At the backside of the villa you have a spectacular
mountain panorama of the Taurus mountains.
The plot has 1010m² groundspace and has a 13m long
swimmingpool with jacuzzi and a mediterranean
garden.
The villa has 3 floors and each floor has its separate
spacy 221m² apartment, which can be entered by an
elevator.
Each apartment has got a separate entrance. The villa

fireplace in the livingroom will be at choice of the
customer.
The villa is based at a barrier-free concept:
The entrance doors and all inside doors in the
apartment have a minimum size of 1m width.
All toilettes in the bathrooms have a space of 1,20m, to
fix asist grips, etc.
At least one bathroom is wheelchair-adjusted
(traversable). The showers are all individually bricked
with a 1m wide glasdoor and are accessible without any
steps.
All outdoor entrances to the villa, pool and garden have
a ramp. Each 221m² apartment is internal step-free
and all distances in elevation can be managed by an
elevator.

neu angelegten Flughafen Alanya in Gazipasa.
Von Antalya kommend liegt Incekum 30km vor Alanya
an der türkischen Riviera.
Unsere Villenprojekte mit direktem Meerblick befinden
sich 3km von der Küste entfernt in hügeliger
Terrassenlage, welches sehr stark an die toskanische
Landschaft erinnert.
Auch hier haben wir Olivenhaine, Zitrusfrüchte, Kräuter
und im Besonderen auch Bananenanpflanzungen, die
einen wunderbaren Kontrast zum Meer darstellen.
In dieser landschaftlichen Vielfalt, haben wir unsere
Grundstücke und Villen in die Olivenhaine eingefügt, die
zusammen mit dem freien Meerblick in landschaftlichem
Einklang stehen und ein besonderes Lebensgefühl

Tepe ist die türkische Bezeichnung für einen

(1,5hrs by car) and 72km west of the newly created
Alanya airport in Gazipasa.
When you come from Antalya, Incekum is located 30km

Our Villa-Projects lie 3km from the coast in a hilly
terrace-like situation which is very reminiscent to the
Tuscan countryside: again we have olive groves, citrus
fruits, herbs and in particular banana plantations, which
together is a wonderful contrast to the sea.
In this natural diversity, we have inserted our plots and
villas in the olive groves that are in scenic line along
with the open sea view and convey a special feeling.
