The universal wire and plastic binding machine for the stationery industry, book binderies and trade finishers. By adding

Als Vollautomat mit Liniermaschine für Schreibwaren oder mit Vier-Seitenschneider für den Buchbinder.
Mit vorgeschalteten Anlegergruppen können Falzbogen zusammengetragen, dann vierseitig beschnitten und danach wie üblich
gebunden werden. Für kleine zweinutzige Produkte ist der Einsatz eines fünften Messers für den Trennschnitt vorhanden.
Mögliche Optionen: Übergabestation, Lumbeckschneider, Nutzenschneider, Eckenstanze, verschiedenartige Anleger in (fast)
unbegrenzter Zahl, Kreuzleger + Stapler, Schneid- und Trennstation bei zweinutziger Kammbindung.

As a fully automatic in-line version, fed from a ruling machine, for the stationery industry or from a 4-knife trimmer for the
book binder. Signatures can be collated for 4-knife trimming and subsequent binding. For small 2-up products, a fifth knife
for separating is available.
Possible options: transfer station, spine trimmer, multi-up cutting station, corner rounding, a large variety of inserters in (nearly)
unlimited quantity, turner + stacker, cutting and trimming station for 2-up bound double wire products.

Die Vorteile: Vollautomatischer Prozess mit max. 25-30 Bindetakten pro Minute und damit bis zu max. 1800 Produkten pro
Stunde. Durch modularen Aufbau integrierbar, nachrüstbar auch in ältere Maschinen von Kugler-Womako. Wahlweise alle
3 Bindearten in einer Maschine, Drahtspirale, Plastikspirale und Drahtkamm. Beste Haltbarkeit des Produktes selbst bei
stärkster Beanspruchung wie z. B. für Straßenatlanten, Kochbücher usw. Plastikspirale ist die sicherste Bindung wenn
Verletzungen, z. B. bei Kindern, ausgeschlossen sein müssen. Neue Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten für den Produktdesigner
ergeben sich aus der Verfügbarkeit des Kunststoffmaterials in über 35 Standardfarben und in mehr als 200 Sonderfarben.
Binding with plastic spiral
Kugler-Womako has introduced and proven industrial mass production of plastic coil bound products.
Advantages: Fully automatic process with max. 25-30 binding cycles/min and thus up to max. 1800 books/hour. Through its
modular design, the system can also be integrated in older Kugler-Womako machines. All three binding methods in one machine,
double-wire, plastic spiral, and metal spiral. Improved durability of products, even with rough handling, e.g. road atlas, cook
book, etc. Plastic spiral is the most safe binding, when e.g. injuries with children need to be absolutely avoided. Product designers have room for new creations with the plastic filament being available in more than 35 standard and 200 special colours.
