Our photographers are constantly traveling the world to
capture new and attractive motifs. But if you are still unable to find just the right motif in our photo galleries, please
make use of our programming service. Simply send us your
own photos and we will program these using the AlphaPicture process – exclusively for your use.
Such masterpieces are sought after; they can be offered as incentives. Schwaebisch Hall
rewarded select customers with a building society savings calendar. All those satisfying
the criteria received a personalized photo mailer with a gift voucher code. Qualifying
members could redeem this gift voucher in the online calendar store and enter the name
of their choice for inclusion in the personalized calendar. Often, the member’s spouse or
child was the recipients of these personalized calendars.
Is there a more personal icebreaker for a cold call than
a personalized name calendar for that organization? The
French advertising agency IDAHO created a calendar in
which the design varied from month to month – in perfect
harmony with the colors of AlphaPicture motifs.
The in-house agency of the Seedamm Plaza on Lake Zurich
created a desktop calendar reflecting the corporate design
of the hotel. All event dates are included on the calendar
page. The front page is decorated with personalized photos
from the hotel – including the entrance, bars, and casino.
AlphaPicture implemented this total satisfaction package as an integrated service, hosting and programming the web-to-print store, producing the mailers, and taking care of
calendar production and logistics.

You can see an overview of all AlphaPicture photo motifs at a glance at our company website www.AlphaPicture.com under the tab “Photo Galleries”. Classification into categories
such as “Sports” – “Culinary” – “Travel”, etc. make your motif selection even easier.
The satellite photos are created using the addresses of your customers. Please include the
complete address of your customers with the list of names. Post box addresses cannot be
satellite personalized.

You need 12 monthly photos and one cover sheet picture for a calendar. Specify a motif
for each month, and your calendar design is complete. On request, we can also produce
calendars having 15, 18, or 24 months.
Define your desired format, your calendar of choice, and the starting month. Send us your
logo as a high-resolution image (e.g. EPS, JPEG or PDF) together with your list of names.
You will then receive a sample PDF file of your calendar for final printing approval. For
larger quantities, we would be happy to print a sample calendar upon request.

Costs and Prices
All prices indicated in this catalog refer to the maximum or minimum order quantity. In
general, there is a 50 piece minimum and a 50,000 piece maximum. We would be happy
to calculate prices for your specific order quantity. For all promotional gifts with personalized photos or your customized logo, one-time setup costs of (normally) EUR 110.00
apply. This fee may be higher in the case of special, unique designs. All prices are given
in Euro plus VAT, payable strictly net within 14 days. We reserve the right to request payment on account from new customers after the sample has passed final approval. Price
changes and errors reserved.
