Structures des meubles et façades tiroirs :
Structures réalisées avec des panneaux hydrofuges en épaisseur 16mm. en classe 1A.
Façades des tiroirs réalises en en MDF stratifié en épaisseur 18mm.
Meubles laques extérieur en finition brillant ou mat en 38 différents couleurs.
Finition intérieur mélaminé couleur Pearl mat.
TIROIRS
Les structures des tiroirs sont réalises en métal laque blanc et fournis d’ un tapis anti dérapant pour faciliter le
nettoyage.
Les coulisses sont à sortie totale avec système de retour automatique « motion control » et ralentisseur de fermeture
à gaz.

ЯЩИКОВ ТУМБ:
Каркас тумб изготовлен из водонепроницаемых панелей толщиной 16 мм класса 1А.
Фронтальная поверхность тумб изготовлена из многослойного МДФ толщиной 18 мм.
С внешней стороны мебель отделана глянцевым либо матовым лакокрасочным покрытием,
предлагается палитра из 38 различных цветов.
С внутренней стороны – меламиновая отделка матового жемчужного цвета.
ЯЩИКИ:
Каркас изготовлен из металла, окрашенного в белый цвет. Направляющие полного выдвижения
оснащены автоматической системой плавного возвращения ящика в исходное положение “soft
close”, позволяющей амортизировать закрывание ящика. Днище ящика покрыто противоскользящим
ковриком для обеспечения лучшей функциональности и уборки.
МОДУЛЬНОСТЬ:
Тумбы для раковины изготавливаются в следующих длинах:

SCHUBLADEN
Die Strukturen der Schubladen sind aus Metall in Weiß lackiert. Die Führungsschienen sind mit Vollauszug,
automatischem Einzugssystem und gedämpfer Schubladenschliessung ausgestattet.
Für eine einfachere Reinigung werden die Schubladen mit einem herausnehmbaren Matten ausgestattet.

CARATTERISTICHE
Geacril® è un materiale composito, in cui la massa interna, costituita dalla combinazione tra un minerale
naturale e una resina poliestere, viene rivestita da un film superficiale di resina acrilica/poliestere di altissima
qualità, che gli conferisce un’ottima resistenza chimico fisica durevole nel tempo e un’assoluta impermeabilità
e igiene nell’uso quotidiano. Il film di rivestimento conferisce inoltre al Geacril® una lucentezza superficiale
che lo rende elegante, piacevole al tatto e molto simile al materiale ceramico, con proprietà antibatteriche,
ignifughe e di autoestinguenza. Geacril® viene fornito in una gamma di tonalità che riproducono un’ampia
scala di colori RAL.
USO E MANUTENZIONE
Geacril® è un materiale resistente e durevole ma, come tutti i prodotti di elevato pregio, può essere danneggiato
se utilizzato in modo improprio. Per la pulizia EVITARE l’uso di detergenti e spugne abrasive. Per una facile
manutenzione e un duraturo utilizzo di un lavabo o di un piano in Geacril ®, Vi elenchiamo una serie di consigli
da seguire, affinché possiate essere soddisfatti per molti anni del prodotto acquistato:
1. Come trattamento generale di manutenzione, Vi consigliamo di pulire la superficie con acqua tiepida e
detergente delicato, non abrasivo, usando un panno o una spugna morbidi, non abrasivi, umidi. Risciacquate
bene la superficie e asciugate quindi con un panno morbido.
2. Nel caso di macchie causate da acqua ricca di calcare, da saponi o da prodotti minerali, pulire con un
detergente non abrasivo anticalcare (es.: aceto). Terminare la pulizia risciacquando con acqua tiepida ed un
panno morbido, non abrasivo. Asciugare quindi con un panno morbido.
3. Nel caso di macchie di altra natura (pennarello, rossetto, grassi, residui di cibo, ecc – vedi tabella di pulizia)
pulire con un detergente non abrasivo a base di ammoniaca. Terminare la pulizia risciacquando con acqua
tiepida ed un panno morbido, non abrasivo. Asciugare quindi con un panno morbido.
4. Nel caso di macchie particolarmente persistenti, piccoli tagli e graffi, o bruciature di sigaretta, se il film di
rivestimento del Geacril® non è stato danneggiato in tutto lo spessore, è sufficiente usare una pasta abrasiva
fino alla rimozione totale della macchia o del danno, con l’accortezza di estendere la zona di pulizia fino ad
uniformare completamente la superficie. Per ripristinare la lucentezza originaria, la superficie va poi lucidata
con pasta lucidante o polish (vanno bene i normali prodotti impiegati per lucidare la carrozzeria delle auto,
secondo le indicazioni del produttore).

