3. Allgemeines
Prüfungsordnung und Meldung
Der 5. WUSV-Universalsieger wird nach der derzeit gültigen Prüfungsordnung der WUSV in
der Stufe 3 ausgetragen. Zum 5. WUSV-Universalsieger können nur von der LAO
selektionierte Hunde zugelassen werden, die vorher mindestens eine Prüfung nach der
WUSV/IPO 3 mit Ausbildungskennzeichen bestanden haben, mindestens eine
Zuchtbewertung „gut“ im Alter von mind. 12 Monaten nachweisen können und einen
HD/ED- „a“ Stempel in der Ahnentafel eingetragen haben.
Die Siegerteams (Rüde und Hündin) des Vorjahres sind direkt für den Start beim
diesjährigen Universalsieger qualifiziert und können von der betreffenden LAO zusätzlich zur
Mannschaft gemeldet werden.
Jeder Hundeführer darf bei dieser Veranstaltung nur einen Hund führen.
Meldeschluss
Der Meldeschluss für die Teilnehmer wurde auf den 17. Mai 2015 festgelegt.

Es müssen alle Daten ausgefüllt werden. Eine Mannschaft kann nur vollständig von der
Landesorganisation gemeldet werden. Der Meldung müssen jeweils Kopien der Ahnentafel
mit eingetragenem HD/ED „a“ Stempel, eine Leistungsheftkopie und einer Kopie der
Schaubewertung mit mind. „gut“ im Alter von mind. 12 Monaten beigelegt werden.
Der Meldung muss auch eine Kopie der Hundehaftpflichtversicherung beigelegt werden.
Sollte keine gültige Versicherung bestehen, besteht die Möglichkeit, diese für die Dauer der
Veranstaltung beim Veranstalter abzuschließen. Bitte teilen Sie diesen Umstand im Zuge der
Meldung mit.

Personeneinreisebestimmungen
Bürger aus EU-Ländern können mit einem gültigen Reisepass oder einem gültigen
Personalausweis einreisen.
Bürger aus nicht EU-Ländern benötigen bei der Einreise einen gültigen Reisepass. Weitere
Auskünfte erteilt die im jeweiligen Land ansässige Italienische Botschaft oder das Konsulat.
Tierschutzrechtliche Bestimmungen
Veterinärbestimmungen für Einreise mit den Hunden aus EU-Ländern
Hunde die auf die Veranstaltung verbracht werden, müssen nachweislich mindestens vier
Wochen vor Beginn der Veranstaltung eine Grundimmunisierung gegen Tollwut erhalten
haben und danach in dem Zeitraum nachgeimpft worden sein, den der Impfstoffhersteller für
die Wiederholungsimpfung angibt (auch gemäß den WHO Standards) und wie er vom
Tierarzt im Impfpass vermerkt ist. Das Ablaufdatum des Impfstoffes muss eindeutig aus dem
Impfpass hervorgehen. Ohne diese Zeitangabe muss die Nachimpfung innerhalb der letzten
12 Monate erfolgt sein.
Der Nachweis der Impfung ist durch eine tierärztliche Bescheinigung (EU-Impfpass) zu
erbringen, aus der folgende Angaben hervorgehen müssen:
a) Name und Anschrift des Tierhalters,
b) Rasse und Geschlecht des Tieres,
c) Kennzeichnung des Tieres (leserliche Tätowiernummer, ab dem 1. Juli 2011 obligatorische
Kennzeichnung mit Mikrochip, ISO-Norm 11784 oder 11785 )
d) Datum der Impfung sowie Art, Hersteller und Kontrollnummer des verwendeten
Impfstoffes,
e) Angabe der Dauer des Impfschutzes

Arzt / Zahnarztbesuche
Für diesbezügliche Hilfestellungen wenden Sie sich bitte an das Wettkampfbüro, wir werden
Ihnen gerne behilflich sein.
Restaurantbesuche
Bei größeren Gesellschaften ist es zweckmäßig, in Restaurants eine Tischreservierung
rechtzeitig vorzunehmen.
Menü- und Getränkekarten liegen in vielen Restaurants auch in englischer und deutscher
Sprache aus. Das Bedienungspersonal hat teilweise englische und deutsche
Sprachkenntnisse.
Preise (Essen und Trinken), auch Hotelfrühstück sind immer inklusive Steuern. In der Regel
ist es jedoch üblich, je nach Serviceleistung einen zusätzlichen freiwilligen Beitrag (Trinkgeld)
von rd. 5% der Rechnungssumme zu entrichten.
Kreditkartenzahlungen mit den gängigen Kreditkarten sind in vielen Hotels und Restaurants
möglich.

