czech Republic. The fact that the
International Confederation of Contamination Control Societies
(ICCCS) has decided to exhibit at Cleanzone for the first time
this year underscores the trade fair's international significance.
New high-tech products are placing new demands on
production in cleanrooms, and the search for answers calls
for research and development. As an international platform,
Cleanzone offers the ideal setting for an exchange between
the scientific community and cleanroom users. This year we
are pleased to be welcoming ten research institutes to the
trade fair as part of an EU project. They will be presenting the
latest findings from their efforts to find efficient methods for
measuring molecular contamination in cleanrooms (MetAMC).
After all, the time where production in clean environments was
limited to the life sciences and micro-technology is long past.
Even in industries where it is only “larger” particles that bring
production to a standstill, “technical cleanliness” is increasingly important as an awareness of production under controlled
conditions grows more prominent throughout the entire
production process. We have succeeded in expanding the
fields of “technical cleanliness” and “component cleaning”
for Cleanzone 2015. For the first time, the Cleaning Excellence
Center in Leonberg will be present at the trade fair with various
manufacturers and the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing
Engineering and Automation (IPA).
Cleanzone is also offering a notable support programme
once again. In addition to the manufacturers' latest highlights,
the Cleanzone Congress provides an opportunity to find out
about the latest developments in the fields of design, layout,
construction, qualification, validation and process optimisation.
“Cleanroom technology: safeguarding locations against
competing regions” and “Interdisciplinary network of technologies” will also be hot topics at Cleanzone Plaza.

Although the number of products produced under cleanroom
conditions continues to grow, the cleanroom industry has been
largely ignored by the public. There is a real need for a platform
such as Cleanzone to draw attention to the industry, because
as production increasingly moves to controlled and clean
environments, the demand for suitably qualified personnel is
rising. Yet trained cleanroom personnel are not readily available, meaning that basic and advanced training are necessary.
This means that professionals must first be made aware of the
attractive career opportunities on offer in the cleanroom
industry. That is why Cleanzone offers its visitors targeted
information events covering all aspects of talent development
and the next generation of cleanroom technicians.
A further challenge for companies in the field of cleanroom
technology is the increasing use of new technologies. Innovative products like OLEDs and modern automation solutions will
be changing working worlds in the near future. Just how well
is the cleanroom industry prepared for this? One thing is clear
– it will only be possible to deal with the challenges of the
future if cleanroom experts from around the world are able to
share their ideas, establish networks and promote the transfer
of knowledge. It was for this reason that the Cleanzone Congress was launched, an international event that is characterised by a lively and interdisciplinary exchange of expertise.
It allows Cleanzone to go far beyond a simple exhibition of
goods and services by spotlighting all the latest trends and
issues, and continues to develop every year. This is also shown
by the presentation of the international Cleanroom Award,
which is taking place for the fourth time this year. The 3,000
euro prize, which is provided by the ReinraumAkademie, is
given to the cleanroom innovation of the year. This year will
also be the first time that the Creative Prize is given for the
most creatively designed cleanroom – yet another example of
the way in which Cleanzone puts the focus on the latest trends,
for it has been proven that cleanrooms making targeted use of
ergonomics and colour in their designs increase the concentration and well-being of employees while simultaneously reducing error and illness rates.

more about all of these new developments in an open and
innovative atmosphere – and naturally for networking as well.

