La Marmolada, la Regina delle Dolomiti, con i suoi 3.342 m la
vetta più alta dell’ intera catena montuosa. È da sempre meta di
tutti gli appassionati di sci; grazie ad un efficiente e modernissimo
impianto funiviario in soli 12 minuti si sale dai 1.450 metri di Malga
Ciapela sino ai 3.269 metri di Punta Rocca, una vera e propria terrazza
sulle Dolomiti e sulla pianura veneta dalla quale nelle giornate limpide
si può ammirare il lido di Venezia.
Da qui è possibile compiere una discesa mozzafiato lungo i 12 km del
ghiacciaio della Marmolada, la storica pista “La Bellunese”, definita
dalla stampa specializzata internazionale la più bella dell’arco alpino
e sulla quale ogni anno va in scena ll Gigantissimo della Marmolada,
la gara di sci più lungo del mondo.
L’area sciistica è completata dalla zona del Padon: piste piacevoli
e sempre ben innevate, che si sviluppano su di un dislivello di 900
metri, destinate a sciatori di ogni grado di preparazione con un campo
scuola perfetto per chi si avvicina a questo sport e spazi adatti alle
esigenze di tutta la famiglia.
La contiguità con Arabba attraverso il passo Padon, colloca questa
area nel cuore del Dolomiti Superski e ne fa, oltre che una delle
attrazioni principali, l’ideale collegamento per chi dal Veneto vuole
accedere al Sella Ronda e per chi dalle valli dolomitiche centrali
sceglie di sciare in Marmolada. Non manca l’offerta anche per gli
appassionati dello sci di fondo, con un tracciato di 7,5 km, telemark
e snowboard.
GIRO GRANDE GUERRA
Il Giro Sciistico della Grande Guerra è un interessante viaggio nel
ricordo che ripercorre i luoghi teatro della Prima Guerra Mondiale.
Ovunque gli occhi esperti della guida potranno indicare reperti bellici,
camminamenti nella roccia, gallerie, fortini che i soldati italiani e
austriaci costruirono per far fronte al nemico e alle intemperie.
OLTRE LO SCI
Suggestivi gli itinerari da percorrere con le ciaspe attraverso i
boschi della Val Pettorina. La gola dei Serrai di Sottoguda con le
sue cascate ghiacciate è meta degli appassionati di ice climbing e
teatro di splendide e indimenticabili fiaccolate. Opera dell’erosione
dei ghiacciai e in tempi più recenti del torrente Pettorina, i Serrai
si snodano in un paesaggio incontaminato per circa 2 km tra gli
abitati di Malga Ciapela e Sottoguda.
PER I BAMBINI
Non mancano le proposte per i più piccini: il Kinderheim “La
casetta incantata di Biancaneve” permetterà ai giovani ospiti
della Marmolada di calarsi in una realtà da fiaba, con animatori
in costume tradizionale, giochi, divertimento e mille sorprese. Ed
ancora, l’originale itinerario “La volpe ti guarda”, da percorrere
a piedi o con le ciaspe, che si snoda all’interno del bosco, alla
scoperta delle tradizioni e dei lavori di un tempo.
I bambini potranno inoltre avvicinarsi allo sci e alle sue specialità in
piena sicurezza grazie all’ausilio della scuola sci di Rocca PietoreMarmolada, un gruppo di maestri affiatati e molto preparati.
At 3342 m, the Marmolada, the Queen of the Dolomites, is the
highest peak in the entire mountain chain. It has always been popular
with skiers, and today boasts an efficient, ultra-modern cableway that
takes just 12 minutes to climb up from Malga Ciapela (1450 metres) to
Punta Rocca (3269 metres), a superb balcony that looks out over the
Dolomites and the Veneto Plain, from which, on a clear day, you can
see right out to the Lido of Venice.
From here there is a breathtaking 12 kilometre descent down the
Marmolada glacier along the famous “La Bellunese” slope, described
by international ski magazines as the finest in the whole of the Alps.