Mannschaftsführerbesprechung
Donnerstag, 04. 6 2015, um 15.00 Uhr im Hotel Best Western CAMPOGALLIANO
Als Teilnehmer werden eingeladen:
• Personenkreis wie bei Richterbesprechung
• Mannschaftsführer und deren Stellvertreter
Werden läufige Hündinnen gemeldet, so sind diese in Abteilung B und C am Ende der
Veranstaltung vorzuführen.
Trainingsmöglichkeiten im Stadion
Am Donnerstag, den 04.6.2015 von 8.00 bis 15.00 Uhr
Trainingszeitplan:
Die Zeiteinheiten richten sich nach dem gemeldeten Kontingent der jeweiligen
Mannschaften. Zum Training am Sportplatz haben nur Teilnehmer und relevante Helfer
Zutritt. Am Sportplatz befinden sich Verstecke, Hürde, Sprungwand und Bringhölzer. Die
Trainingszeit pro Teilnehmer beträgt 5 Minuten, mindestens jedoch 10 Minuten. Die
Trainingsreihenfolge wird nach Olympische Landeskennzeichen eingeteilt. Der
Trainingsablauf wird vom Veranstalter überwacht. Tritt eine Mannschaft zum vorgegebenen
Zeitpunkt nicht an, kann sie am Ende eingereiht werden.
Läufige Hündinnen sind vom Training ausgeschlossen. Sie erhalten ihre Trainingsmöglichkeit
unmittelbar vor ihrem Start in der Abteilung „B“.
Zusätzlich sind weitere Trainings- und Vorbereitungsmöglichkeiten auf einem
Ausbildungsplatz in der Umgebung des Sportplatzes (ca. 5 km) vorhanden.
Probeschutzdienst
Der Probeschutzdienst wird am Donnerstag, 04.6.2015 um ca. 16.30 Uhr am Sportplatz
durchgeführt. Hier werden auch die ausgewählten Schutzdiensthelfer vorgestellt.
Eröffnungszeremonie und Auslosung
Die Eröffnungszeremonie und Auslosung findet am Donnerstag, den 04.6.2015 um 18.00 Uhr
im Stadion statt. Anschliessend findet die Auslosung gegen 19 Uhr statt.
Rettungsdienste und Tierarztbereitschaft
Bei Verletzungen oder Erkrankungen befindet sich im Ort eine Rettungsstelle.
Während der gesamten Veranstaltung steht ein Tierarzt in Rufbereitschaft.
Identitätskontrolle
Die Identitätskontrolle der vorgeführten Hunde wird jeweils nach der Vorführung in jeder
Disziplin am Hundeführerausgang auf dem Sportplatz sowie auch im Fährtengelände von
Leistungsrichtern/Beauftragten des Veranstalters durchgeführt. Das Personal ist auch mit
einem ISO anerkannten Mikrochip Identifikationsscanner ausgestattet.
Verpflegung am Sportplatz und im Fährtengelände
Die Verpflegung am Sportplatz ist ausreichend gewährleistet. Im Fährtengelände wird ein
mobiler Lieferservice die Zuschauer mit Getränken und kleinen Imbissen versorgen.
Disqualifikation
Wird ein Hund in einer Abteilung disqualifiziert, so darf er nicht mehr in den FolgeAbteilungen starten.
6. Fährtenarbeit
Fährtengelände
Das zur Verfügung stehende Fährtengelände ist Wiese und liegt in ebenem Gelände.
Legen der Fährten
Das Legen der Fährten ist in normaler Gangart durchzuführen. Die Winkel werden nicht
markiert. Die Fährtenansätze werden nicht abgetreten. Ersatzfährten werden im Zeitplan
vorgesehen und bei Bedarf gelegt. Die Gegenstände werden nicht in einer bestimmten
Reihenfolge gelegt.

Transport zum Fährtengelände
Das ausgewählte Fährtengelände befindet sich etwa 10 – 20 km vom Sportplatz entfernt. Die
Mannschaftsführer erhalten Zufahrtspläne. Ein Lotsendienst ist vorgesehen. Die Teilnehmer
fahren mit dem eigenen Fahrzeug in das Fährtengelände.
Identitätskontrolle, Unbefangenheitsprüfung und Gruppen-Auslosung im
Fährtengelände
Bei Anmeldung der Hundeführer zur Fährte wird eine gesonderte Auslosung vorgenommen.
Hundeführer, die zum Zeitpunkt ihrer vorgesehenen Startzeit und zur Auslosung im
Fährtengelände nicht bereit stehen, werden mit ausgelost. Die geloste Fährte bleibt
reserviert, sie wird zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt ausgearbeitet. Erscheint der Hundeführer
nicht, bevor seine Gruppe fertig ist, hat dies seine Disqualifikation zur Folge.
Die Identitätskontrolle wird nach erfolgter Fährtenarbeit durchgeführt.
Kontrolle der Fährtenleine
Die Fährtenleine wird nach der Auslosung von einer, durch die Prüfungsleitung beauftragten
Person, auf korrekte Länge kontrolliert und markiert. Die Fährte kann nur mit einer
entsprechend markierten Leine abgesucht werden.
7. Unterordnung
Allgemeines
Die Unterordnung findet auf dem Sportplatz statt. Der Sportplatz hat ein Rasenfeld. Die
Laufrichtung geht von der Haupttribüne ausgesehen von links nach rechts. Es wird nach dem
Laufschema der IPO vorgeführt.
Einlasskontrolle
Die Startbereitschaft muss ca. 15 Minuten vor der jeweiligen Startzeit durch den
Mannschaftsführer bei der Einlasskontrolle (Hundeführereingang) gemeldet werden. Es
erfolgt eine Halsbandkontrolle.
Sollte ein Hundeführer nicht spätestens 15 Min. vor dem Start anwesend sein, hat dies die
Disqualifikation zur Folge.
Die Identitätskontrolle wird nach der Vorführung beim Hundeführerausgang durchgeführt.
Sprunggeräte / Bringhölzer / Pistolen
Die Sprunggeräte werden gemäß der gültigen PO zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die Schrägwand ist mit Holzleisten und einem rutschfesten Belag versehen. Die
Sprunggeräte werden beim Schutzdienst vom Vorführplatz entfernt, die Platzierung ist
markiert.
Die Gewichte und Abmessungen der Bringhölzer entsprechen der PO.
Alle Apportierübungen sind in Laufrichtung durchzuführen.
2 Pistolen Kal. 6 mm sind vom Veranstalter bereitzuhalten. Die Schussprobe findet auf der
ersten Geraden statt.
Ablegeplatz
Rüden und Hündinnen werden auf getrennten Plätzen abgelegt. Die Ablageplätze werden
entsprechend gekennzeichnet.
8. Abteilung C - Schutzdienst
Allgemeines
Der Schutzdienst findet auf dem Sportplatz statt. Die Laufrichtung geht – von der
Haupttribüne aus gesehen – von rechts nach links. Der erste Seitenschlag bei der Streife
nach dem Helfer geht nach rechts. Die vorgesehenen Markierungen für HF und
Schutzdiensthelfer werden gem. PO vorgenommen. Die Helfereinstellung und
Probeschutzdienst erfolgt nach Rahmenzeitplan.
Einlasskontrolle
Die Startbereitschaft muss ca. 15 Minuten vor der jeweiligen Startzeit durch den
Mannschaftsführer bei der Einlasskontrolle (Hundeführereingang) gemeldet werden. Es
erfolgt eine Halsbandkontrolle.

