Close Up mail order for posters and postcards was established in 1987.
Supplying the retail business commenced a few years later.
Today, Close Up is at the forefront in its field as one of the lead­ing poster
and merchandise wholesale and mail order enterprises, specialis­­­­ing in film,
music, person­ality and fun related products.
On offer is a unique and extensive
product assortment comprising of
posters, textiles, merchandise items
such as action figures, mirrors, tin
signs and accessories, to name but a
few. Novelty items for Halloween,
carnival and Christmas complete the
wide product range.
The team: over 40 highly motivated
employees each cont­ri­­­b­­­­uting their own
talents, interests and originality.

Our purchasing team operates worldwide; scout­ing new trends and providing our customers with up-to-theminute information. We have the knowhow, which we make accessible to our

• Sole
Distribution
Licenses. Close Up is the sole distributor of numerous exclusively
licensed posters and postcards. Big box-office-blockbusters, such as
Star Wars and Lord of the Rings; film classics, such as Star Trek and
Indiana Jones.
Close Up is responsible for the distribution of NECA products in German
speaking countries. NECA owns worldwide licenses for titles such as
Twilight and Quentin Tarantino.
Various poster and postcard designs, including exclusive lenticular
posters (flip image and 3D) are created using images supplied
by the film licensing agencies.

www.closeup.de offers up-to-the-minute information. New products
are presented on a regular basis. Over 8,000 items can be selected through
a clever search engine. A professional shopping system with numerous
features, makes ordering online easy and convenient. Stock availability is
also immediately accessible.
Our E-mail service confirms the order and availability and informs of the
dispatch of every package that leaves our premises.
Our partner programme enables everyone with their own home­page to
profit from Close Up’s success. Visitors to the partner site also have the full
benefit of all the add­itional features.