Every year the slope plays host to the Gigantissimo della Marmolada,
the longest skiing competition in the world.
The ski area is completed by the Padon area: attractive, well-covered
slopes with a level difference of 900 metres, suitable for all skiers, with a
ski school that is ideal for beginners and has facilities for the whole family.
One of the main attractions of this area is that the Padon Pass connects
it with neighbouring Arabba, in the heart of the Dolomiti Superski
complex. It is also an ideal departure point from visitors from the Veneto
who want to get onto the Sella Ronda circuit, and for those coming
from the central valleys of the Dolomites to ski on the Marmolada.
There is also plenty to satisfy telemark and snowboarding fans, as well
as cross-country skiers, who will find a fine 7.5 m long trail.
GREAT WAR SKI TOUR
The Great War Ski Tour is a fascinating journey back in time which
runs through the places which were once the scene of First World
War battles. Along the way, expert guides can point out traces of the
conflict, such as communication trenches in the rock, galleries and
forts built by Italian and Austrian soldiers to defend themselves both
from enemy troops and from the harsh weather conditions.
MORE THAN JUST SKIING
There are a number of attractive routes to be followed on ciaspe
snowshoes through the woods of the Val Pettorina. The frozen
waterfalls of the Serrai di Sottoguda gorge are very popular with
ice-climbers, and also play host to splendid, unforgettable torchlight
trips. Created by the erosion of the glaciers and more recently by the
Pettorina Torrent, the Serrai gorge winds its way for over 2 kilometres
between the villages of Malga Ciapela and Sottoguda.
FOR KIDS
There is also plenty for children: the Kinderheim “La casetta incantata
di Biancaneve” (Snow White’s enchanted cottage) will give younger
visitors to the Marmolada the chance to step into a fairytale world,
with entertainers in traditional costumes, games and all sorts of fun
and surprises. And then there is the original “La Volpe ti Guarda” (the
fox is watching you) route through the forest, which can be followed
on foot, perhaps with ciaspe snow-shoes, along which the kids can
learn about the traditions of the area and how the local people used
to live and work.
Children will also have the chance to try skiing in complete safety with
the help of the highly-trained, close-knit group of instructors of the ski
school of Rocca Pietore-Marmolada.

Die Marmolada, die Königin der Dolomiten, ist mit ihren 3.342 m der
höchste Gipfel der gesamten Bergkette und seit jeher ein sehr beliebtes
Urlaubsziel bei Schiläufern. Mit einer effizienten und modernen Seilbahn
gelangt man in nur 12 Minuten von Malga Ciapela (1.450 m) nach Punta
Rocca (3.269 m). Dort befindet man sich auf einer richtigen Terrasse über
den Dolomiten und der venetischen Tiefebene, und an klaren, sonnigen Tagen
sieht man bis hinunter in die Lagune Venedigs.
In Punta Rocca startet die einmalige, 12 Kilometer lange Piste über den
Marmoladagletscher, die wohl legendärste Piste in der Region Belluno. Sie
wurde von der internationalen Presse zur schönsten des gesamten Alpenraums
gekürt und ist alljährlich Schauplatz des längsten Schirennens der Welt, des
“Gigantissimo della Marmolada”.
Zum Schigebiet Marmolada gehört auch die Zone Padon: dort findet man
angenehme, immer gut präparierte und für alle Schiläufer geeignete Pisten über
900 Höhenmeter. Weiters gibt es eine Schischule für Anfänger und Areale, die
das Gebiet ideal für Winterurlaube mit der ganzen Familie machen.
Die Zone ist über den Padon Pass mit Arabba verbunden und liegt somit
im Herzen des Schigebiets Dolomiti Superski. Sie ist also nicht nur ein
Wintersportparadies für sich allein, sondern auch eine ideale Verbindung
für alle, die von Venetien ins Gebiet Sella Ronda oder von den zentralen
Dolomitentälern auf die Marmolada gelangen wollen. Die Region eignet sich
auch für die Disziplinen Langlauf – mit einer 7,5 km langen Loipe – für Telemark
und natürlich Snowboard.