Helfer im Schutzdienst
Die Auswahl der zum Einsatz gelangenden Schutzhelfer und der Ersatzhelfer erfolgt aus den
vom Veranstalter zur Verfügung gestellten Schutzhelfern durch den Oberrichter und den PR
der Schutzarbeit. Es werden für Hündinnen und Rüden jeweils zwei Helfer ausgewählt. Dazu
insgesamt zwei Ersatzhelfer. Die Schutzhelfer müssen die bestimmte Schutzkleidung
Schutzärmel - Schutzhose verwenden.
Schutzbekleidung
Die Schutzbekleidung der Helfer besteht aus Jacke, Hose und Arm. Ausstatter ist die Firma
Schweikert
Ein Video der Arbeit der ausgewählten Schutzdiensthelfer werden auf der Homepage

Schutzdienstverstecke
Bei den Schutzdienstverstecken handelt es sich um handelsübliche Schutzdienstzelte.
Die Verstecke werden bei der Unterordnung vom Vorführplatz entfernt, die Platzierung ist
markiert.
9. Schaubewerb
Der 5. WUSV-Universalsieger wird in den Klassen „Rüden“ und „Hündinnen“ gewertet.
Langstockhaarige Deutsche Schäferhunde werden in der Klasse der stockhaarigen bewertet.
Die Standmusterung wird auf dem Nebenplatz durchgeführt, sie muss ca. 30 Min. vor der
Gangwerksprobe bendet sein. Für die Gangwerksprobe ist das Hauptstadion vorgesehen.
Sollten läufige Hündinnen am Start sein, wird die Gangwerksprobe der Hündinnen am
Nebenplatz durchgeführt.
Regeln für den WUSV-Universalsieger
10. Auswertung
1) Der Universal Sieger wird im Rahmen einer einheitlichen Veranstaltung als Kombination
aus einem IPO -3 Turnier sowie einem speziellen Schaubewerb durchgeführt.
2) Die Ermittlung des Universal Siegers erfolgt durch eine Kombinationswertung aus beiden
Bewerben. Es werden nur Hunde gereiht, die an beiden Bewerben teilnehmen.
3) Jene Teilnehmer, die am Universal Sieger teilnehmen, werden nach den beim Turnier und
im Schaubewerb erzielten Ergebnissen (Rüden / Hündinnen getrennt) gereiht.
4) Entsprechend dem erzielten Rang erhält jeder Teilnehmer Platzierungs-Punkte für den
IPO-3 Bewerb. Diese sind identisch mit dem Rang. Bei Punktegleichheit zählt der bessere
Schutzdienst, danach die bessere Unterordnung.
5) Im Rahmen des Schaubewerbes werden die Teilnehmer in der bei Zuchtschauen üblichen
Weise beurteilt und gereiht, erhalten jedoch keine formelle Bewertung. Dies erfolgt nach
Rüden und Hündinnen getrennt.
6) Hierbei werden sämtliche Universal Sieger-Teilnehmer (lediglich nach Geschlechtern
getrennt) ohne Rücksicht auf das Alter zusammengefasst. Es erfolgt ausschließlich eine
Reihung, keine Beurteilung oder Benotung. Die Ausstellung einer separaten Zuchtbeurteilung
ist auf Wunsch möglich.
7) Die Teilnehmer erhalten für den im Rahmen des Schaubewerbes erzielten Rang
Platzierungspunkte analog Pkt.4).
8) Die Platzierungspunkte aus den beiden Bereichen Turnier und Schau werden
zusammengezählt. Der Teilnehmer mit dem besten Ergebnis
(Idealnote: 1 + 1 = 2) gewinnt den Universal Sieger (Rüden / Hündinnen). Die übrigen
Teilnehmer sind entsprechend dem erzielten Ergebnis aufsteigend zu reihen.
9) Bei Punktegleichheit nach Platzierungspunkten entscheidet die bessere Platzierung aus
dem IPO-3 Turnier.
10) Hunde, die im Turnierbewerb kein AKZ erhalten haben, werden ohne Rücksicht auf das
erzielte Punkteergebnis ohne Platzierung hintan gereit. Sie verlieren auch die erzielten
Platzierungspunkte der Schau. Die im Schauwettbewerb hinter ihnen platzierten Hunde
rücken entsprechend nach.
11. Mannschaftswertung
In die Mannschaftswertung kommen die Ergebnisse von 3 Hunden einer LAO, die den
Bewerb positiv abgeschlossen haben. Darunter zwei Rüden und eine Hündin.