Geacril® is a composite material whose inner mass is made up of a natural material combined with polyester
resin, all coated with a surface film of highest quality acrylic/polyester resin that ensures an excellent chemical/
physical resistance and long life of the product, which is also totally waterproof and hygienic in everyday use.
The coating film also gives Geacril® a particularly stylish surface shine and a nice feel, very similar to that of
ceramics, with anti-bacterial, fireproof and self-extinguishing properties. Geacril® is available in a wide range
of RAL colors.
USE AND MAINTENANCE
Geacril® is a long-lasting, hard-wearing material, but, just as all fine materials, it may be damaged if used
improperly. DO NOT use abrasive detergents or sponges. For the easy maintenance and long-lasting use of
Geacril® washbasins or tops, we are listing below a few recommendations that will ensure the long-lasting
and trouble-free use of the product you purchased:
1. As a general maintenance procedure, we recommend to clean the surface using warm water and a mild,
non-abrasive detergent on a soft, dump cloth or sponge. Rinse with warm water on a soft cloth and dry using
a soft cloth.
2. In case of stains that may be caused by hard water, soaps or mineral products, clean using a non-abrasive
descaling detergent (e.g. vinegar). Rinse with warm water on a soft, non-abrasive cloth and dry using a soft
cloth.
3. In case of other kinds of stains (markers, lipstick, grease, food etc., see the Cleaning Table below), clean
using a non-abrasive ammonia detergent. Rinse with warm water on a soft, non-abrasive cloth and dry using
a soft cloth.
4. In case of particularly stubborn stains, small cuts, scratches or cigarette burns, if the Geacril® coating film
has not been damaged through the entire cross-section, simply rub with some polishing paste until the stain
or damage has been completely removed, making sure the entire area is treated until the surface has been
restored. In order to restore the original surface shine, the surface should then be polished with polishing
paste (the common polishing products available for car waxing can be used according to the Manufacturer’s
directions).

TECHNISCHE DATEN
Geacril® ist ein Verbundmaterial dessen innere Masse, die aus einer Kombination von natürlichem Mineral
und Polyesterharz besteht, mit einem Oberflächenfilm aus Acrylharz/Polyester höchster Qualität versehen
wird. Dieser verleiht eine ausgezeichnete chemische und physikalische Beständigkeit sowie Langlebigkeit,
vollständige Undurchlässigkeit und Hygiene beim täglichen Gebrauch. Durch die Beschichtung erhält Geacril®
außerdem eine glänzende Oberfläche, die eine elegante Note verleiht, sich beim Anfassen angenehm anfühlt
und Keramik sehr ähnlich ist, mit antibakteriellen Eigenschaften, flammenhemmend und selbstlöschend.
Geacril® wird mit einer Reihe von Farbtönen angeboten, die eine breite Skala von RAL-Farbtönen wiedergibt.
GEBRAUCH UND WARTUNG
Geacril® ist ein widerstandsfähiges und haltbares Material, aber wie alle hochwertigen Produkte kann es
beschädigt werden, wenn unsachgemäß benutzt. Beim Reinigen die Anwendung von Scheuermitteln und
-schwämmen VERMEIDEN! Für eine einfache Pflege und langen Gebrauch eines Waschbeckens oder einer
Ablage aus Geacril® führen wir nachfolgend eine Reihe von Empfehlungen auf, damit Sie für viele Jahre mit
dem erworbenen Produkt zufrieden sind:
1. Zur allgemeinen Pflege wird empfohlen, die Oberfläche mit warmen Wasser und einem milden
Reinigungsmittel zu säubern, ohne Schleifmittel, mit Hilfe eines weichen feuchten Tuches oder Schwammes,
kein Scheuerschwamm. Danach die Oberfläche gut abspülen und mit einem weichen Tuch trocknen.
2. Im Falle von Flecken verursacht durch kalkhaltiges Wasser, Seife oder Mineralprodukten mit einem
Entkalkungsmittel säubern (z.B.: Essig). Die Reinigung durch Abspülen und mit Hilfe eines weichen Tuchs,
kein Scheuertuch, abschließen. Danach mit einem weichen Tuch trocknen.
3. Im Falle von Flecken anderer Natur (Filzschreiber, Lippenstift, Fett, Essensresten usw. – siehe
Reinigungstabelle), mit einem nicht scheuernden Ammoniak-Reinigungsmittel reinigen. Die Reinigung durch
Abspülen mit warmem Wasser und mit Hilfe eines weichen Tuchs abschließen. Danach mit einem weichen
Tuch trocknen.
4. Im Falle von besonders hartnäckigen Flecken, kleinen Kratzern und Einschnitten oder Brandflecken,
vorausgesetzt, dass die Geacril ® Oberfläche nicht in der gesamten Dicke beschädigt ist, ist es ausreichend
eine Reinigungspaste zu benutzen, bis der Fleck, die Beschädigung oder der Schaden entfernt ist, dafür
Sorge tragend, dass der umliegende Bereich behandelt wird, um ein gleichmäßiges Ergebnis zu erhalten.
Um wieder eine glänzende Oberflache herzustellen wird diese mit einer Poliercreme bzw. Polish poliert
(geeignet sind Produkte die gewöhnlich zum Polieren von Autokarosserien Anwendung finden, je nach der
Gebrauchsanleitung des Herstellers).