ALPINSCHITOUR DES ERSTEN WELTKRIEGS
Die Alpinschitour des Ersten Weltkrieges ist eine hochinteressante Reise in die
Vergangenheit, auf der man zu Schauplätzen des Dolomitenkrieges gelangt.
Ihr Bergführer wird Ihnen überall die Reste von Felslaufgräben, Stollen und
Forts zeigen, und von anderen Kriegswerken, die vor etwa einem Jahrhundert
von den österreichisch-ungarischen und italienischen Soldaten geschaffen
wurden.
NICHT NUR SCHILAUF
Wunderschön sind die Routen für Schneeschuhwanderungen durch die
Wälder des Pettorina Tals. Die Schlucht Serrai di Sottoguda mit ihren vereisten
Wasserfällen ist ein Paradies für Ice-climber und Schauplatz unvergesslicher
Fackelläufe. Die 2 km lange Schlucht wurde durch Erosion der Gletscher und
des Wassers des Bachs Pettorina geschaffen und liegt in einer unberührten,
intakten Naturlandschaft zwischen den Ortschaften Malga Ciapela und
Sottoguda.
FÜR KINDER
Die Region hat ein reiches Angebot für Kinder: das Kinderheim “Schneewittchens
verzaubertes Häuschen” lässt die kleinen Gäste in die Welt der Märchen
eintauchen, mit kostümierten Betreuern, Spielen, Spaß und tausend
Überraschungen. Dann gibt es noch die originelle Route „der Fuchs beobachtet
dich“: zu Fuß oder mit Schneeschuhen wandert man durch den Wald und
entdeckt dabei Traditionen, Brauchtum und Handwerksberufe von einst.
In der Schischule Rocca Pietore – Marmolada können sich die Kinder des
Weiteren in aller Sicherheit und unter der Aufsicht von kompetenten Schilehrern
der Welt des Wintersports nähern.

Marmolada d’estate è natura, antiche tradizioni, ma
soprattutto ospitalità. Trascorrere una vacanza nelle “terre
della regina” significa rimanere sorpresi dal fascino che queste
maestose ed uniche cime rosate sanno trasmettere e dedicarsi
ad attività rilassanti, a contatto con la natura, nella quiete dei
boschi.
ARRAMPICATE ED ESCURSIONI
La Val Pettorina e la Marmolada sono una delle mete più ambite
per chi ama il contatto diretto con la montagna. Le vie ferrate
che la zona offre sono molto amate dagli appassionati: da quella
del Sas de Rocia, abbastanza semplice, alla più impegnativa
via ferrata delle trincee, a quella per veri e propri esperti della
Marmolada. Per chi non è propriamente un esperto scalatore
sono a disposizione sentieri attrezzati e spettacolari quali
l’itinerario attraverso la Val Ombretta, con vista sulla parete
sud ovest della Marmolada, percorrendolo si compie anche un
affascinante viaggio nella storia più recente, con le testimonianze
della Grande Guerra che hanno resistito all’assalto del tempo.
Sentieri in quota tra vecchie case e fienili e, ancora, l’itinerario
più classico ed amato dai turisti che visitano questa parte delle
Dolomiti Bellunesi: i Serrai di Sottoguda, una stretta gola di
ineguagliabile bellezza, da percorrere a piedi o con il trenino
turistico. Lungo il percorso, circa 2 km, è possibile ammirare gli
sbalzi d’acqua che scendono dalle pareti a picco prima di gettarsi
nel torrente Pettorina.
MARMOLADA A DUE RUOTE
La zona di Marmolada e Val Pettorina è ottima sia per gli
appassionati di moto, che possono contare anche su di una
serie di offerte speciali realizzate ad hoc dalle strutture ricettive
della valle, sia per gli amanti della bicicletta. Gli stradisti potranno
sfidare i durissimi tornanti del passo Fedaia emulando così i
grandi campioni del ciclismo moderno. I riders potranno invece
sbizzarrirsi scegliendo uno dei tanti percorsi sterrati e boschivi
presenti nell’area.