Rules of the competition and inscription
The 5th WUSV-Universalsieger takes place based on the updated rules of the WUSV, 3rd level.
For the 5th WUSV-Universalsieger Show only dogs which have been selected by their national
clubs are admitted. Furthermore, the dogs must be in possession of an IPO-3 title, they must
have received a minimum show vote of „good“ at a minimum age of 12 months, and their
pedigree must show the HD/ED „a“ stamp.
The winners of last year are automatically qualified for the WUSV Universalsieger Show 2015
and can be added to the team by their national club.
In this competition each handler is allowed to lead one dog only.
Deadline for Inscriptions
The closing date for the inscription is scheduled for May 17 th 2015.
The inscription sheet can be filled in on the SAS homepage or printed and send back as a
hard copy. It will be available from March on www.sas-italia.com
Each field of the inscription sheet must be filled out. The national club can enrol only one
complete team. The inscription must be sent together with the copy of the pedigree with the
stamp ED/HD “a”, with the copy of the working book and the copy of a show with a
minimum vote of “good”, at a minimum age of more than 12 months
Furthermore the inscriptions have to include a copy of the dog´s insurance.
Should the dog not have any insurance, please inform the organizer, who will provide for a
temporary insurance that covers the whole period of the championship

Customs Requirements
Citizens of EU countries may travel to Italy with a valid ID card or passport.
Non EU Citizens must have a valid passport for travelling to Italy. For further information
please refer to the Italian consulate of your country.
Protection of Animals Act
Italian veterinary regulations for dogs from other EU countries
Dogs participating at the championship must have been vaccinated against rabies at least 4
weeks before the beginning of the event. After that, they must have gotten the booster
inoculation during the period of time as indicated by the producer of the vaccine (following
WHO standards). This needs to be confirmed on the vaccination ID.
The expiry date of the vaccine must be clearly stated in the vaccination ID. If the expiry date
is not stated the boost inoculation must have been administered within the past 12 month.
This vaccination must be proved by a veterinary certificate (EU Vaccination ID), where the
following information must be provided:
a) Name and address of the holder,
b) Breed and sex of the animal
c) Marking of the animal (readable tattoo, since July 1 st 2011 the marking with microchip is
obligatory, ISO-Norm 11784 or 11785)
d) Date of the vaccine, as well as type, producer and control number of the vaccine which
has been used.
e) Information about the duration of the vaccine
Entrance of dogs coming from Andorra, Croatia, Lichtenstein, Monaco, Norway,
San Marino, Switzerland and the Vatican State
For above mentioned countries the same regulations apply as for EU countries in order to
entry Italy with their dogs.
Entrance for dogs coming from non-EU countries (where the vaccine regulation
might be less severe)
For the entrance of dogs coming from Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Ascension,
Australia, Bahrain, Barbados, Bermuda, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Chile, Falkland Islands, Fiji,
French Polynesia, Grenadine, Hong Kong, Jamaica, Japan, Cayman Islands, Canada,
Mauritius, Mayotte, Mexico, Montserrat, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Dutch Antilles, Russia,
Saint Elena, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Vincent, Singapore,
Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, Vanuatu, United Arab Emirates, USA, Wallis and Futuna,
Belarus the following rules must be respected:

 Titration of the rabies virus antibodies (minimum value = 0,5I.E/ml). The sample
must be taken by an official veterinarian, not before 30 days after the vaccination
and at least 3 months before travelling. The exam must be done by a laboratory
certified by the European Union.
During the competition the dogs must always be kept under surveillance by their handlers.
Should there be cases of rabies or other highly contagious illness in the region of Emilia
Romagna, the competition will immediately be suspended, but this does not entail any claims
for damages.

Medical / dental treatment
In case that medical assistance or treatment is needed please refer to the championship
office.
Restaurants
For large groups advance booking for restaurant tables is recommended.
Menus for food and drink are available in English and in German at most of the restaurants.
Some waiters do speak English or German. The prices (meals and drinks), also breakfast at
the hotel, always include taxes.
In any case it is usual, depending on the quality of the service provided, to give a little tip
amounting to approximately 5% of the total bill. Credit cards are accepted by most of the
hotels and restaurants.

The official currency is the EURO. The exchange of foreign currency is possible at all banks,

If there are inscriptions of bitches in heat, they will be presented in section B and C at the
end of the competition.
Training opportunities in the stadium
On Thursday June 4th 2015 from 8 am to 3 pm
Training schedule:
The time of training depends on the number of dogs that each club presents. The access to
the area during the training session is only allowed to the dog handlers and their agitators.
In this area there are hiding places, obstacles, scales and dumpers available. Each
participant has 10 minutes for the training of his or her dog. The training follows the
alphabetic order of the IOC country codes.
The training is supervised by the head organizer. If a team does not show up at the agreed
time, they can be placed at the end of the training session
Bitches in heat are excluded from this training. They will have the chance to do the training
before their competition starts in section B.
Further there are some more training possibilities in a training area at about 5 km away from
the stadium.
Defence Work Practising
The defence work practising exercises take place on the sports field on June 4 th 2015 at 4.30
pm. At this time the agitators will be presented.
Opening ceremony and drawing
The opening ceremony will take place at the stadium of Campogalliano on Thursday June 4 th
2015 at 6 pm. The drawing will follow at around 7 pm.
Emergency Medical Services and Veterinary First Aid
In case of injuries or illness medical services are available in the city. For the whole duration
of the competition a veterinary first aid team is available on site.
Identity check
The identity check will be carried out by the assistant judges or by authorized people after
the presentation of the dogs at the exit of the sports field or on the sports field and the track
field.
The members of the staff are equipped with ISO certified microchip identification scanners.
Food at the sports field and on the track
Around the sports field there will be snack bars as well as in the area of the tracks which
provides people with small snacks and drinks.
Disqualification
If a dog is disqualified for one section, he cannot compete in any of the follow up sections.
6. Tracking work
Trail area
The trail is a plane green-field site.
Laying the trail
The laying of the trail must be done in a normal way of walking. The angles/corners will not
be marked. Substitute trails are scheduled and will be laid in case of need. The objects will
not be laid in a certain way!
Objects on the trail
The objects laid on the trial are made of:
• leather
• wood
• jute
The trail head and the objects will be prepared by the organizer. All the objects are well
marked.
The objects will not be sent out to the national teams!