UTILISATION ET ENTRETIEN

si utilisé de façon impropre. Pour le nettoyage EVITER l’utilisation de détergents et éponges abrasives. Pour un
entretien facile et une utilisation durable d’un lavabo ou d’un plan en Geacril ®, nous Vous énumérons une série de
conseilles à suivre, afin que Vous puissiez être satisfaits du produit acheté pendant beaucoup d’années:
1. Comme traitement général d’entretien, nous Vous conseillons de nettoyer la surface avec de l’eau tiède et du
détergent délicat, en utilisant un chiffon doux ou une éponge douce, humide. Rincez bien la surface et ensuite
essuyer avec un chiffon doux.
2. En cas de taches causées par une eau riche en calcaire, par des savons ou des produits minéraux, nettoyez avec
un détergent non abrasif anticalcaire (ex.: vinaigre). Terminez le nettoyage avec de l’eau tiède et un chiffon doux,
non abrasif. Ensuite essuyer avec un chiffon doux.
3. En cas de taches d’un autre type (marqueur, rouge à lèvres, graisse, résidus de nourriture, etc. – voir tableau de
nettoyage) nettoyez avec un détergent non abrasif à base d’ammoniac. Terminez le nettoyage avec de l’eau tiède et
un chiffon doux, non abrasif. Ensuite essuyer avec un chiffon doux.
4. En cas de taches particulièrement persistantes, de petites coupures et rayures ou brûlures de cigarette, si le
film de revêtement du Geacril® n’a pas été endommagé dans toute l’épaisseur, il suffit d’utiliser une pâte d’abrasion
jusqu’à l’enlèvement complet de la tache ou du dommage, avec la prudence d’étendre la zone de nettoyage jusqu’à
uniformiser complètement la surface. Pour remettre en état la brillance originale, la surface doit être polie avec un
produit à polir ou du Polish (on peut utiliser les produits normaux employés pour polir la carrosserie des voitures,
selon les indications du producteur).

при неправильном использовании. При уходе НЕ ИСПОЛЬЗУЙТЕ абразивные порошки и губки. Для
увеличения срока эксплуатации и простоты обслуживания раковины или столешницы из ГЕАКРИЛА
предлагаем следовать приведенным ниже рекомендациям, чтобы приобретенное изделие приносило
Вам удовлетворение в течение многих лет.
1. При обычном уходе за поверхностью изделия используйте теплую воду, неабразивный деликатный
порошок и неабразивную влажную мягкую губку или тряпку. Тщательно промойте поверхность водой
и осушите мягкой тряпкой.
2. В случае образования пятен, вызванных излишним содержанием извести в воде, мыла, минеральных
продуктов, применяйте неабразивные противоизвестковые моющие средства (например, уксус).
Завершите очистку, используя теплую воду и неабразивную мягкую тряпку. Осушите поверхность