TRA STORIA, ARTE E CULTURA
La Marmolada, testimone silenziosa e discreta, custodisce da
sempre gli echi di un passato fatto di uomini che su questa
montagna hanno combattuto, durante il primo conflitto mondiale,
una guerra durissima. Nel 1990, all’interno della stazione funivia
ria Serauta, è stato creato un’interessante e ricco museo dedicato
alla Grande Guerra; è il museo più alto d’Europa a quota 2.950
m. Tra queste cime, negli inverni più freddi del secolo scorso,
si combatté una guerra unica nella storia dell’uomo; qui un
ingegnere austriaco realizzò una poderosa rete di gallerie,
lunga 12 km, interamente scavata nel ghiaccio. Nella “città di
ghiaccio” vissero, per tre lunghissimi inverni, centinaia di soldati:
un museo unico nel suo genere per tre principali motivi: è posto
a 2.950 metri ai bordi del ghiacciaio in un eccezionale contesto
ambientale; ricorda non solo gli uomini che combatterono in
Marmolada ma tutti quelli che lottarono in alta montagna; ricorda
e onora, al di sopra di ogni ideologia politica e di confine, tutti
gli uomini che combatterono e soffrirono per la sopravvivenza
sul ghiacciaio e sulle rocce della Marmolada.
Una sosta meritano anche le botteghe artigiane a Sottoguda;
qui mani esperte trasformano ferro e legno in oggetti davvero
unici. La Marmolada è inoltre tra i depositari della cultura e
della tradizione ladina. L’Union di Ladins de Ròcià si occupa di
conservare e tutelare la lingua ladina, i suoi usi e costumi.
GASTRONOMIA E PRODOTTI TIPICI
Ricette semplici ma preziose, fatte di accorgimenti sapienti,
sono la base della cucina dell’area Marmolada. Una cucina
riscoperta oggi dai più prestigiosi ristoranti e che si fonda su
prodotti genuini: lo speck, i formaggi di malga, i “casonzièi” a
forma di mezzaluna, di zucca con ricotta e burro fuso ma che
si possono preparare anche con altri ripieni: spinaci, patate,
erbe selvatiche molto saporite “grìsoi o giaméita”. Simili sono le
“turtole”, dei dischi di pasta, che però hanno un ripieno di crauti
o di spinaci e si friggono nell’olio bollente. Uno dei piatti più noti
della cucina dell’intera zona assieme ai “casonzièi” sono le “bale”
in lingua italiana canederli allo speck, agli spinaci, al formaggio

accompagnati allo spezzatino, in brodo o con l’insalata. Altre pietanze tipiche
sono la selvaggina nobile ed erbe selvatiche accompagnata dalla polenta e la
“menèstra da orz”, zuppa d’orzo con stinco di maiale affumicato. Molteplici le
varietà di dolci come le “fiorostide” oppure i “tortiei da pom” frittele di mele.
Non mancano nella tradizione le grappe aromatizzate al cumino, al pino mugo,
al ginepro, ai mirtilli e fragoline di bosco.
Summer visitors to Marmolada will find plenty of nature and ancient traditions,
but above all superb hospitality, and those who choose to spend their holidays
“at the court of the Queen of the Dolomites” will be charmed by the sight of these
uniquely-majestic, pink-tinged peaks. The area offers plenty of opportunities for a
relaxing break, in direct contact with nature in the quiet of the woodlands.