Transport to the trail area
The area chosen for the trail is about 10-20 km away from the sports field. The teams will be
provided with maps with the necessary information how to get there. A pilot service is
available. The participants will use their own vehicles to move to the trail area.
Identity control, assertiveness test (self confidence) and draw of the groups at
the trail area
At the inscription of the dog handlers for the trail there will be a separate draw.
The dog handlers who are not present at the time of their start, or at the draw, will be
drawn anyway. The drawn trail remains reserved and will be prepared later on. If the dog
handler does not show up before his team is finished, he will be disqualified.
The identity control will take place after the tracking work.
Check of the tracking line
The tracking line will be checked for the correct length and marked by a person that was
nominated by the head of the examination. It is allowed to search the trail area only with a
marked tracking line.
7. Obedience
General
The obedience takes place at the grass covered sports field. The running direction goes from
the left to the right. The presentation is the same as the running scheme of the IPO (as to
be seen from the grand stand)
Admission control
15 minutes before their start the team leader has to inform the admission control (at the
entrance of the dog handlers) that his team is ready. After that the collars of the dogs will be
checked.
If a dog handler does not show up at least 15 minutes before his start he will be disqualified.
The identity control will be carried out at the exit after the performance presentation of the
dogs.
Tools for jumps /dumpers / guns
The tools for jumping will be prepared, based on the current IPO regulation.
The scaling wall is provided with wooden laths and a non-slip topping.
During the defence test the objects will be taken away from the area and their position will
be clearly marked. The weight and measures of the dumpers must correspond with the IPO
regulation. The retrieving performance must be carried out in the direction of the running
scheme. The organizer will provide 2 guns, calibre 6. The shooting test takes place on the
first straight.
Lying down space
Males and females will be laid down separately and at different spaces. The spaces will be
clearly marked.
8. Section C – defence work
General
The defence work will take place on the sports field. The running scheme, as seen from the
grand stand, goes from the right to the left. The first send out of the dog looking for the
agitator (suspect) will be directed to the right side. The marking for handler and agitator will
be done following the trial regulations. The selection of the agitators and the defence work
will be based on the general schedule.
Admission control
The team leader has to report to the admission check point 15 minutes in advance when his
or her team is ready for performance (dog´s handlers entrance). Following this a collar
check will be carried out.
If a dog handler does not show up 15 minutes at the latest before the start, he will be
disqualified.
The identity control will be done after the performance of the dog at the exit of the dog
handlers.
Agitators for the defence work
The jury president and the person in charge of the defence work will chose the agitators and
their substitutes among the ones listed by the organizer. For each class, bitches and males,
there will be two agitators and two more additional substitutes. The agitators must wear
special protection clothing, sleeves and trousers.
Protection clothing
The protection clothing of the agitators consists of a jacket, trousers and sleeve and is
provided by the company Schweikert (Germany)

Hiding places for agitators
The hiding places will be common defence work tents. The hiding places will be removed
during the obedience exercise, the position will be marked.
9. Breed show
The 5th WUSV-Universalsieger Show will be judged in the two classes: bitches and males.
German shepherds dogs with long and harsh outer coat will be judged in the long and harsh
outer coat class.
The judgement of the dogs in show stance takes place on a nearby place.
The judgement of the gait of the dogs takes place in the main stadium. Should there be
bitches in heat at the start, their gait will be judged at the place nearby the stadium.
Rules and Regulations W.U.S.V. Universal Sieger Show
10. Evaluation
1. The winner of the Universalsieger show will be determined in a single competition
consisting of the combination of a IPO-3 tournament and a special breed show.
2. The selection of the Universalsieger show winner will be based on a combination of the
results from both events. Only those dogs participating in both events will receive a
ranking.
3. The participants will be ranked according to their performances in the IPO-3 tournament
and the breed show (males/bitches will be separate).
4. Participants will receive points equal to their ranking in the IPO-3 tournament. In case of a
tie, the higher protection score will determine the placing, after this the higher
obedience score will be considered.
5. In the breed show, dogs will be evaluated and placed as in an ordinary breed show. This
will be done separately for males and bitches.
6. The Universalsieger show competitors will be separated by gender but not by age. Dogs
will be placed in order but no critique or show rating will be given.
It is possible to obtain a separate critique upon request.
7. The participants will be awarded points for the show placing in the same manner as in
point 4.
8. The points awarded in the IPO-3 tournament and in the breed show will be added
together. The participants with the best results (ideal score is 1+1=2) will be
awarded the Universalsieger show title.
9. In case of a tie, the better placement of the IPO-3 tournament is decisive.
10. Dog who did not get any trial degree during the tournament will be placed at the end of
the list regardless of the points received. They will also lose the placings gained for the
breed show. The dogs placed behind them on the list of the breed show will all
advance by one placement.
11. Team ranking
For the team ranking the result of the three best dogs that passed will be added together.
Out of these three dogs two are males and one is female.

