Proven System
Numerous products from PMA are approved by the German Railways (Deutsche
Bahn) for use in the track bed. Above all the PMAFLEX conduit type VCS and the
PMAFIX terminations have for some time now been applied in numerous applications. The type approval testing for the new PMAFLEX Pro multi-layer conduit XVCS
is in process. The approval will open up further possibilities for cable protection in
railway infrastructure.

PMA has since 1975 been designing, manufacturing
and distributing polyamide cable protection products
of the highest quality. With quality Swiss products
PMA has in this short time gained an excellent reputation world wide and established itself as market
leader. The portfolio which now includes over 6,000
products is proven world wide in rail industry technology, machine and ship building. But also in robotics,
building installation and many other areas where power and data cables must be reliably protected PMA
products are the preferred solution.
The PMA headquarters are in Switzerland. The great
majority of the products for the world market are manufactured at this site and intensive research and development is also conducted there. PMA is represented by sales subsidiaries in Great Britain, Germany,
Italy, France, Austria and Spain. With partners companies in all the important industrial nations as well
as a extensive distribution network throughout the

Bewährtes System
Zahlreiche Produkte von PMA besitzen eine Freigabe der Deutschen Bahn für den
Einsatz im Gleisbett. Vor allem die bewährten PMAFLEX Wellrohre des Typs VCS und
die PMAFIX Anschlussarmaturen werden seit geraumer Zeit in verschiedenen Anwendungen eingesetzt. Die Freigabe der neuen PMAFLEX Pro Mehrschicht-Wellrohre
XVCS ist derzeit in Vorbereitung. Mit der Freigabe ergeben sich weitere Möglichkeiten
des Kabelschutzes in den Anwendungen der Bahn-Infrastruktur.
