Frankfurt, May 7, 2014 – Ten weeks after construction started on the sevenstory “Studio Eins” apartment building in Frankfurt’s Gallus, the cornerstone will
be officially laid today at Krifteler Strasse.
“Studio Eins” in Frankfurt, which is being created by the leading residential real
estate developer, will feature a total of 224 fully-furnished apartments with living
space of between 24 and 35 square meters, geared to investors. At this development, formart is placing great store by an efficient space concept with custom-made furniture, inclusive of a galley kitchen and high-end bathrooms. Completion in line with KfW 55 standard is planned for late summer 2015. The project
will include 75 underground car parking spaces and 160 bicycle parking spaces,
as well as a concierge, a reading and study lounge, a launderette, a sports room,
and a 24-hour hotline. Because of its extensive communal amenities and good
links with downtown Frankfurt, the railway station and universities, “Studio Eins”
is particularly suited as housing for students, work commuters and young professionals.

Frankfurt’s Gallus is developing more and more into a modern showcase district

So far, just under half of the 224 apartments have been sold. Apartment prices
start from 84,260 euros, depending on the size.