3. INFORMAZIONI GENERALI
Regolamento prove di lavoro e iscrizione
La 5^ edizione del Campionato WUSV-Universalsieger verrà disputata secondo il regolamento
internazionale prove di lavoro IPO 3 attualmente in vigore. A questa edizione del Campionato
potranno essere ammessi solo i cani selezionati dalle organizzazioni nazionali (LAO) che hanno
ottenuto la certificazione per aver superato almeno una prova secondo il WUSV/IPO3, che possono
mostrare di aver conseguito la qualifica di “Buono” quale giudizio in esposizione all’età di almeno
12 mesi e che il loro pedigree riporti il timbro di esenzione “a” da ED/HD.
I vincitori dell’anno precedente (maschi e femmine) si considerano direttamente qualificati per
partecipare all’Universalsieger di quest’anno e possono essere aggiunti dalla LAO di riferimento alla
squadra.
Ogni partecipante puo´condurre solamente un cane.
Termine per l’iscrizione
Le iscrizioni dovranno essere effettuate entro il 17 maggio 2015. Il modulo per l’iscrizione sarà
disponibile a partire da marzo sulla pagina web di S.A.S Sito web: www.sas-italia.com alla voce
5.WUSV-Universalsieger e potrà essere compilato direttamente online o stampato.
E’ necessario compilare il modulo inserendo tutti i dati richiesti. Una squadra può essere iscritta
unicamente dalla LAO. Alle iscrizioni devono essere allegate copia del pedigree con il timbro di
esenzione “a” per ED/HD, una copia del libretto delle qualifiche e una copia dei risultati delle
esposizioni con una qualifica di “Buono” all’età di almeno 12 mesi.
Occorre allegare all’iscrizione anche una copia dell’assicurazione per responsabilità civile del cane.
Nel caso il cane non possedesse un’assicurazione in corso di validità, c’è la possibilità di stipularla
tramite l’organizzatore per la durata della manifestazione. Vi preghiamo di far presente tale
circostanza durante l’iscrizione.

Disposizioni per l’ accesso di cittadini stranieri
I cittadini provenienti da paesi appartenenti alla Comunità Europea possono viaggiare con
passaporto o semplicemente con una carta d’identità in corso di validità.
Ai cittadini non appartenenti alla Comunità Europea è consentito l’ingresso solo con passaporto
valido. Ulteriori informazioni potranno essere richieste presso l’ambasciata o il consolato Italiano

Disposizioni in materia di diritto per la tutela degli animali
Le norme relative alla tutela degli animali in vigore in Italia devono essere debitamente osservate.
L’utilizzo di apparecchi elettrici e di collari muniti di aculei è vietato per legge oltre che dalle
disposizioni WUSV. La mancata osservanza di tali norme comporterà la squalifica.
Disposizioni medico-veterinarie per l’ingresso nel paese con cani da paesi della
Comunità Europea
I cani che parteciperanno alla manifestazione devono essere sottoposti a vaccinazione antirabbica
di base almeno quattro settimane prima dell’inizio della competizione ed eseguire il richiamo della
vaccinazione secondo le indicazioni fornite dal fornitore della vaccino (tenendo in considerazione
anche gli standard dell’OMS) e secondo quanto indicato dal veterinario nel libretto sanitario. La
data di scadenza della vaccinazione deve essere indicata chiaramente nel libretto sanitario. In
assenza di tale indicazione, la vaccinazione di richiamo deve essere stata effettuata entro gli ultimi
12 mesi.
Il veterinario dovrà emettere un certificato comprovante l’avvenuta vaccinazione (Libretto sanitario
EU) che dovrà riportare le seguenti indicazioni:
a) nome e indirizzo del proprietario
b) razza e sesso del cane
c) Dati identificativi del cane (numero tatuaggio leggibile, dal 1 luglio 2011 è obbligatorio l’uso del
microchip, Norma ISO 11784 o 11786)
d) Data della vaccinazione, tipo, marca e numero di controllo del farmaco utilizzato
e) Periodo di protezione della vaccinazione
Ingresso per cani provenienti dalle Isole Andorre, Croazia, Liechtenstein, Monaco,
Norvegia, San Marino, Svizzera , Stato del Vaticano
Per l’ingresso in Italia dei cani provenienti dalle zone sopra indicate valgono le stesse disposizioni

Nel caso in cui nella zona dell'Emilia Romagna dovessero essere riportati casi di rabbia o altre
malattie altamente contagiose o se le autorità veterinarie preposte dovessero riscontrare altre
ragioni per impedire lo svolgimento della manifestazione, si procederebbe alla sospensione
dell’evento e ciò non darebbe origine al diritto di risarcimento danni.

Per comitive numerose, consigliamo di effettuare una prenotazione presso il ristorante prescelto.
In molti ristoranti il menù e la lista delle bevande sono disponibili anche in lingua inglese e
tedesca. Il personale di servizio ha una conoscenza parziale di entrambe le lingue.
I prezzi, sia dei pasti che delle bevande, nonché la colazione presso la struttura alberghiera sono
comprensivi di tasse. In genere, è buona regola lasciare circa il 5% in più dell’importo dovuto, per

La valuta corrente è l’Euro. E’ possibile effettuare il cambio di valute estere presso tutte le banche

hotel, nelle agenzie di noleggio auto, alle pompe di benzina e nei negozi principali è possibile
effettuare il pagamento tramite carta di credito.

