STEPFATHER FRED ist eine im Jahre 2007 ins Leben gerufene

Satte Gitarrenriffs, eingängige Gesangspassagen mit groovigen Drums und
druckvollen Bassharmonien verpackt. STEPFATHER FRED! Mit ihrem Heavy
Alternative Rock bieten die jungen Musiker aus dem süddeutschen Raum eine
absolut überzeugende Mischung „Old School vs. New School“.
Neben etlichen schweißtreibenden Club- / Hallen- und Festivalkonzerten haben sich
die Jungs auch einige Knaller auf der Referenzenliste erarbeitet. So spielten
STEPFATHER FRED im Jahr 2010 auf dem weltbekannten SOUTHSIDE FESTIVAL
und standen mit Größen wie den BEATSTEAKS, BILLY TALENT oder THE
STROKES auf dem Line Up.
Im Frühjahr 2012 tourten STEPFATHER FRED mit den Münchner EMIL BULLS wie
auch mit HÄMATOM quer durch Deutschland und machten die populärsten Clubs
des Landes unsicher. Aber auch zahlreiche Supportshows für Bands wie PRO PAIN,
EXILIA u.v.m. standen bereits auf dem Programm.
STEPFATHER FRED brachten im Frühjahr 2012 ihr zweites Album „Raise Our Flag“
auf den Markt (VÖ 04.04.12). In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produzenten Ralph Quick
(H-Blockx, Die Happy) in den Rock City Studios Solingen, liefern die Musiker eine
Scheibe, welche die vorherige definitiv übertrifft. Altbewährtes wurde mit neuem,
ausgereifterem und funktionierendem Songmaterial bestückt und zu einem
grandiosen Werk verschmolzen.
STEPFATHER FRED haben Großes vor, sie wollen den langen harten Weg zur
Spitze des Rock´N´Roll erklimmen!

With their heavy alternative rock, the young musicians from southern Germany
provide an absolutely convincing mixture of "Old School vs. New School".
Apart from many exhausting performances in clubs, halls as well as at festivals, the
guy's managed it to add some real big deals to their reference list. In 2010 for
example, STEPFATHER FRED had a guest act on the world famous SOUTHSIDE
FESTIVAL performing with bands like the BEATSTEAKS, BILLY TALENT or THE
STROKES on their line up.
In spring 2012, STEPFATHER FRED went on Germany tour with two international
top acts – the famous EMIL BULLS from Munich and HÄMATOM. Together with the
bands they will travel around Germany playing in the most popular clubs of the
country. So far, the young musicians have also successfully supported bands like
PRO PAIN, EXILIA or many others.
Another highlight in spring 2012 was the publishing of the band's second album
'Raise Our Flag' (4 April 2012). According to the guys, their second album which they
recorded together with the producer Ralph Quick (H-Blockx, Die Happy) at the Rock
City Studios in Solingen would definitively exceed the old one. Old songs were
improved by a better and more functional song material showing their fans now a
terrific new creation.
But that is not enough! STEPFATHER FRED has big plans for the future and wants
to climb up to the top of the world of Rock'N'Roll being aware that this would be a
long and hard way.