CLIMBING AND HIKING
The Val Pettorina and the Marmolada are ideal destinations for those who like to
get right up close to the mountains. The “vie ferrate” equipped routes the areas
boasts are extremely popular with climbers: from the relatively straightforward Sas
de Rociato to the more challenging “via ferrata delle trincee” and the Marmolada
route, for experts only. Less-experienced climbers will find spectacular equipped
routes to follow, such as the one that crosses the Val Ombretta. This itinerary, with
superb views of the south-west wall of the Marmolada, is a fascinating journey
through the area’s recent history, with traces of the Great War still visible along
the way. Visitors can also walk along an array of paths that wind their way up
in the mountains amid old houses and haysheds, and then of course there is
the most classic route of all, much-loved by tourists: the Serrai di Sottoguda, a
narrow gorge of unrivalled beauty that can be travelled along on foot or on the
little tourist train. The route runs for around 2 kilometres, and on the way you
can admire the little waterfalls dashing straight down from the rock face before
running into the Pettorina torrent.

THE MARMOLADA ON TWO WHEELS
The Marmolada and Val Pettorina area is ideal both for bikers – who
will find a series of special offers designed with them in mind by the
hotels and guesthouses in the valley – and for cycling fans, who can
measure up against the gruelling bends of the Fedaia Pass, following
in the wheeltracks of the giants of modern cycling; while for mountain
bikers there are a wide range of routes along dirt-track roads and
through the woods in the area.
HISTORY, ART AND CULTURE
The Marmolada has borne silent, respectful witness to the trials of
all those brave men who fought in the bitter, bloody battles of the
Great War. In 1990, inside the Ria Serauta cableway station, a richlyinteresting museum was created which tells the story of that war. On
these very peaks, throughout the harshest winters of the last century,
a war was fought that was unique in the history of mankind; here,
an Austrian engineer created a formidable network of galleries, 12
kilometres long, entirely carved out into the ice. In this “city of ice”,
hundreds of soldiers survived for three interminable, hard winters.
The museum is unique for three main reasons: located at an altitude
of 2950 metres, on the edge of a glacier in an extraordinary natural
environment, it is the highest in Europe; it is dedicated to those who
fought for survival not on the Marmolada, but all those who fought in
other high-mountain areas; it honours the memory of all those men
who fought for survival amid the ice and rocks of the Marmolada,
whatever their nationality or political ideology.
A visit is also recommended to the craft workshops in Sottoguda,
where truly unique objects in iron and wood are shaped by expert
hands.
The Marmolada is also a centre of Ladin culture and traditions, and
the Union di Ladins de Ròcià takes care to protect the language,
customs and traditions of the Ladin people.
TYPICAL CUISINE AND FOOD PRODUCTS
Simple, yet delicious dishes, crafted by skilled hands, form the basis
of the typical cuisine of the Marmolada area, which is now being
re-discovered by the finest, most prestigious chefs. The traditional
local dishes are made using genuine local produce, such as speck,
mountain dairy cheeses, “casonzièi” a kind of half-moon shaped
ravioli usually filled with pumpkin and ricotta and served topped
with melted butter, although other fillings are possible, such as
spinach, potatoes and very tasty wild herbs known as “grìsoi” or
giaméita”. Similar to the “casonziei” are the “turtole”, small rounds
of pasta filled with sauerkraut or spinach and fried in boiling hot oil.
Another characteristic dish that can be sampled throughout the
area are the “bale”, a kind of bread dumplings with speck, spinach
or cheese served in a clear soup, with a salad or with stew. Other
traditional dishes include game served with wild herbs and polenta,
or the “menèstra da orz”, a barley soup made with smoked pork
shin. There are also plenty of mouth-watering sweets to try, such
as the “fiorostide” or the “tortiei da pom” (apple fritters), as well as
grappas flavoured with cumin, mugo pine, juniper, blueberries and
wild strawberries.
Im Sommer bedeutet „Marmolada“ Natur, Brauchtum und vor
allem Gastfreundlichkeit. Auf einem Urlaub im „Land der Königin“
wird man verzaubert von der Magie ihrer majestätischen Gipfel und
roten Felsen; man kann sich entspannen, den Kontakt zur Natur
genießen und die Frieden spendende Stille der Wälder auf sich
wirken lassen.