Nel caso fossero iscritte femmine in calore, queste dovranno scendere in gara alla fine della
Sezione B e C.
Possibilità di allenamento presso lo Stadio
Giovedì 04.06.2015 dalle 8.00 alle 15.00
Orario per l’allenamento:
La durata di tempo dell’allenamento accordata dipende dal numero di esemplari presenti in
ciascuna squadra. Per la sessione di allenamento, è concesso l’ingresso all’area preposta
esclusivamente ai partecipanti e ai figuranti. In tale area si trovano nascondigli, ostacoli, palizzate
e riportelli.
Il tempo di allenamento concesso a ciascun partecipante è di 10 minuti. L’ordine di partecipazione
all’allenamento segue lo schema olimpico. Lo svolgimento della sessione di allenamento verrà
monitorata dai responsabili dell’organizzazione. Qualora una squadra non si presentasse all’ora
prestabilita, potrà essere inserita al termine dell’allenamento.
Le femmine in calore sono escluse dall’allenamento. Potranno fare la loro sessione di allenamento
prima dell’inizio delle gare nella Sez. B.
Inoltre, è possibile effettuare altri allenamenti e lavori di preparazione in un’area preposta per
l’addestramento all'interno degli impianti sportivi .
Prove di difesa
Le prove di difesa avranno luogo giovedì 04.06.2015 alle 16.30 circa presso il campo sportivo. In
questa occasione saranno presentati i figuranti.
Cerimonia di apertura ed estrazione
La cerimonia di apertura e l’estrazione avranno luogo giovedì 04.06.2015 alle 18.00 presso la
palestra dello Stadio. Segue il sorteggio verso le ore 19.00.
Servizi di pronto soccorso e assistenza veterinaria
In caso di infortunio o malattia è disponibile un servizio di pronto soccorso in loco. Inoltre, per
tutta la durata della manifestazione è garantita la disponibilità di un veterinario che interverrà su
chiamata.
Controllo identificativo
Il controllo identificativo dei cani sarà effettuato da parte di giudici di gara / soggetti incaricati
dall’organizzazione dopo la presentazione di ciascuna disciplina all’uscita dei conduttori nel campo
gara o sui campi gara. Il personale preposto a tale controllo sarà dotato di un lettore microchip per
l’identificazione degli animali, certificato ISO.
Ristorazione nel campo sportivo e sulle piste
E’ prevista una sufficiente ristorazione presso il campo sportivo. Gli spettatori sui campi di gara
potranno acquistare bevande e spuntini presso punti di ristoro mobili.
Squalifica
Nel caso un cane fosse squalificato in una sezione, non potrà presentarsi nelle sezioni seguenti.
6. LAVORO SU PISTA
Campo gara
Il campo gara a disposizione è in erba medica e in piano.
Tracciamento delle piste
Le piste dovranno essere tracciate ad andatura normale. Gli angoli non dovranno essere
contrassegnati. Saranno previste piste sostitutive e tracciate in caso di necessità. Gli oggetti non
saranno posizionati in un ordine prestabilito.
Oggetti presenti sulle piste
Sulle piste sono disponibili oggetti in:
 Pelle
 Legno
 Juta
I punti di partenza delle piste e gli oggetti saranno messi a disposizione dall'organizzazione. Tutti
gli oggetti saranno posti nella traccia in maniera chiara.
Non è previsto l’invio degli oggetti alle diverse squadre.
Le foto degli oggetti e delle indicazioni delle piste saranno pubblicate alla pagina del sito : SASITALIA – WUSV 5 Universalsieger.
Trasporto alle piste
L'area scelta per le piste si trova a circa 10-20 km dal campo sportivo. I caposquadra riceveranno
una cartina per orientarsi. Non è previsto il servizio di navetta. I partecipanti dovranno recarsi al
campo gara con mezzi propri.
Controlli identificativi, controllo di disinvoltura e sorteggio dei gruppi presso le piste
Al momento della registrazione dei conduttori presso la pista verrà effettuato il sorteggio.
I conduttori che non saranno presenti nell'orario previsto per l'inizio della loro gara o al momento
del sorteggio verranno comunque sorteggiati. La pista sorteggiata resterà prenotata e verrà
preparata in un secondo momento. I conduttori che non si presentano prima che il loro gruppo sia
pronto verranno squalificati.
I controlli identificativi verranno eseguiti al termine dei lavori di pista.
Controllo dei guinzagli
Successivamente al sorteggio un responsabile dei controlli verificherà che i guinzagli siano della
giusta lunghezza e li contrassegnerà di conseguenza. L'ingresso alla pista è consentito solo con
guinzaglio marcato.
7. PROVE DI OBBEDIENZA
Informazioni generali
Le prove di obbedienza avranno luogo nel campo sportivo che è coperto da prato . La direzione del
percorso va da sinistra verso destra. Verrà osservato lo schema di percorso previsto dal
regolamento IPO. (visto dalla tribuna principale)
Controlli in entrata
Entro 15 minuti circa dall'inizio di ciascuna prova, il caposquadra deve comunicare al controllo in
entrata (ingresso conduttori) che la squadra è pronta. A questo punto verrà eseguito un controllo
del collare.
I conduttori che non si presentano almeno 15 minuti prima dell'inizio della gara verranno
squalificati.
Successivamente alla presentazione, presso l'uscita del conduttore verrà eseguito un controllo
identificativo.
Attrezzi per il salto / riportelli / pistole
Gli attrezzi per il salto vengono preparati secondo quanto previsto dal regolamento IPO in vigore.
La palizzata è dotata di listelli per la scalata e coperta da un rivestimento antiscivolo. Durante la