1. Come trattamento generale di manutenzione, Vi consigliamo di pulire la superficie con acqua tiepida e
detergente delicato, usando un panno o una spugna morbidi, umidi. Asciugate quindi con un panno morbido.
2. Nel caso di macchie causate da acqua ricca di calcare, da saponi o da prodotti minerali, pulire con un
detergente anticalcare (es.: aceto, VIAKAL®, AJAX®, ClF® anticalcare). Terminare la pulizia con acqua tiepida
ed un panno morbido. Asciugare quindi con un panno morbido.
3. Nel caso di macchie di altra natura (pennarello, rossetto, grassi, residui di cibo, ecc - vedi tabella di pulizia)
pulire con un detergente a base di ammoniaca (es.: CIF® ammoniaca!). Terminare la pulizia con acqua tiepida
ed un panno morbido. Asciugare quindi con un panno morbido.
4. Nel caso di macchie particolarmente persistenti o piccoli tagli e graffi, usare un detergente abrasivo (es.:
VIM ®, AJAX®) ed una spugnetta abrasiva (es.: SCOTCH-BRITE®). Terminare la pulizia con acqua tiepida ed
un panno morbido. Asciugare quindi con un panno morbido.
5. Nel caso di bruciature di sigaretta o di piccoli tagli, utilizzare il "Kit di Manutenzione" (fornibile su richiesta),
oppure uttllzzare una sequenza di carte vetrate 220/320/500 (eventualmente 1000, a finire), con l'accortezza
di pulire la zona con acqua calda e panno morbido tra una carta e l'altra.

1. For general maintenance, we recommend cleaning the surface with warm water and mild detergent, using
a soft damp cloth or sponge. Dry with a soft cloth.
2. In case of stains caused by hard water, soap or mineral products, clean with a scaleremoving detergent
(e.g.: vinegar, VIAKAL®, AJAX®, CIF® scale remover). Rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth.
3. In case of other kinds of stains (markers, lipstick, grease, food residues, etc. - see the cleaning table) clean
with an ammonia-based detergent (e.g.: CIF® ammoniacal). Rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth.
4. In case of particularly stubborn stains or small cuts or scratches, use an abrasive detergent (e.g.: VIM ®,
AJAX®) and an abrasive sponge (e.g.: SCOTCH-BRITE®). Rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth.
5. In case of cigarette burns or small cuts, use the "Maintenance Kit" (supplied on request), or a sequence
of fine-grain sandpaper sheets: 220/320/500 (possibly 1000, to finish), taking care to clean the area with hot
water and a soft cloth between one sanding and the next.

GEBRAUCH UND WARTUNG
TECNORIL® ist ein sehr beständiges und langlebiges Material, kann jedoch wie alle sehr wertvollen
Produkte beschädigt werden, wenn es auf missbräuchliche Weise benützt wird. Zur einfachen Wartung und
langzeitigen Benutzung eines Waschbeckens bzw. einer Oberfläche aus TECNORIL®, werden nachfolgend
einige Tipps angeführt, die Ihnen jahrelang viel Freude am erworbenen Produkt garantieren:
1. Als allgemeine Wartungsbehandlung empfehlen wir Ihnen, die Oberfläche mit lauwarmem Wasser und
Reiniger für empfindliche Produkte mit einem weichen, feuchten Tuch bzw. Schwamm zu reinigen. Danach
mit einem weichen Tuch trocknen.
2. Bei Fleckenaufgrund von kalkhaltigem Wasser, Seifen bzw. mineralischen Produkten muss die Reinigung
mit einem kalklösenden Reiniger (z. Bsp. Essig, VIAKAL®, AJAX®, CIF® Entkalkungsmittel) vorgenommen
werden. Die Reinigung mit lauwarmen Wasser und einem weichen Tuch beenden. Danach mit einem weichen
Tuch trocknen.
3. Bei anderen Flecken (Kosmetikstifte, Uppenstift, Fette, Lebensmittelreste usw.- siehe Reinigungstabelle)
muss die Reinigung mit einem Reiniger mit Ammoniakbase vorgenommen werden(z. Bsp.: CIF® Ammoniakal).
Die Reinigung mit lauwarmen Wasser und einem weichen Tuch beenden. Danach mit einem weichen Tuch
trocknen.
4. Bei besonders hartnäckigen Flecken bzw. kleinen Schnitten und Kratzern benützen Sie einen abrasiven
Reiniger (z. Bsp.: VIM ®, AJAX®) und einen Schleifschwamm (z. Bsp.: SCOTCH-BRITE®). Die Reinigung mit
lauwarmen Wasser und einem weichen Tuch beenden. Danach mit einem weichen Tuch trocknen.
5. Bei tiefen Zigarettenverbrennungen bzw. kleinen Schnitten benützen Sie bitte das Wartungsset (auf
Wunsch lieferbar) bzw. nacheinander ein Schmirgelpapier von 220/320/500 (und zum Abschluss evtl. von
1000). Bei jedem Wechsel des verschieden starken Schmirgelpapiers, sollte wenn notwendig der behandelte
Bereich gut mit warmen Wasser und einen weichen Tuch gereinigt werden.