Seit 2008 unterstützt die ReinraumAkademie GmbH Unternehmen
bei der Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe in reinen Räumen und
qualifiziert deren Mitarbeiter, sich korrekt im Reinraum zu verhalten und die entsprechenden Prozesse einwandfrei zu gestalten.
Der Praxisbezug steht dabei stets im Vordergrund. Hierfür steht
unter anderem im Schulungszentrum Rhein/Main ein eigener
Schulungsreinraum zur Verfügung.
Neben der Ausrichtung von Seminaren und Inhouse-Schulungen
verfolgt die ReinraumAkademie das Ziel, den Wissensaustausch
zwischen Anwendern und Experten zu fördern. 2010 wurde aus
diesem Grund das Projekt CLEANROOM EXPERIENCE mit der
ONLINE KNOWLEDGE BASE, den CLEANROOM EXPERTS DAYS
und dem CLEANROOM EXPERIENCE COMPETENCE CENTERS in
Leipzig, Deutschland und Wangen an der Aare, Schweiz, ins Leben
gerufen. Die ONLINE KNOWLEDGE BASE ist unter www.cl-ex.com
zu finden und dient als internationale Wissensplattform für alle
Themengebiete rund um den Reinraum. Experten stellen hier ihr
Wissen in Form von Interviews, Fachbeiträgen und Schulungsmedien zur Verfügung. Alles ist übersichtlich aufbereitet, nach
Themen und Angeboten sortiert und in deutscher und englischer
Sprache verfügbar. Nicht nur Neulinge, die sich erstmals mit dem
Thema „Reinraum“ befassen, finden hier ihre Basis-Informationen.
Für Experten ist das Portal eine gute Möglichkeit, sich über Entwicklungen zu informieren, die nicht direkt mit ihrem Fachgebiet
zu tun haben.
Vom virtuellen Auftritt zum realen CLEANROOM EXPERIENCE
COMPETENCE CENTER war es nur ein kurzer Weg. Bei dem
COMPETENCE CENTER handelt es sich um eine Dauerausstellung,
welche die gesamte Bandbreite der Reinraumtechnologie (Reinraumplanung, -bekleidung, -zubehör, etc.) präsentiert. Abgerundet
wird das breite Spektrum des COMPETENCE CENTER durch
regelmäßig stattfindende CLEANROOM EXPERIENCE EXPERTS
DAYS zu den unterschiedlichsten Fachthemen.
Einen Treffpunkt für die internationale Reinraum-Community
zu schaffen und damit den Wissensaustausch zwischen den
Nationen zu fördern, war maßgebend für die Zusammenarbeit
der ReinraumAkademie und der Messe Frankfurt. Als Marketing
und Content-Partner unterstützt die ReinraumAkademie die
Cleanzone – Internationale Fachmesse und Kongress für Reinraumtechnologie, auf der sich die Branche einmal im Jahr in
Frankfurt am Main trifft und über technologische Innovationen
und Entwicklungen austauscht.

Since 2008 ReinraumAkademie GmbH has supported companies
in optimising their work processes in clean rooms and has
qualified their employees on how to work in clean rooms and
develop the correct corresponding processes. The practical
relevance always takes the priority. To this end a specialist
training room is available at the Rhein/Main training centre.
In addition to holding seminars and in-house training sessions,
the ReinraumAkademie also pursues the goal of encouraging the
exchanging of knowledge between users and experts. In 2010, for
this reason, the CLEANROOM EXPERIENCE project was initialised
together with the ONLINE KNOWLEDGE BASE, the CLEANROOM
EXPERTS DAYS and the CLEANROOM EXPERIENCE COMPETENCE CENTERS in Leipzig, Germany and Wangen an der Aare,
Switzerland. The ONLINE KNOWLEDGE BASE can be found at
www.cl-ex.com and works as an international knowledge platform
for all topics surrounding clean rooms. Here, experts make their
knowledge available in the form of interviews, articles and training
media. Everything is prepared in a clear format, arranged according to topics and offerings, and available in German and English.
It is not just newcomers to the topic of the clean room who can
find basic information here. The website also provides an opportunity for experts to find out about developments which are not
directlyconnected with their specialist field.
It was only a short distance from the virtual to the real CLEANROOM EXPERIENCE COMPETENCE CENTER. The COMPETENCE
CENTER is a longterm exhibition which presents the entire range
of clean room technology (clean room planning, clothing, accessories, etc.). The wide-ranging COMPETENCE CENTER offer is rounded off with regular CLEANROOM EXPERIENCE EXPERTS DAYS on
the different specialist topics.
Creating a meeting place for the international clean room
community and thereby supporting the exchanging of knowledge
between nations played a key role in the collaboration between
the ReinraumAkademie and Messe Frankfurt. As a marketing
and content partner, the ReinraumAkademie supports the sector
once a year as part of the Cleanzone – International trade fair and
congress for cleanroom technology in Frankfurt, discussing
technological innovations and developments.

