Anschluss Plus-Leitungen bei BC und SC-Ladeleitung
Der Anschluss der Plus Leitungen erfolgt wie gewohnt mit den
Sicherungsbausätzen für BC oder SC-Ladeleitung über die
„Lasche Batteriepolklemme“und Würfelsicherung (Abb. 1).
Anschluss Minusleitung bei BC
Der Anschluss der Hauptstromleitung Minus des BC erfolgt jetzt
am Anschlussbolzen M10 der werksseitig verbauten
Adapterbox am Energieverteiler (Abb. 2).
Um sie zu öffnen muss ggf. die Batterie ausgebaut oder gelöst
werden.
Zusätzlich benötigt wird ein Kabelschuh M10 mit 25 mm².(Bär
Art.-Nr. 01.103645 - M10 25 mm²)
Anschluss Minusleitungen bei SC-Ladeleitung
Der Anschluss der Minusleitungen für SC-Ladeleitung muss
über eine Minusabsicherung erfolgen. Daher wird eine
zusätzliche Mercedes-Adapterbox mit integriertem
Sicherungssockel benötigt.

Diese Adapterbox wird neben der werksseitig verbauten
Adapterbox montiert (Abb. 3).
Die 3 Minusadern (2 x 6 mm² + 1 x 1 mm²) werden durch die
Dichtung Adapterbox beim Einführen gemeinsam durch einen
Schrumpfschlauch geführt und verschrumpft. Dann mit
Kabelschuh M8 an der mitgelieferten 60A Sicherung
anschließen (Abb. 4)!

Die benötigten Kleinteile sind in einem „Hauptstromanschluss
BS“separat bestellbar.

Connecting the plus cables with BC and SC charging
cables
The plus cables are connected with the fuse assemblies for the
BC or SC charging cables via the “battery pole terminal tab“and
cube fuse (Fig. 1).
Connecting the minus cable with the BC
The connection of the power cable minus of the BC is now to
the M10 terminal screws on the adapter box which has been
fitted to the energy distributor in the works (Fig. 2).
It is possible that the battery will have to be removed or
loosened before it can be opened.
A M10 cable lug with 25 mm² will also be required.(Bär Art.-No.
01.103645 - M10 25 mm²)
Connection of the minus cables with the SC charging cable
The minus cables for the SC charging cable has to be via a
minus fuse. An additional Mercedes adapter box with integrated
fuse base is therefore required.

This adapter box is mounted next to the adapter box which has
been fitted in the works (fig. 3).
While they are being inserted, the 3 minus wires (2x6mm² + 1x1
mm²) are fed through shrinkdown plastic tubing together and
then shrunk. This is then connected to the 60A fuse enclosed
using an M8 cable lug (fig. 4)!