prova di difesa gli oggetti vengono allontanati dall'area di presentazione e la loro posizione viene
marcata. Il peso e le dimensioni dei riportelli devono essere conformi a quanto stabilito dal
regolamento IPO.
Gli esercizi di riporto devono essere eseguiti nella direzione del percorso.
L’organizzazione metterà a disposizione nr. 2 pistole calibro 6. La prova dello sparo viene effettuata
sul primo tratto.
Posizione a terra
Maschi e femmine vengono posizionati a terra in aree diverse. Le posizioni a terra saranno
appositamente segnalate.
8. SEZIONE C – PROVA DI DIFESA
Informazioni generali
La prova di difesa si svolge presso il campo sportivo. Vista dalla tribuna principale, la direzione del
percorso va da destra verso sinistra. Il primo invio del cane lungo la linea che segue il figurante va
verso destra. Le marcature per il conduttore e il figurante vengono effettuate secondo quanto
previsto dal regolamento IPO. La designazione del figurante e lo svolgimento della prova di difesa
avvengono come da programma generale.
Controlli in entrata
Entro 15 minuti circa dall'inizio di ciascuna prova il caposquadra (assistente) deve comunicare al
controllo in entrata (ingresso conduttori) che la squadra è pronta. A questo punto verrà eseguito
un controllo del collare.
I conduttori che non si presentano almeno 15 minuti prima dell'inizio della gara verranno
squalificati.
All'uscita del conduttore al termine dell’esecuzione verrà eseguito un controllo identificativo.
Figuranti per le prove di difesa
I figuranti per le prove di difesa i relativi sostituti verranno scelti a cura dal presidente di giuria e
dal Responsabile delle prove di difesa fra i figuranti messi a disposizione dall’organizzazione. Per
ogni cane, maschio e femmina, verranno scelti due figuranti e due sostituti. I figuranti dovranno
indossare indumenti, maniche e pantaloni protettivi.
Indumenti protettivi
Gli indumenti protettivi comunemente indossati dai figuranti includono giacca, pantaloni, maniche.
L' azienda che fornisce gli indumenti è la ditta SCHWEIKERT, GERMANIA.
Nascondigli per le prove di difesa
I nascondigli per le prove di difesa sono comuni tendoni.
Nella prova di obbedienza i nascondigli vengono rimossi dall'area di presentazione e la loro
posizione viene contrassegnata.
9. ESPOSIZIONE
La 5^ edizione del campionato WUSV-Universalsieger valuterà nelle rispettive classi i soggetti
“Maschi” e “Femmine”. I pastori tedeschi a pelo lungo saranno valutati nella classe a pelo lungo.
L’esame da fermo avrà luogo in un’area adiacente e dovrà terminare circa 30 minuti prima della
prova di movimento che verrà effettuata presso lo stadio principale. Le femmine in calore
effettueranno la prova di movimento nell’area adiacente.
REGOLAMENTO DEL CAMPIONATO WUSV-UNIVERSALSIEGER
10. COMPETIZIONE
1. Il campionato Universalsieger raggruppa in un’unica manifestazione un torneo IPO-3
e una competizione di esposizione speciale.
2. Il campionato prevede la valutazione combinata delle due competizioni. Verranno
accettati esclusivamente cani che parteciperanno ad entrambe le competizioni.
3. La classifica dei partecipanti alla manifestazione verrà redatta sulla base dei risultati
ottenuti sia nel torneo che nella competizione di esibizione (categorie Maschi e
Femmine divise)
4. In base alla posizione in graduatoria, a ciascun partecipante verrà assegnato un
punteggio valido ai fini della classifica per la competizione IPO-3. I punti ottenuti
sono identici a quelli della posizione in graduatoria. In caso di parità di punteggio
verrà considerata la migliore prestazione nelle prove di difesa e a seguire la migliore
prestazione nelle prove di obbedienza.
5. Nell’ambito della competizione di esposizione, i partecipanti saranno giudicati nel
modo consueto e verrà compilata una classifica. Non verrà però dato nessun giudizio.
Le categorie Maschi e Femmine saranno giudicati in modo separato.
6. Tutti i partecipanti al campionato Universalsieger saranno riuniti in un unico gruppo
senza prendere in considerazione l’età (suddivisione solo in base al genere). Verrà
effettuata una classifica, senza giudizio o voto. Se si desidera. è possibile richiedere
separatamente un giudizio di allevamento.
7. I partecipanti ricevono in modo analogo punti validi ai fini della classifica per il livello
ottenuto nell’ambito della competizione di esposizione. Si veda Punto 4.
8. I punteggi ottenuti nel torneo e nell’esposizione vengono poi sommati. Il partecipante
con il miglior risultato (ideale: 1+1 = 2) sarà dichiarato il vincitore del campionato
Universalsieger (soggetti Maschi e Femmine). La classifica degli altri partecipanti
seguirà l’ordine ascendente in base al risultato ottenuto.
9. In caso di parità di punteggio verrà considerato il miglior piazzamento del torneo IPO3.
10. Cani, che nella competizione non hanno avuto nessun grado (AKZ) saranno collocati
in fondo alla classifica, senza piazzamento e senza riguardo al punteggio complessivo
ottenuto. Inoltre perdono anche il punteggio ottenuto per l' esposizione. I cani
posizionati in classifica dietro ad un cane squalificato, guadagnano un posto in
classifica.
11. GIUDIZIO SQUADRE
Per determinare la classifica a squadre, verranno sommati i risultati dei migliori tre cani
classificati. Questi tre cani sono composti da due maschi e una femmina.
