At this development, formart is placing great store by an efficient space concept with custom-made furniture, inclusive of a galley kitchen and high-end bathrooms. Completion in line with KfW 55 standard is planned for late summer 2015. The project will include 75 underground car parking spaces and 160 bicycle parking spaces, as well as a concierge, a reading and study lounge, a launderette, a sports room, and a 24-hour hotline.
