The 9200H & 9200I Series Star Mini-Bars® are a compact, all-in-one
package, with the reliability and attention getting power you need.
Dual rotators are enhanced with a single wall mirror. Durable polycarbonate domes resist UV deterioration and are fully gasketed to protect
against the elements. The ABS plastic bases make these Star MiniBars® lightweight and will not corrode. Patent pending shock mounted
rotators with two sealed roller bearings provide quiet, smooth, and
maintenance free operation, and are available in standard speed
(80fpm) or high speed (160fpm). Lock-and-stay bulbs are field
replaceable. The 9200H & 9200I series are offered in both permanent
and magnetic mount. Super powerful, rubber coated, 8” vacuum
magnets are also available. Ships complete with mounting hardware
and instructions. Magnetic mount versions ship with attached cig plug
and vinyl pads for magnets to avoid scratching.

The 9200S Series mini-bars are a compact, all-in-one package with the reliability and attention getting power you need. Dual high intensity strobes are
enhanced with twin internal V-mirrors. Durable polycarbonate domes resist
UV deterioration and are fully gasketed to protect against the elements. The
ABS plastic bases make these mini-bars lightweight and will not corrode. The
circuit and strobe tube assemblies are fully encapsulated to guard against
shock and vibration and are also easily field replaceable. The 9200S series
is offered in both permanent and magnetic mount. Super powerful, rubber
coated, 8” vacuum magnets are also available. Ships complete with mounting hardware and instructions. Magnetic mount versions ship with attached
cig plug with lighted On/Off switch and vinyl pads for magnets to avoid

Use these deluxe switch boxes to control your Star lightbars or any other functions of your
choice. The SB4020 Series features all illuminated switches when in use and the legends are
backlit for easy nighttime readability. There is one 40 amp circuit, protected by a relay and
self-resetting circuit breaker, and five 20 amp circuits which are individually protected by
fuses. The SB4040 features a 3-mode progressive, 40 amp (max) switch, and four 20 amp

Two, 35 watt/33,000cp, sealed beams provide 90 flashes per minute for safety
or industrial applications. A fully “RF” suppressed, 100 inch oz. torque motor
powers the 440A. Double bearings on the output shaft and combination Delrin/
Nylon gearing provide for quiet, maintenance free operation and longer life. In
addition, the motor is protected by a slip clutch. The base of the light is molded
from high-impact ABS wrapped by a stainless steel band. Durable polycarbonate
outer domes keep our lights corrosion, weather, and impact resistant. Available
in magnetic mount (Model# 440AM) and a 24 Volt version (Model#440A24V). Ships complete with mounting hardware and instructions

The 242SL strobe is a pipe mount, quad flash, or selectable random
flash strobe designed for mounting on our TP4000 telescopic pole. The
242SL series strobes are standard quad flash or field selectable random
flash. The TP4000 telescopic pole extends up to 48”. The TP4000 ships
pre-wired with instructions. The 242SL strobe is sold separately.

In 1974, Southern Vehicle Products began as a small manufacturing and distribution center in Clearwater, Florida. The
company's emphasis on high quality products and personalized service allowed it to grow quickly to a leadership position
in the Emergency Vehicle Products industry. This leadership
position, continued to develop over the years as SVP added
new siren and lightbar products to enhance their offering to
the RED and BLUE emergency vehicle lighting market.
In 1998, Southern Vehicle Products changed its name to Signal Vehicle Products in order to better communicate the
company's commitment to an international presence and its focus on an expanded 'signaling' product line.
As the new Millenium arrived, the purchase of Signal Vehicle Products by STAR Headlight and Lantern Co., Inc.
helped poise the company for further dramatic growth. The combination of the STAR Warning Systems’ heavy-duty
AMBER warning light line and Signal's product line was an exciting development for our distributor, fleet, and OEM
customers.