WANDERUNGEN UND KLETTERTOUREN
Das Pettorina Tal und die Marmolada sind eines der renommiertesten
Urlaubsziele bei Gästen, die die Bergwelt hautnah erleben möchten.
Die Felssteige in dieser Region sind ein wahrer “Insidertipp”: von dem
nicht allzu schwierigen auf dem Sas de Rocia zum anspruchsvolleren
“Schützengrabensteig” und zum Steig auf dem Marmolada Sattel,
der nur wirklich erfahrenen Bergsteigern zu empfehlen ist. Für alle,
die noch keine richtigen Climber sind, gibt es gut gesicherte, dafür
aber nicht weniger spektakuläre Wege; zum Beispiel den durch
das Ombretta Tal, bei dem man ein einmaliges Panorama auf die
Südwestwand der Marmolada hat. Dieser Weg geleitet auch auf
eine Reise in die Zeit des Ersten Weltkrieges, denn man kommt an
den Resten vieler Kriegsbauten vorbei. Dann gibt es noch unzählige

Wanderwege im Hochgebirge, bei denen man an antiken Häusern und Ställen
vorbeimarschiert; und die wohl klassischste und beliebteste Route in dieser Zone der
Bellunesischen Dolomiten: durch die Serrai di Sottoguda, eine beeindruckende, enge
Schlucht, durch die man entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Bimmelzug fahren kann. Längs
der circa 2 Kilometer langen Strecke stürzen mächtige Wasserfälle von den Steilwänden
in den Fluss Pettorina herab.
DAS MOTORRAD- UND FAHRRADPARADIES MARMOLADA
Die Region Marmolada und Pettorina Tal ist einmalig für Motorbikers und Radfahrer,
denn neben einem reichen, extra für sie gedachten Angebot der Gastronomie- und
Beherbergungsbetriebe finden sie hier Traumstrecken: die kurvenreiche Strasse auf
den Fedaia Pass zum Beispiel, auf der sich die Champions des modernen Rad- und
Motorradsports messen. Oder die vielen anderen, nicht asphaltierten Strassen durch
die Wälder, die das Herz der Mountainbiker höher schlagen lassen.
ZWISCHEN GESCHICHTE, KUNST UND KULTUR
Die Marmolada ist ein stiller und diskreter Zeuge einer Vergangenheit, die von
schrecklichen Ereignissen geprägt war: während des Ersten Weltkrieges fanden auf
diesem Berg blutige Kämpfe statt. Im Jahr 1990 wurde in der Seilbahnstation Serauta
ein umfangreiches und sehr interessantes Kriegsmuseum eingerichtet; es befindet
sich auf 2.950 m Seehöhe und ist somit das höchstgelegene Museum Europas. Auf
diesem Berg wurde in den eiskalten Wintermonaten vor fast einhundert Jahren ein
grauenvoller Krieg ausgetragen: nach einem Projekt eines österreichischen Ingenieurs
schufen die Soldaten der Donaumonarchie ein 12 Kilometer langes Stollensystem
im Eis des Marmoladagletschers. In dieser so genannten „Eisstadt“ lebten hunderte
von Soldaten mehr als drei Winter lang. Das Museum in Serauta ist aus drei Gründen
einmalig in seiner Art: es liegt auf 2.950 m Seehöhe am Rand des Gletschers in einer
landschaftlich einzigartigen Position; es dient nicht nur dem Gedenken der Männer, die
auf der Marmolada gekämpft haben, sondern aller Soldaten des Bergkriegs; und ohne
sich auf politische Ideologien und Grenzen zu versteifen, bezeugt es allen Männern
Ehre, die für ihr Überleben auf dem Gletscher und den Felsen der Marmolada kämpfen
mussten und unbeschreiblichem Leid ausgesetzt waren.
Einen Abstecher wert sind auch die Handwerksläden in Sottoguda; hier schaffen Meister
einzigartige Objekte aus Eisen und Holz.
