We look forward to having you join in the festivities on July 24, 2015, and are thrilled to showcasing your amazing product during our event. Boston Curvy Fashion Week is a series of events designed to create plus size awareness throughout Boston, MA. We believe that amazing fashion has no size, and all women should have the opportunity to look their best.During Boston Curvy Fashion Week women will have the opportunity to learn how to take care of their curves, what looks best on theirs curves, and tools that will make fashion businesses work smarter. I am Sandra Augustin Founder | Executive Event Producer of Boston Curvy Fashion Week and Owner of Your Desired Dream.I create events that impact community's,bring about positive social change, and gather people together! As a Official Boston Curvy Fashion Week Vendor your company name will appear on our informational Booklets.Your Logo will appear on our website, linking to your company information. You will receive a BCFWeek vendor badge (to be put on website and/or your social media sites).We will post your logo on our social media sites, as an BCFWeek 2015 Vendor.You may provide promotional material that will go in our Swag Bags. You will receive only 2 exhibitor passes for your vendor staff, 1 complimentary tickets to our Runway show and 1 complimentary ticket to our press & media event.Discount prices on other Boston Curvy Fashion Week events are available for two admission tickets only (you must contact our event staff before July 18, 2015 ) To ensure that you are prepared with all the information you need in order to have a great vendor experience, please review the details contained within this letter below. Check- In / Set-Up Time 2:00 pm (if you need to arrive earlier or later please notify us at least 1 weeks before event date). Vendor Check-In Processes All vendors must Check-In with a Boston Curvy Fashion Week Staff. Once checked in you will be given a Lanyard and shown where your pop-up shop area will be. Lanyard information Lanyards will be given out on check-in day only, you must wear your lanyard at all times. Your lanyard credentials grant you access to the loading dock area, early arrival, setting up your pop-up station before event, and the take down after the event. Check- Out/Take down Time 11:00 pm - 12:00 am(all vendors must be done take down on or before 12:00am) Vendor Setup and Take Down Requirements: You may set up your pop-shop at the selected venue above, unfortunately no adhesives or nails are allowed on the walls. You are also not allowed to pass out any food to the attendees due to their contract with our Venue. Other Free wifi during the event, a 5ft table w/ table cover, and 2 Chairs will be provided to you.