Nessun danno diretto o indiretto può essere richiesto per mancata o ritardata consegna.

La merce viene consegnata franco destino ma viaggia sempre a rischio e pericolo del Committente.

La conformità al campione non deve intendersi in senso tassativo dato che sussistono margini di tolleranza dovuti a
variazioni del prodotto (colori, materiali, misure), causate da fattori ambientali (luce, umidità ecc.).

La fabbricazione di elementi fuori misura è ammessa a discrezione esclusiva della Casa che stabilirà di volta in volta le
maggiorazioni da apportare a prezzo di listino.

Gli elementi su misura ed i top in marmo, granito o cristallo, già realizzati su specifica commissione non possono essere
modificati e tantomeno annullati.

Eventuali contestazioni sulla quantità e qualità della merce consegnata devono essere segnalate immediatamente sulla bolla
al momento dello scarico o mezzo lettera raccomandata entro 8 giorni dalla fornitura.

I top in marmo, granito o cristallo, devono essere tassativamente verificati al momento dello scarico; eventuali contestazioni
devono essere riportate direttamente sulla bolla di accompagnamento. Le successive contestazioni non verranno prese in
considerazione.

Il reso di merce dovrà essere preventivamente autorizzato dalla Casa. Eventuali resi concordati a mezzo corriere si
intendono franco destino.

La merce eventualmente riconosciuta difettosa o non conforme dalla Ditta fornitrice dovrà essere resa al momento del
rimpiazzo.
La mancata restituzione del materiale sostituito darà facoltà alla Casa fornitrice a dar corso al pagamento del materiale
inviato.
In qualsiasi caso comunque la responsabilità della Casa produttrice sarà limitata alla sola sostituzione delle parti avariate
con esclusione di aggravi relativi a spese di trasporto montaggio o altro.

L’installazione dei mobili e/o dei loro componenti deve essere effettuata da personale qualifi cato. Si declina ogni
responsabilità per eventuali danni causati da errata intallazione o manutenzione dei prodotti forniti.

Le modalità di pagamento sono quelle precisate ed accettate sulla proposta d’ordine.

La Casa si riserva di apportare in ogni momento e senza preavviso tutte le modifiche tecniche che riterrà opportune a fine di
migliorare il prodotto.

La merce rimane di proprietà della Ditta venditrice fino a completo pagamento della stessa e, se tale pagamento è
dilazionato fino al buon fine dell’ultima scadenza.
Il ritardo o mancato pagamento dà diritto alla Casa di esigere il totale saldo della fornitura oltre alle spese e agli interessi di
mora.

Ad ogni effetto legale è solo competente il Foro di Pordenone.

I prezzi di listino al pubblico sono espressi in punti IVA esclusa. La Casa declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali
inesattezze od errori contenuti nel presente listino e si riserva la possibilità di apportare modifiche migliorative in qualsiasi
momento.

Any complaints over the quantity and quality of the shipped goods should be made immediately on the shipping bill at the
time of unloading or by registered letter within 8 days of delivery.

Lieferschein vermerkt oder innerhalb von 8 Tagen ab der Lieferung durch einen eingeschriebenen Brief mitgeteilt werden.

The marble, granite and crystal tops should absolutely be inspected when they are unloaded; any problems should be
written on the shipping bill. Complaints arising later will not be taken into consideration.

Returned goods will only be accepted if previously authorised by the Company. Any authorised courier returns are

Any goods that have been recognised as defective or not conforming to the order should be returned when replaced. Lack
of restitution of the replaced material will give the supplying Company the right to demand payment for the material shipped.
In any case the responsibility of the production company is limited to just the replacement of damaged parts with the
exclusion of increased transportation and assembly costs.
Die von der Lieferungsfi rma gfs. als beschädigt oder nicht entsprechend anerkannten Waren müssen bei der Ersetzung
zurückerstattet werden. Durch die Nichtrückerstattung des ersetzten Materials kann die Lieferungsfi rma die Bezahlung
des gesendeten Materials veranlassen. In jedem Fall beschränkt sich die Haftung der Herstellungsfi rma ohne Belastungen

La fourniture a lieu dès que possible en fonction de la disponibilité du stock et de la production. Les termes de livraison
indiqués dans la confi rmation de la commande sont donnés à titre tout à fait indicatif par le fournisseur et ne l’engagent à
rien. Aucun dommage direct ou indirect ne peut être réclamé pour une livraison non avenue ou en retard.