ICCCS stärkt die nationalen Reinraumverbände
Der ICCCS ist ein Dachverband, der durch seine nationalen Mitgliederverbände
für Reinraumtechnologie und Kontaminationskontrolle wirkt, indem er sie beim
Wissenstransfer, der Standardisierung, der Ausbildung und dem Networking
unterstützt.
Der ICCCS befähigt seine Mitgliederverbände dazu:
– Sich als starken nationalen Verband zu präsentieren.
– An anerkannten Lehrgängen in Kontaminationskontrolle und Reinraumtechnologie teilzunehmen
– Wissen auf dem zweijährigen internationalen Contamination Control
Symposium auszutauschen.
– An anderen lokal organisierten internationalen Veranstaltungen zur Kontaminationskontrolle teilzunehmen
– Sich mit Experten aus der ganzen Welt auszutauschen
– Über die Herausforderungen und den zukünftigen Weg zu diskutieren
– Über neue Herausforderungen und technologische Entwicklungen, über ein
neues Grundverständnis und die experimentellen Ergebnisse zu diskutieren
– Sich mit Stakeholdern zu vernetzen wie Reinraumanwendern, staatlichen
Stellen, anderen Gruppen, die Regelwerke für spezifische Anwendungen wie
Infektionsbekämpfung, Krankenhäuser, Lebensmittel, Pharma, Biotechnologie,
Automobil und andere technische Industrien entwickeln.
Der ICCCS wurde 1972 gegründet. Er ist eine internationale Organisation für
nationale Verbände, die sich mit Reinraumtechnologie und Kontaminationskontrolle befassen. Der ICCCS treibt die internationale Zusammenarbeit in der
Entwicklung, Anwendung und Standardisierung von Reinraumtechnologie und
Kontaminationskontrolle voran.
Die Gründung des ICCCS fiel in eine Zeit, in der Reinraumtechnologie neu war
und man viele mögliche Anwendungen für die Produktion unter kontrollierten
Bedingungen erwartete. Das ICCCS Symposium entstand als wichtige Plattform
für den Austausch von technischen Informationen sowohl über Reinraumtechnologie als auch ihre Anwendungen. Der ICCCS entwickelte sich zu einem wichtigen internationalen Expertennetzwerk.
In den 90er Jahren kam der Wunsch nach der Harmonisierung der Reinraumstandards auf und die ISO TC209 wurde unter der Leitung des IEST aufgestellt. Die
ISO TC209 enthält ein umfangreiches Regelwerk von weltweit genutzten
Reinraumstandards: Der ISO 14644 und 14698 Serien.
2005 erkannte man den Bedarf nach einer Harmonisierung der Reinraumlehrgänge und rief den ICEB (International Cleanroom Education Board) ins Leben. Der
ICEB wurde unter dem Dach des ICCCS gegründet. Fast alle ICCCS Mitglieder
wurden auch Mitglieder des ICEB.
ICCCS hat die Cleanzone von Beginn an unterstützt. Internationale Fachmessen
setzen neue Ansprüche, indem sie Produkte ausstellen, die für neue Anwendungen gebraucht werden. Internationale Fachmessen dienen auch dem Austausch
und stärken den Wissenstransfer, vor allem für die die neu im Reinraum tätig
sind. Vor diesem Hintergrund wird die Cleanzone mehr Fachbesucher anziehen
können. 2015 präsentiert sich ICCCS erstmals auf der Fachmesse und nutzt
die Veranstaltung, um Wissen und Erfahrungen mit seinen Mitgliedern auszutauschen.

The ICCCS (International Confederation of Contamination Control Societies),
founded in 1972, is an international organisation for national societies on

The ICCCS was founded in a time the Cleanroom Technology was new and there
were many potential Contamination Control applications foreseen. The ICCCS
symposium was initiated as an important platform for the exchange of technical
information on both cleanroom technology as well as its applications. The ICCCS
has become an important international network of experts.
In the ‘90’s there was a need for harmonisation of cleanroom standards and the
ISO TC209 was set up under the leadership of the IEST. The ISO TC209 produced
a comprehensive set of widely used cleanroom standards: the ISO 14644 and
14698 series.
In 2005 a recognised need for harmonisation of cleanroom courses found its
platform: The ICEB (International Cleanroom Education Board). The ICEB was
founded under the ICCCS membership umbrella. Almost all the ICCCS members
became a member of the ICEB.
ICCCS has supported Cleanzone from the beginning. International trade fairs are
able to satisfy new requirements by showcasing the products needed for new
applications. They also focus on networking, and by strengthening the exchange
of knowledge, particularly for those who are new to the field, Cleanzone will
attract even more visitors. In 2015 ICCCS presents itself at Cleanzone to an
international audience and uses the event to share its knowledge and experience
with new members.

