The Mercatus W1 wine cellar recreates the aging
conditions of a natural cellar, ideal for the wine
to evolve and improve gradually at the pace of
the seasons. The most important aspects, such
as temperature stability and humidity, lighting
control, ventilation and vibroacoustic insulation,
are all mastered.
The storage capacity of the cellar in relation to its
size is remarkable: the wine rack with four-level
shelving (ranging up to 10 levels) has a total
capacity of about 1500 bottles. The 545x545mm
shelves are specially designed for double-deep
neck-to-neck storage, with niches housing eleven
bottles, diameter from 70mm to 87mm, i.e. most
types including Bordeaux and Burgundy.
The Mercatus compact cellar conditioner performs
a dual action (cooling or heating depending on
outside temperature) thanks to the programmable
electronic controller that keeps the air temperature
inside the cellar at the temperature required for the
preservation of wine.
Le cellier à vin Mercatus W1 récrée les conditions de
vieillissement d’une cave naturelle, idéales pour que
le vin puisse évoluer et se bonifier graduellement
selon la cadence des saisons. Les aspects les plus
importants, tels que la stabilité de la température
et de l’hygrométrie, le contrôle de l’éclairage, la
ventilation et l’isolation vibroacoustique, ont tous
été maîtrisés.
La capacité de stockage du cellier par rapport à son
encombrement est remarquable : les étagères à
quatre niveaux (pouvant aller jusqu’à 10 niveaux)
ont une capacité totale d’environ 1500 bouteilles.
Ses tablettes 545x545mm ont été spécialement
étudiées pour un rangement à double profondeur,
avec des niches standard logeant tête-bêche onze
bouteilles (diamètre de 70mm à 87mm, soit la
plupart des types, Bordeaux et Bourgogne inclus)
en largeur.
Le climatiseur Mercatus assure une climatisation à
double effet (refroidissement ou chauffage selon
la température extérieure) dotée d’un contrôleur
électronique programmable qui maintient la
température de l’air à l’intérieur de la cave à la
température souhaitée pour la conservation du vin.

Mercatus W1 Weinzelle erstellt die Bedingungen des
Alterns einer natürlichen Weinzelle, ideal für den
Wein zu entwickeln und zu verbessern allmählich
in der Rhythmus der Jahreszeiten. Die wichtigsten
Aspekte, wie z.B. Temperatur-und Luftfeuchtigkeit,
Lichtsteuerung, Lüftungs-und vibroakustische
Isolierung wurden alle kontrolliert.
Die Speicherkapazität der Weinzelle in Relation zu
seiner Größe ist bemerkenswert: das Weinregal
auf vier Ebenen (bis zu 10 Ebenen) hat eine
Gesamtkapazität von etwa 1500 Flaschen. Die
545x545mm Tabletten sind speziell für doppelt tiefe
Kopf-an-Kopf-Lagerung, mit Nischen-Gehäuse elf
Flaschen, Durchmesser von 70mm bis 87mm, oder
die meisten Arten, darunter Bordeaux und Burgund.
Die Mercatus Weinzelleklimaanlage bietet einen
doppelten Effekt (Kühlung oder Heizung je nach
Außentemperatur) mit einer programmierbaren
elektronischen Steuerung, die die Lufttemperatur
hält in den Keller, um die gewünschte Temperatur
für die Lagerung von Wein.