Les contestations éventuelles sur la quantité et la qualité de la marchandise livrée doivent être signalées directement sur le
bon au moment de la livraison ou par lettre recommandée dans les 8 jours.

Les plans en marbre, granit ou verre doivent obligatoirement être vérifi és au moment du déchargement ; les plaintes
éventuelles doivent être signalées directement sur le bulletin d’accompagnement. Les contestations ultérieures ne seront
pas prises en considération.

La restitution de marchandises devra préalablement avoir été autorisée par notre société. Les rendus éventuels concordés
par transporteur s’entendent franco destination.
La marchandise qui serait éventuellement reconnue défectueuse ou non conforme par notre société de fourniture devra
être rendue au moment du remplacement. La non restitution du matériel remplacé autorisera notre société à facturer le
matériel envoyé. Dans tous les cas, la responsabilité du producteur sera limitée au seul remplacement des parties avariées à
exclusion des surcoûts dus au transport, montage ou autre.

L’installation des meubles et/ou de leurs composants doit être effectuée par du personnel qualifi é. Nous déclinons toute
responsabilité pour les dommages éventuels causés par une installation ou un entretien erronés des produits fournis.

Les modes de paiement sont ceux précisés et acceptés sur l’offre de commande.

Notre société se réserve le droit d’apporter à tout moment et sans préavis toutes les variations techniques qu’elle jugera

Соответствие образцу не должно пониматься как абсолютно обязательное, т.к. существуют допустимые
пределы отличия изделия (расцветки, материалы, размеры), вызванные воздействием факторов окружающей
среды (свет, влажность и т.д.)

По исключительному усмотрению Фабрики допускается производство деталей с нестандартными размерами.
Фабрика устанавливает для каждого раза в отдельности надбавку к ценам, указанным в прайс-листе.

Детали, выполняемые по размеру, а также мраморные, гранитные или стеклянные столешницы,
изготовленные по определенному заказу, не подлежат изменениям или отказу от заказа.

Возможные претензии по качеству или количеству поставленного товара должны быть немедленно изложены
в накладной в момент разгрузки или в письме в течение 8 дней с момента поставки.

Мраморные, гранитные или стелклянные столешницы подлежат обязательной проверке в момент разгрузки;
возможные претензии необходимо указать непосредственно в упаковочном листе. Последующие претензии
не принимаются к рассмотрению.

Поставка товара должна быть предварительно согласована Фабрикой. Поставки товара, которые по
согласованию выполняются курьерской службой, подразумеваются на условиях «франко- место назначения».

Товар, который Фабрика признала бракованным или несоответствующим, должен быть
возвращен в момент проведения замены. В случае невозвращения замещенного материала Фабрикапроизводитель получает право потребовать оплату высланного материала. В любом случае, ответственность
Фабрики ограничивается только заменой поврежденного материала и не распространяется на
дополнительные расходы по транспортировке, монтажу и т.д.

Установка мебели и/или ее компонентов должна производиться квалифицированным персоналом. Фабрика не
несет ответственность за ущерб, нанесенный в результате неправильной установки или ухода за поставленной
продукцией.

Условиями оплаты являются те, которые были определены и согласованы при заказе.

Фабрика оставляет за собой право вносить в любое время и без предварительного уведомления все
технические изменения , которые она посчитает необходимыми в целях улучшения изделия.

Товар остается собственностью Фабрики до момента его полной оплаты и, если оплата выполняется
в рассрочку, до момента выплаты последнего взноса. Задержка или невыполнение платежа наделяют
Фабрику правом требовать полную оплату поставки, а также возмещения расходов и выплату процента по
просроченной задолженности.

По любым юридическим вопросам компетентным является Арбитражный суд г. Порденоне.

Цены прайс-листа указаны в баллах, НДС не включен. Фабрика не несет ответственность за ошибки, которые
могут
иметь место в настоящем прайс-листе, и оставляет за собой право в любой момент вносить улучшающие
изменения.