Cleanzone Kongress
Neue fachwissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse und praxisorientiertes Wissen präsentiert von international renommierten Experten aus der Reinraumtechnologie – das
Programm des Cleanzone Kongresses 2015 ist erneut hochkarätig. Mit seinem
modularen Aufbau spricht der Kongress, der am 27. und 28. Oktober 2015 zur
internationalen Fachmesse für Reinraumtechnologie Cleanzone stattfindet, wieder
sowohl Experten als auch Einsteiger an und ermöglicht eine flexible Kombination
aus Messe- und Kongressbesuch.
Die Basis-Module beschäftigen sich mit „Einstieg in die Reinraumtechnik“
und „Planung/Layout/Konstruktion“. In den Vorträgen der Advanced-Module
„Qualifizierung“ und „Prozessoptimierung“ sprechen Profis über den aktuellen
Stand der Technik und geben praktische Tipps.

The latest scientific findings and practical expertise presented by an international
line-up of renowned experts from the field of cleanroom technology – the
Cleanzone Congress is once again offering a top-notch programme in 2015.
The congress – which is taking place alongside Cleanzone, the international trade
fair for cleanroom technology, on 27 and 28 October 2015 – again features a
modular structure that is tailored to the needs of both experts and newcomers,
making it easy to flexibly combine visits to the trade fair and congress.

Zum vierten Mal wird in Frankfurt der Cleanroom Award durch die ReinraumAkademie Leipzig verliehen. Der mit 3.000 Euro dotierte Preis zeichnet
wegweisende Innovationen für die Reinraumbranche hinsichtlich Funktionalität,
Effizienz und Nachhaltigkeit aus. Alle Einreichungen wurden im Vorfeld der
Cleanzone durch eine qualifizierte Fachjury bewertet und nominiert.
Die Jury besteht aus folgenden Mitgliedern:
– Roy Fox (Chefredakteur, ReinRaumTechnik)
– Egon Buchta (Geschäftsführer, Ingenieurbüro & Reinraumservice
Egon Buchta GmbH)
– Thomas Wollstein (Technisch-Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter
im Fachbereich Facility-Management und TGA, VDI)
– Gernod Dittel (Dittel Engineering, DRRI)
– Frank Duvernell (Geschäftsführer, ReinraumAkademie)
Die fünf ausgewählten Projekte werden von den Entwicklern persönlich in
Vorträgen am ersten Messetag um 10:15 Uhr auf der Cleanzone Plaza präsentiert.
Außerdem werden die nominierten Einreichungen am Stand G40 beim Cateringareal, ganztägig ausgestellt. Die Messe- und Kongressbesucher erhalten hier
nicht nur die Möglichkeit, sich intensiv mit den neuen Konzepten und Lösungen
zu beschäftigen, sondern sind auch dazu eingeladen, ihre Favoriten zu wählen.
Die Sieger dieses Publikumsentscheids werden am zweiten Messetag, dem
28. Oktober 2015 um 12:30 Uhr feierlich geehrt. Zum ersten Mal wird die
ReinraumAkademie dieses Jahr auch einen Sonderpreis für den kreativsten
Reinraum vergeben.

ReinraumAkademie (Leipzig) will be presenting the Cleanroom Award in Frankfurt
for the fourth time. This prize, which is worth 3,000 euros, honours pioneering
innovations for the cleanroom industry that lead the way in functionality,
efficiency and sustainability. All of the entries were evaluated in advance by
a jury of experts, who selected the five best projects.
The jury consists of the following members:

– Thomas Wollstein (Scientifictechnical representative, VDI)

The developers of these projects will personally present them at Cleanzone Plaza
on the first day of the trade fair at 10:15 at Cleanzon Plaza. All of the presented
projects will be featured in a special exhibition area (booth G40, next to the
catering area) where trade fair and congress visitors will not only have the
opportunity to come face to face with these new concepts and solutions, but also
to vote for their favourites. The winner of the public vote will be honoured in an
awards ceremony on 28 October 2015 at 12:30 p.m. Also, 2015, for the first time,
ReinraumAkademie will award a special Creative Prize for creative cleanroom
solutions.
