NFS will use the assessment to target programs and develop competitive proposals for addressing priority landscape areas and issues. ® QUALITY On July 1, 2011, UNL joins the Committee on Institutional Cooperation (CIC). The CIC is a consortium of Big Ten institutions and the University of Chicago. It leverages faculty, funding, facilities, investments and ideas to help the member institutions compete and succeed.
