Die neuen Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien entwickeln sich heute
rasend schnell. Immer früher entdecken
Kinder die Welt der neuen Medien. Sie selber, aber auch ihre Eltern sind sich dabei oft
zu wenig der damit verbundenen Gefahren
bewusst. Mit ihrer Präventionskampagne
«kampagne-netcity.org» wollen nun die
Stiftung Kinderschutz Schweiz und Action
Innocence gemeinsam Kinder vor den
Gefahren im Internet schützen, indem sie
auf unterhaltsame und gleichzeitig nachhaltige Weise das Verantwortungsgefühl der
Mädchen und Jungen stärken. Herzstück
der Kampagne ist das interaktive OnlinePräventionsspiel «netcity.org» für 9- bis
12-Jährige. Hiermit können Kinder aber auch
Eltern selbstständig bestimmte Grundregeln
lernen, um dadurch besser gegen schlechte
Erfahrungen gewappnet zu sein, die ihnen
auf ihrer Entdeckungsreise mit den neuen
Technologien begegnen könnten. Was Sie

Medienkompetenz ihrer Kinder zu verbessern, erfahren Sie in dieser Broschüre.

et de la communication évoluent aujourd’hui
très vite. Les enfants découvrent l’univers
des nouveaux médias de plus en plus tôt.
Mais souvent, eux-mêmes et leurs parents
sont mal informés des dangers potentiels.
En lançant ensemble une grande campagne
de prévention, «campagne-netcity.org», la
Fondation Suisse pour la Protection de l’Enfant et Action Innocence souhaitent proté-
ger les enfants contre les dangers d’Internet
en aiguisant leur sens des responsabilités
de manière ludique et efficace. L’élément
clé de la campagne est le jeu de prévention
interactif en ligne «netcity.org» conçu pour
les 9 – 12 ans; ce dernier permet aux enfants
d’acquérir par eux-mêmes des règles de
base pour se prémunir contre les mauvaises
expériences qu’ils pourraient faire en se
servant des nouvelles technologies. Vous
apprendrez dans cette brochure ce qu’il
vous est possible de faire encore, en tant
que parents, pour améliorer la capacité de
vos enfants à utiliser les médias de manière
responsable et plus sûre.

Le nuove tecnologie di comunicazione e
informazione si sviluppano al giorno d’oggi
a una velocità senza precedenti. I bambini
scoprono sempre più presto il mondo dei
nuovi media. Essi stessi, ma anche i loro genitori, sono spesso troppo poco consapevoli
dei pericoli collegati a questi nuovi media.
Con la campagna di prevenzione «campagnanetcity.org» la Fondazione Svizzera per la
Protezione dell’Infanzia e Action Innocence
intendono aiutare i bambini a proteggersi
dai pericoli di Internet, rafforzando il senso
di responsabilità delle ragazze e dei ragazzi
in modo divertente e duraturo. Il cuore della
campagna è costituito dal gioco di prevenzione interattivo online «netcity.org» per
bambini di età compresa tra 9 e 12 anni. In
questo modo i bambini, ma anche i loro geni-
tori, possono apprendere in piena autonomia
determinate regole di base per proteggersi
meglio da brutte esperienze in cui possono
incorrere lungo il loro viaggio di esplorazione tramite le nuove tecnologie. Ciò che
potete fare – ancora di più – come genitori,
per migliorare la competenza dell’uso dei
media da parte dei vostri figli, è riportato in
questo opuscolo.

on the Internet
New information and communication tech­
nologies are developing at a rapid pace
today. Children are discovering the world of
new media at an increasingly early age. In
the process, however, both they and their
parents are often insufficiently aware of
the associated dangers. With its prevention campaign «kampagne-netcity.org», the
Swiss Child Protection Association (Stiftung
Kinderschutz Schweiz) and Action Innocence
are jointly aiming to protect children against
the dangers of the Internet by increasing
the sense of responsibility amongst girls
and boys in a way which is not only amusing
but effective at the same time. The centrepiece of the campaign is the interactive
online prevention game «netcity.org» for
9- to 12-year-olds. This will not only enable
children but parents as well to learn certain
ground rules independently to make them
better equipped to deal with bad experiences that they might encounter on their
journey of discovery using the new technologies. You can find out what else you as

Chats, Blogs, E-Mail, Spiele, Einkäufe, Informationssuche, Austausch von Kenntnissen … die Aktivitäten und Freiheiten im Internet sind nahezu unbegrenzt.
Es ist ein fantastisches Hilfsmittel, das die Jugend alltäglich zu
Hause, in der Schule und bei ihren Freunden nutzt … Jedoch kann
sich dieser Spielraum auch als gefährlich erweisen. Es ist folglich
notwendig, unsere Kinder auf die Gefahren, denen sie begegnen
können, hinzuweisen.
Auf keinen Fall sollte der Zugang zum Internet verboten werden.
Dagegen sollten klare Nutzungsbedingungen aufgestellt werden,
um den Kindern sicheres Surfen zu ermöglichen.
Die folgenden 10 Ratschläge richten sich an Sie, die Eltern, damit
Sie Ihre Kinder bei der Nutzung und der Entdeckung des Internets
begleiten können.

It is therefore imperative to warn our children of the risks they
can be faced with. In no way should their access to the Internet be
forbidden but clear rules of its use should be established in order
for them to surf in total safety.

compras, la búsqueda de información y el intercambio de conocimientos, entre otros. Son muchas las actividades y las libertades de

Se trata de una herramienta fantástica que los jóvenes utilizan diariamente en casa, en el colegio, en la casa de sus amigos, etc.
Sin embargo, está demostrado que esta actividad lúdica también

Chatovi, blogovi, e-mail (elektronska pošta), traženje informacija, razmjena podataka … aktivnosti i mogućnosti su

чатами, играми, и т.д.).

публичным местом, на него также распространяется
