Mit Datum 05. August 2014 geht die ESKA Automotive GmbH zu 100% in den Besitzstand
der Boltun Group über.
2.
Nach diesem Zusammenschluß liegt der kumulierte Gesamtumsatz bei über 500 Millionen
US Dollar, zusätzlich erweitern sich die Kapazitäten und Möglichkeiten in der Forschung
und Entwicklung, Produktions- und Logistik-Bereich.
3.
ESKA bleibt im vollen Umfang erhalten und wird mit dem hohen Servicegrad und den
Ihnen bekannten Ansprechpartnern wie gewohnt zur Ihrer Verfügung stehen.
4.
Herr Stoffel wird dem Unternehmen als Berater weiter zur Verfügung stehen.
5.
ESKA erweitert sein Produktportfolio und kann dabei auch auf die Ressourcen der
Boltun Gruppe zurückgreifen.

The Boltun Story
1988
1995 Viewing the growth in China, Mr. Wu
established the first factory, Xiamen Boltun, in Xiamen,
China.
1995
1996 Mr. Wu became Chairman of QST Holding, merged 4 trading
companies into QST International Corporation; founded Q-Lab in
Tainan and Yeswin in Suzhou, China.
1997 Boltun acquired ISO 9002 certificate; Q-Lab
acquired A2LA accreditation.
1998 Boltun acquired QS 9000 certificate, QST entered into screws
production in Taiwan and China.
1999 Boltun acquired AS 9000 certificate, A2LA and CNSA
laboratory accreditation.
2000
2001 Founded Newco in Bangkok, Thailand, to support
Isuzu project; QST became worldwide licensee for
Taptite® screws.
2003 Starting production of dies, punches and toolings to support
group growth; QST became MAThread® screws worldwide licensee.
2005
2006 QST IPO and listed in Taiwan TWO exchange; QST new plant
entered into bolt production in Taiwan.
2007 Boltun machinery building department started
production of self-designed equipment.
2008 Major expansion in China; added Xiamen Boltec, Bolwir and
Bolmac, vertically integrated entire fastener manufacturing process
for quality and cost.
2009 Acquired A-Okay majority ownership and entered
into Magni coating process.
2010
2010 Xiamen Boltun and Boltec approved by SVW and SGM as
Grade A supplier.
2013
2013 Boltun plants acquired VW headquarters Class 10.9 and
above Grade A fastener supplier award.
2011 Group sales of NT$10 billions recorded as the
leading fastener company in Taiwan.
2012 QST acquired Ford Q1 quality award.
August 2014 QST and Boltun acquired ESKA Automotive
GmbH, Germany, and made one more step towards a
global full service provider.
2000 Xiamen Boltun acquired QS 9000 certificate, QST became
worldwide licensee for Torx® screws.
2002 QST acquired QS 9000 and ISO 14000 certificates; Xiamen
Boltun acquired VDA 6.1 approval.
2004 QST acquired 20,000 sq meter new plant site in
Tainan for bolt production expansion.
2005 Established Suzhou Techform in China; Boltun and
QST both acquired TS 16949.
1988 Chairman Mr. Wu established Boltun Corporation in
Tainan, Taiwan, and started Automotive Weld Nuts
manufacturing.