Die Marmolada gehört außerdem zur Heimat der ladinischen Kultur und Tradition. Der
Verein Union di Landins de Ròcià hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, die ladinische
Sprache und das Brauchtum zu schützen und zu bewahren.
SPEZIALITÄTEN UND HEIMISCHE PRODUKTE
Einfache, aber wertvolle und detailreiche Rezepte sind die Grundlage der Küche
in der Region Marmolada. Eine Küche, die heute auch wieder von exklusiven und
renommierten Restaurants aufgegriffen wird und bodenständige, gesunde Zutaten
verwendet, wie Speck und Almkäse; oder die “Casonzièi”, das sind halbmondförmige
Teigtaschen mit Kürbisfüllung, übergossen mit zerlassener Butter und Ricotta; diese
Nudeln können auch mit anderer Füllung zubereitet werden: mit Spinat, Kartoffeln und
schmackhaften Wildkräutern wie “Grìsoi“ oder „Giaméita”. Ein ähnliches Gericht sind
die “Turtole”: das sind Teigscheiben, die jedoch mit Kraut oder Spinat gefüllt und in
Öl gebacken werden. Eine der bekanntesten Speisen in der Region sind neben den
„Casonziéi“ die „Bale“: diese Speck-, Spinat- oder Käseknödel werden als Beilage zu
Ragout und Salat, oder als Suppeneinlage serviert. Andere regionale Spezialitäten sind
Wildgerichte und Speisen mit Wildkräutern, zu denen Polenta gereicht wird, und die
“Menèstra da orz”, eine Gerstensuppe mit geräucherter Schweinehaxe. In der Region
Marmolada gibt es aber auch viele Süßspeisen, wie die “Fiorostide” oder die “Tortiei da
pom”, das sind Pfannkuchen mit Äpfeln. Und natürlich wartet das Gebiet mit Grappa auf,
aromatisiert mit Kümmel, Latschen, Wacholder, Heidelbeeren und Walderdbeeren.

Per ogni esercizio alberghiero è indicato:
1. la denominazione, la classificazione con un numero di stelle
variabile da cinque a uno, l’indirizzo. Le residenze turisticoalberghiere sono identificate con la sigla RTA accanto alla
denominazione;
2. il numero delle camere, dei posti letto e dei servizi;
3. il prezzo minimo e massimo praticato per le camere a un letto,
a due letti e a più letti;
4. il prezzo minimo e massimo, per persona, del trattamento di
pensione completa e mezza pensione che si applica per una
permanenza non inferiore a tre giorni (bevande escluse);
5. i prezzi che figurano nelle righe contrassegnate con
si
riferiscono alle camere dotate di bagno o doccia e servizi igienici
privati;
6. il prezzo massimo della prima colazione.
I segni convenzionali dell’attrezzatura e dei servizi di cui
dispongono gli esercizi sono illustrati nella legenda. In presenza
del simbolo “ACCESSIBILE CON ACCOMPAGNATORE” è consigliabile
rivolgersi telefonicamente all’albergatore per le proprie necessità
specifiche.
I prezzi espressi in euro, si intendono “tutto compreso” (I.V.A,
riscaldamento e diritto fisso per il servizio). Le tariffe esposte nel
presente Annuario, sono quelle denunciate dagli albergatori al 1°
ottobre 2008 e sono passibili di variazioni dal 1° giugno 2009. Agli
ospiti, comunque, non potranno essere applicate tariffe difformi da
quelle risultanti dalla tabella prezzi che l’albergatore ha l’obbligo
di tenere esposta nel locale di ricevimento.
Il Marchio di qualità delle imprese alberghiere è una associazione
volontaria di esercizi che fornisce ai clienti, attraverso una
segnaletica appropriata, una valutazione obiettiva del livello di
servizio offerto.
