For the deliveries consisting of more
than one piece total calculated chargeable
weight will be predicated on.
(As required by the law no. 6475 volume
measurements is mandatory to be made in

For the deliveries within the same city,
the LINE is considered as intracity.
For the deliveries between the cities, by
using the land route distance (km)
between the two cities, the LINE is
calculated as below;

Shipping volume is divided by three and
the compared to the weight. The bigger
value is used as "Chargeable Weight".
For chargeable weight and price calculations rounding off is used. For fractional results; excluding the
whole number, if the decimal is between 0,1 and 0,49 then only whole number is used, if the decimal
is between 0,50 and 0,99 then the whole number is added by 1.
(Example: Chargeable Weight=2,45; then “2” , Chargeable Weight=2,51; then “3”).
For the deliveries to be delivered TRNC;
LINE is calculated by using the distance
from the origin city to Mersin.
Step 3
Price
The row containing the "Chargeable Weight" information in
the Step 1 is selected from related column. Shipping
service cost is determined by finding the correspondence
of the row selected according to the 'LINE' from Step 2,
from the related column.
The deliveries of which the chargeable weight is 100 and
above are calculated by;
1. Operation.: From the Chargeable Weight column the
"100" row is selected and corresponding price from related
line column.
2. Operation.: The chargeable weight found in Step 1 is
subtracted by 100, the resulting number is multiplied by the
price in the related column corresponding the "per one +"
value.
3. Operation.: The prices obtained from Operation 1 and 2.
In addition to the service cost for TRNC deliveries, the
price in related row of the TRNC column will be added.
In case the delivery is requested to be get and/or delivered
from/to the address, the final service cost is calculated by
adding additional services cost from the relating row and if
any, other additional services to the service cost.
OTHER ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Phone Notice Service: For the deliveries which will be
received from the branch office by the receiver, to the receiver
will be notified by a phone call, as the item is arrived in the
branch office.
Branch Invitation Service: For the deliveries which will be
received from the branch office by the receiver, the receiver
will be notified by a text message, as the item is arrived in the
branch office.

IMPORTANT INFORMATON
- All prices include VAT (%18). These Prices apply deliveries of all INDIVIDUAL
and CORPORATE customers out of Contract and of campaign.
-The deliveries below 5kg containing items with or without commercial value set
forth under the Post Office Code 6475, or below 30 kg not having text containing
the 50dm3 quality, or containing items below 300 dm3 are required to have "post
delivery" status and to be shipped by licensed companies. According to legal
regulations, post deliveries are subject to Post Service Interest Cost by %2,00
out of Net Sales and %0,35 Administrative Fee and, an amount of %2,35 will
also be added to the Service Cost, with an indication under "Post Service Cost"
in the invoice
-You can get the information on the locations providing services for one piece
deliveries above 100 kg weight or above 900 dm3, from Yurtiçi Kargo Servisi
A.Ş. branch offices and agencies.
-Our price rate is valid for 4 months period from 31/12/2014. At the end of this
period, unless a new price rate is announced, the period of this price rate will be
extended by 4 years by itself. (Yurtiçi Kargo Servisi A.Ş., when deemed
necessary, reserves the right to change the prices with prior notice for the post
deliveries under the law no. 6475.)
-Yurtiçi Kargo Servisi A.Ş. may not be responsible for any price inaccuracy
resulting from typesetting or system mistakes.
-You may request wrapping for your deliveries for its fee. Wrapping prices are
also announced on our web site or branch offices/agencies.