Für jeden Hotelbetrieb wird folgendes angegeben:
1. der Hotelname, die betreffende Einstufung mit Angabe der
Sterne, die von eins bis fünf variieren können, di Adresse; die
touristischen Apartmenthotel sind mit der Abkürzung RTA neben
dem Namen gekennzeichnet;
2. die Anzahl der Zimmer, der Betten und der Badezimmer;
3. die Mindest- und die Höchsttarife für Einzelzimmer,
Doppelzimmer und Zimmer mit mehr als drei Betten;
4. die Mindest- und Höchstarife, pro Person, für Vollpension und
Halbpension, die bei einem Aufenthalt von nicht weniger als drei
Tagen berechnet werden und die keine Getränke beinhalten;
5. die Preise, die in den mit dem Symbol
gekennzeichneten
Zeilen aufgeführt sind und die sich auf Zimmer mit Bad oder
Dusche/WC beziehen;
6. der max. berechnete Frühstückspreis.
Die herkömmlichen Symbole für die seitens der Hotelbetriebe gebotenen
Ausstattung und Serviceleistungen werden in der Legende illustriert.
Wird das Symbol „MIT BEGLEITUNG ZUGÄNGLICH“ angegeben, wird
empfohlen, sich telefonisch mit dem Hotelführer in Verbindung zu
setzen, um so die persönlichen Anförderungen abklären zu können.
Die Preise sind in Euro angegeben und verstehen sich als “alles
einschliesslich“ (MwSt., Heizung und Dienstleistungsanspruch). Die
in diesem Jahresheft angeführten Tarife spiegeln die Angabe der
Hotelführer für den Zeitraum ab dem 1. Oktober 2008 wieder und
Können ab dem 1. June 2009 Anderungen unterworfen werden. Den
Gästen können jedoch keine Tarife berechet werden, die von der
Preisliste, die der Hotelführer angehalten ist, in seinem Hotel bzw. in
der Rezeption auszuhängen, abweichen.
Marchio di Qualità delle imprese alberghiere (Gütezeichen des
Hotelgewerbes). Mit Hilfe ausgewählter Kriterien, soll dieses Gütezeichen
dem Kunden eine objektive Wertung des Angebotes ermöglichen.
RECLAMI
I turisti che avessero da rilevare l’applicazione di prezzi superiori
a quelli pubblicati nel presente “Annuario” e non ottenessero
sufficiente soddisfazione da parte dell’albergatore, potranno
presentare documentato reclamo a: Amministrazione Provinciale

REKLAMATIONEN
Diejenigen Touristen, denen in Gegenüberstellung mit den in
diesem Heft verröffentlichten Preisen ein höherer Tarif berechnet
wurde und die mit der Beherbergung nicht zufrieden waren,
können an folgende Adresse ein Beschwerdeschreiben richten:

Every hotel listing includes the following information:
1. the name, classification with number of stars varying from
5 to 1, address. The tourist hotel residences are marked by
letters RTA next to the name;
2. the number of rooms, beds and baths;
3. the minimum and maximum prices for rooms with one bed,
two beds and several beds,
4. the minimum and maximum prices, per person, for full board
and half board. These apply to stays of not less than three
days and do not include beverages;
5. Prices appearing in the lines marked with a
refer to room
including bath or shower and private lavatory;
6. the maximum price for breakfast.
The standard symbols used for amenities and services of the
hotels are illustrated in the legenda. Where the symbol “ACCESS
WITH GUIDE” appears, it is advisable to call the hotel keeper for
specific needs.
Prices are given in euro and intended as “all included” (V.A.T,
heating and fixed charge for service). Fees given in this Directory
are those stated by hotel keepers as of 1st October 2008 and
may be subject to variations from 1st June 2009. However,
guests cannot be charged fees different from those on the
table of prices that the hotel keeper is obliged to display in the
reception area.
The quality trade-mark of the hotel business is a voluntary
association of hotel management that provides the guests,
by an appropriate sign, an objective evaluation of the service
level offered.
CLAIMS
Tourists charged with prices higher than that published in this
Directory and who have not received adequate satisfaction
by the hotel keeper can present a documented claim to:
