diese Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam durch und bewahren Sie diese sorgfältig auf um in Zukunft
Nachschlagen zu können.

Dieses Modell ist kein Spielzeug und nicht für Personen unter 14 Jahren geeignet.
Durch falschen Gebrauch kann es zu gefährlichen Situationen oder Unfällen kommen.
Achten Sie unbedingt auf Ihre Umgebung in der Sie das Modell nutzen möchten. Suchen Sie
sich eine große, offene und weite Fläche ohne Hindernisse, achten Sie besonders auf
Gebäude, Menschenansammlungen, Hochspannungsleitungen und Bäume.
Benutzen Sie das Modell unter eigenverantwortlichen Vorrausetzungen, nutzen Sie Modell
z.B. nicht übermüdet oder in sonstigen flugunfähigen Zuständen.
Hersteller und Händler haften nicht für einen unsachgemäßen Gebrauch oder Schäden, die
durch den unsachgemäßen Gebrauch entstanden sind. In diesem Fall erlischt auch der
Garantieanspruch.
Das Modell ist ausgestattet mit einem Lithium-Polymer Akku. Laden Sie den Akku niemals,
während dieser noch am Modell montiert ist, auf. Es könnte Feuer fangen und Ihr Modell
zerstören.
Ihr Modell ist ausgestattet mit sehr präziser und sensibler Elektronik. Halten Sie deshalb das
Modell unbedingt fern von Feuchtigkeit und Wasser. Auch Kondenswasser kann die Elektronik
beschädigen. Lagern Sie das Modell bei Zimmertemperatur und normaler Luftfeuchtigkeit.
Nutzen Sie bitte zur Ihren eigenen Sicherheit nur original Ersatzteile der Firma Rayline für die
Reparatur Ihres R/C Modells.
Während der Nutzung Ihres R/C Quadrocopters drehen sich die Rotorblätter mit einer sehr
hohen Geschwindigkeit, diese können Ihnen oder Ihrer Umgebung erheblichen Schaden
zufügen. Seien Sie sehr vorsichtig mit dem Umgang der sich drehende Rotorblatter, halten
Sie diese unbedingt fern von allen Körperteilen. Lassen Sie das Modell niemals
unbeaufsichtigt eingeschaltet.
Als Anfänger sollten Sie sich unbedingt Rat von einem erfahrenen Modellbauexperten für eine
Einweisung in den Flugmodellbau geben lassen. Er wird Ihnen auch beibringen wie man
sicher mit Ihrem Modell fliegt und umgeht.
Bevor Sie Ihr Flugmodell nutzen, stellen Sie sicher, dass ausreichend Platz zur Verfügung
steht. Folgende Raumgröße wird „mindestens“ empfohlen: 8 Meter (w), 8 Meter (l), 5 Meter
(h). Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Fernbedienung und Ihr Fluggerät voll aufgeladen sind. Bevor
Sie die Fernbedienung einschalten, stellen Sie sicher, das der linke Hebel und die anderen
zur Feinsteuerung alle nach unten zeigen.
Beachten Sie, dass die Batterien und Motoren ordentlich miteinander verbunden sind

Laden und lagern Sie Li-Po Akkus niemals in der Nähe von großen Hitzequellen oder offenen
Feuer, dies könnte eine Explosion zur Folge haben.
Laden Sie einen Li-Po Akkus niemals, der durch Überhitzung, Absturz oder Überladung
aufgebläht ist.
Laden Sie niemals einen Li-Po Akku der punktiert oder beschädigt ist. Überprüfen Sie den
Akku nach dem Absturz sehr genau auf diese Schäden. Sollte der Akku beschädigt sein,
entsorgen Sie diesen nach den Vorschriften ihres Landes.
Vergewissern Sie sich das der Li-Po Akku beim der korrekten Polarität angeschlossen ist,
andernfalls könnte dies zu einem
Feuer oder einer Explosion führen.
Laden Sie den Li-Po Akku nur dem
mitgelieferten Ladegerät
Sollte der Li-Po Akku während des
Ladevorganges brennen,löschen
Sie diesen nicht mit Wasser. Löschen Sie diesen mit trockenem Sand beispielsweise.

Lassen Sie einen Li-Po Akku während des Ladevorganges nicht unbeaufsichtigt und achten
Sie auf eine eventuelle Überhitzung des Akkus.
Achten Sie darauf, dass der Akku sich nicht kurzschließen kann. Transportieren Sie Li-Po
Akkus nie in Hosentaschen oder Tragetaschen. Achten Sie auf scharfe oder kantige Objekte
die Ihrem Li-Po Akku Schaden könnten.
Ist der Li-Po Akku einem starken Schlag ausgeliefert worden, lagern Sie diesen für die
nächsten 30 Minuten an einem sehr sicheren Ort (z.B. Metallkiste). Achten Sie dabei darauf,
ob der Li-Po Akku sich aufbläht und/oder überhitzt.
Versuchen Sie niemals einen Li-Po Akku zu manipulieren, modifizieren oder zu reparieren.

Um die Position der beiden Sticks
zu vertauschen und den Mode
umzuschalten, führen Sie bitte
folgende Schritte durch.
Drücken Sie den Links/Rechts Trim
nach rechts und halten Sie Ihn.
Danach betätigen Sie den An/Aus
Schalter der Fernbedienung. Nun
haben Sie die Funktionen der
beiden Steuersticks vertauscht. In
welchem Modus Sie fliegen können Sie auch auf dem Display an Position 13 erkennen.
CF Mode: Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich der Copter vor Ihnen befindet und nach vorne zeigt. Binden Sie
nun das Gerät.Drücken Sie den "Headless" Modus, um dahin zu gelangen. Es ertönt ein Ton und die
Lichter am Copter fangen an zu blinken. Drücken Sie bitte erneut diese Taste, um den Headless mode
zu verlassen.

Das Fluggerät sollte sich auf eine ebene Fläche
befinden. Die Li-Po Batterie wird wie abgebildet
in das Fluggerät integriert. Die Beleuchtung am
Flugkörper blinkt auf. In dieser Phase bitte nicht
den Quadrokopter bewegen. Währendessen liest
der Transmitter die Frequenz(~20sec)
Nun schalten Sie die Fernbedienung ein und
1drücken Sie den Gashebel gegebenfalls nach
oben und nach ganz unten. Es sollte ein Ton
ertönen. Die Bindung ist abgeschlossen
Entfernen Sie die Batterie und bewahren Sie
diese an einem sicheren Ort, falls Sie keine
Anwendung - auch für einen längeren Zeitraum haben. Bei übermässig andauernder Bindung
von Fluggerät zu Batterie könnte die Batterie
möglicherweise darunter leiden

Schalten Sie den Quadcopter an.
Schalten Sie die Fernbedienung an. Die LED am Quadcopter leuchtet dauerhaft, sobald die
Fernbedienung verbunden ist.
Platzieren Sie den Copter auf einer ebenen Fläche und drücken beide Hebel in die untere
rechte Position für 2-3 Sekunden. Die Lichter am Quadcopter fangen an schnell zu blinken.
Nach 2-3 Sekunden leuchten diese wieder normal, drücken Sie den linken Hebel einmal hoch
und wieder runter. Es ertönt ein akustisches Signal, damit ist der Quadcopter wieder auf
seine Werkseinstellungen zurück gesetzt.
Foto: Ist die Kamera eingeschaltet, drücken Sie den Kamera/Video Knopf nach oben.
Die Fernbedienung piept ein mal und eine rote LED blinkt einmal an der Kamera, um Ihnen
anzuzeigen, dass ein Foto aufgenommen wurde.

Die Fernbedienung piept zwei mal und eine rote LED an der Kamera blinkt dauerhaft, um
Ihnen anzuzeigen, dass ein Video aufgenommen wird. Drücken Sie den Knopf erneut, um die
Videoaufnahme anzuhalten, die LED hört auf zu blinken und eine grüne LED leuchtet.
Anmerkung: Benutzen Sie den Altitude-Hold Modus während der Foto oder Videoaufnahme,
um bessere Bilder und stabilere Videos aufzuzeichnen.
Drücken sie den Knopf zur Haltung der Flughöhe, bleibt der Quadcopter auf der selben
Flughöhe stehen. Drücken Sie den Knopf erneut, um den Modus zu verlassen.
Möchten Sie die Höhe des Copters einstellen, wenn der Altitude-Hold Modus aktiv ist,
benutzen Sie den linken Hebel, um die Höhe anzupassen.
Drücken Sie die Headless-Mode Taste, um den Headless-Mode zu aktivieren. Die
Fernbedienung piept einmal und die LED am Copter fangen an zu blinken. Um den HeadlessMode zu verlassen drücken Sie diese Taste erneut. Die Fernbedienung piept einmal und die
LED am Copter leuchten dauerhaft.
Bei aktiviertem Headless Mode fliegt der Copter in die Richtung, in die Sie den Hebel
drücken, egal wie er ausgerichtet ist. Dies ermöglicht es Ihnen den Copter wieder ganz
einfach zu sich zurück zu holen. Nachdem der Copter gelandet ist und länger als 5 Sekunden
keine Gas gegeben wurde, schaltet sich der Headless Mode automatisch aus. Die LED hört
auf zu blinken und leuchtet dauerhaft.
Wenn Sie den Headless Mode benutzen, stellen Sie sicher, dass der Copter beim Starten in
Flugrichtung ausgerichtet ist. Dir Rückseite des Copters zeigt zu Ihnen. (Diagramm beachten
für die richtige Ausrichtung.)
7. WiFi Features (nur RF9W)
1. Installation der App
Suchen Sie im jeweiligen Appstore (iPhone: AppStore / Android: Google Play Store) nach
der "Rayline FPV" App. Sobald Sie diese gefunden haben, installieren Sie diese auf dem
jeweiligem Endgerät. Alternativ können Sie den QR Code von Punkt 7 scannen, um zur App
zu gelangen.
2. Verbindung zum Quadcopter
Nachdem Sie die App installiert haben, müssen Sie sich zu dem WLan Netzwerk vom
Quadcopter verbinden. Dazu schalten Sie den Copter ein und warten (~20sec) bis das WLan
sich aufgebaut hat. Danach gehen Sie in die WLan Einstellungen Ihres Endgerätes. Dort
verbinden Sie sich mit dem WLan des Copters, hierzu benötigen Sie kein Passwort. Sobald
Sie sich mit dem Copter verbunden haben, öffnen Sie die App auf Ihrem Endgerät. Dort
drücken Sie dann auf den "Play" Knopf. Nun sollten Sie Kontrolle mit Ihrem Smartphone über
den Copter haben. Weitere Informationen zu den Bedienelementen finden Sie in der App
unter dem Punkt "Instructions".
3. Steuerung des Copters& Live View
Wenn Sie Ihr Smartphone mit dem Copter wie oben beschrieben verbinden, sehen Sie das
Live Bild der Kamera und steuern die Bewegungen des Copters über das Smartphone.
Wenn Sie den Copter über die beiliegende Fernbedienung steuern möchten, landen Sie den
Quadcopter und gehen zurück in den Hauptbildschirm der Rayline App (LED am Copter
blinken) dann schalten Sie die 2.4GHz Fernbedienung ein und verbinden Sie mit dem
Copter, indem Sie den linken Hebel einmal nach oben und nach unten drücken.(LED am
Copter leuchtet dauerhaft) Nun drücken Sie "Play" in der Rayline App, um das Bild der
Kamera per Live View auf Ihrem Smartphone zu sehen und die Bewegungen über die
2.4GHz Fernbedienung zu steuern.
In diesem Modus können sind die Funktionen der App nur eingeschränkt nutzbar.
Um ein Foto oder Video aufzuzeichnen müssen Sie die jeweiligen Tasten in der Rayline App
benutzen, die Foto und Videotasten an der Fernsteuerung funktionieren in diesem Modus
nicht.

10F: Schrauben Sie die Befestigung gegen den Uhrzeigersinn ab und entfernen die Welle.
10G: Entfernen Sie die Befestigung.

Turn on the quadrocopter.
Turn on the remote control. The LED on Quadcopter lit as soon as the remote control is
connected.
Place the copter on a flat surface and press both levers in the lower right position for 2-3
seconds. The LED on the quadcopter will begin flashing rapidly. After 2-3 seconds the LED
change to normal light, press the left lever once up and back down. The transmitter ring once
it means the quadcopter restarted/reset succesfully.
Photo: When the camera is turned on, press the Camera / Video button upwards.
The remote will beep once and a red LED blinks on the camera to indicate that a photo was
taken.
Video: When the camera is turned on, press the Camera / Video button down.
The remote control will beep twice and the red LED on the camera flashes permanently to
indicate that a video is recorded. Press the button again to stop recording video, the LED
stops flashing and the green LED will stay constant.
Note: Use the altitude hold mode during the photo or video recording to capture better
pictures and more stable videos.
Push the button to keep the altitude, the quadrocopter will remain at its current
altitude. Press the button again to exit the mode.
If you wish to adjust the altitude of the quadcopter after enabling the altitude-hold mode,
move the throttle lever forwards or backwards to make trim adjustments.
Press the Headless mode key to activate the headless mode. The remote will beep once and
the LED on Copter begin flashing. To exit the headless mode, press this button again. The
remote will beep once and the LED wil stop flashing and stay constant.
When headless mode is activated the copter flies in the direction in which you push the lever,
nomatter how it is oriented. This makes it easy to bring the copter home when it is far away
from you. After the copter has landed and the throttle has been at zero for 5 seconds, the
quadcopter will enter standby mode and the LED stops flashing and stay constant.

If you use the headless mode, make sure that the copter is aligned at the start in the
direction of flight. Get back of Copters facing you. (Note diagram for proper alignment.)
7. WiFi Features (only RF9W)
1. Installation of the App
Search at the AppStore (iPhone: AppStore / Android: Google Play Store) the "Rayline FPV"
App. Once you have found it, install it to your smartphone. Or just scan the QR Code for your
device, to be redirected to the right application.
2. connect to the quadcopter
After installing the app, you need to connect to the WiFi network of the quadcopter. Turn the
copter on and wait (~ 20sec) until the WiFi has built up. Then go into the Wifi setting on your
device. Connect to the WiFi of the copter, for this you need no password. Once you have
connected to the copter, open the app on your device. Then press the "Play" button. You

3. Control of Copter & Live View

6. Le funzioni
6.1A: Accendere il quadricottero.
6.1B: Accendere il telecomando. Iled del drone si illuminano non appena il telecomando è
collegato.
6.1C: posiziona l'elicottero su una superficie piana e premere entrambe le leve nella
posizione in basso a destra per 2-3 secondi. Le luci del quadricottero inizieranno a
lampeggiare velocemente. Dopo 2-3 secondi i led tornano allo stato normale , la
leva a sinistra una volta su e giù. Si sentirà un segnale acustico questo signifca che il
drone viene ripristinato alle impostazioni di fabbrica.
6.2A: Foto: Quando la fotocamera è accesa, premere verso l'alto il pulsante Fotocamera /
Video.Il telecomando emette un segnale acustico e un LED rosso lampeggia una
volta sulla fotocamera per aiutarvi ad indicare che la foto è stata scattata.
Video: Quando la fotocamera è accesa, premere il pulsante Fotocamera /Video verso
Il basso , il telecomando emette un segnale acustico due volte e il LED del flash della
macchina fotografica rimane rosso permanentemente per indicare che il video viene
registrato. Premere nuovamente il pulsante per interrompere la registrazione di video,
il LED smette di lampeggiare e il LED ritorna verde.
Nota: Utilizzare la modalità hold altitudine durante la foto o il video di registrazione
per catturare immagini migliori e video più stabili.
6.3A: Premere il pulsante per mantenere l'altitudine, il drone rimane in hovering.

auch per Post an den Verkäufer zurücksenden. Der Verkäufer erstattet Ihnen auf jeden Fall das
Briefporto für den Rückversand Ihrer Altbatterie.

infiammabile . Se possibile munirsi di piccolo estintore o secchio di sabbia per spegnere
l’eventuale principio d’incendio. Non ricaricare le batterie in automobile, specialmente
durante la guida. Le batterie non dovrebbero essere mai lasciate incustodite durante la
ricarica, specialmente in casa o in automobile. Si raccomanda di scollegarle totalmente dal
caricabatterie e riporla in un luogo sicuro, possibilmente all’aperto. Tenere le celle lontane

legno ecc.) . Le nuove celle hanno una alta carica iniziale, bisogna prendere ogni precauzione
per evitare i cortocircuiti. Le batterie al litio hanno un involucro “morbido”, prestare
attenzione a non ammaccare le celle questo potrebbe causare corto- circuiti interni
danneggiando irreparabilmente le batterie. Fate attenzione a non forare le celle,
specialmente con oggetti metallici. Se il liquido contenuto nelle celle dovesse venire a
contatto con la pelle, lavare con abbondante acqua. Se dovesse venire in contatto con gli
occhi , sciacquare immediatamente con abbondante acqua e recarsi ad un pronto
soccorso.Prima di utilizzare verificare le saldature e la polarità degli eventuali connettori
installati dall’utente. IMPORTANTISSIMO: Dopo l’utilizzo scollegare sempre la batteria da
qualsiasi circuito (regolatori di giri, carica- batterie, ecc), questi in genere continuano ad
assorbire energia anche con l’interruttore di potenza spento, scari- cando eccessivamente la
batteria danneggiandola irreparabilmente, se non causando esplosioni. Per rispetto
dell’ambiente le vecchie celle da smaltire dovranno essere completamente scariche prima di
deporle negli appositi raccoglitori. Si consiglia di imballare con materiale isolante le celle
prima di gettarle. Le batterie, motori elettrici, eliche e modelli sono prodotti altamente
tecnologici mapotenzialmente pericolosi per cose, animali o persone, specialmente se

Garantiezeitraum
Der Garantiezeitraum entspricht den gesetzlichen
Bestimmung des Landes, in dem
das Produkt erworben wurde. In Deutschland
beträgt der Garantiezeitraum 6 Monate und
der Gewährleistungszeitraum 18 Monate nach
dem Garantiezeitraum.
Einschränkungen der Garantie
(a) Die Garantie wird nur dem Erstkäufer
(Käufer) gewährt und kann nicht übertragen
werden. Der Anspruch des Käufers besteht in
der Reparatur oder dem Tausch im Rahmen
dieser Garantie. Die Garantie erstreckt sich
ausschließlich auf Produkte, die bei einem
autorisierten Rayline Händler erworben wurden.
Verkäufe an Dritte werden von dieser Garantie
nicht gedeckt. Garantieansprüche werden nur
angenommen, wenn ein gültiger Kaufnachweis
erbracht wird. Rayline behält sich das Recht
vor, diese Garantiebestimmungen ohne
Ankündigung zu ändern oder zu modifizieren und
widerruft dann bestehende Garantiebestimmungen.
(b)
Rayline übernimmt keine Garantie
für die Verkaufbarkeit des Produktes, die
Fähigkeiten und die Fitness des Verbrauchers
für einen bestimmten Einsatzzweck des
Produktes. Der Käufer allein ist dafür
verantwortlich, zu prüfen,
ob das Produkt seinen Fähigkeiten und dem
vorgesehenen Einsatzzweck entspricht.
(c)
Ansprüche des Käufers Es liegt
ausschließlich im Ermessen von Rayline,
ob das Produkt, bei dem ein Garantiefall
festgestellt wurde, repariert oderausgetauscht wird.
Rayline behält sich vor, alle eingesetzten
Komponenten zu prüfen, die in den Garantiefall
einbezogen werden können. Die Entscheidung zur
Reparatur oder zum Austausch liegt nur bei
Rayline. Die Garantie schließt kosmetische

Produkt zuvernichten oder anderweitig zu
verwerten.ACHTUNG: Kostenpflichtige
Reparaturen nehmen wir nur anElektronik und
Motoren vor.Mechanische Reparaturen,
besonders bei Hubschraubern und
RC-Cars, sind extrem aufwendig und
müssen deshalb vom Käufer selbst
vorgenommen oder extra bezahlt
werden.
GB - Guarantee / Service Information
A robot device is not a toy. lf not correctly used,
it can lead to massive damages of creatures and
objects. Operate your RC-aircraft only in open-air
areas and keep all warning notices in mind.
Guarantee Period
The guarantee period correspond to the law
regulations of the country where the product
was bought. In Germany the guarantee period
lasts 6 month and the warranty period lasts 18
month after the guarantee period.
Limitations of guarantee:
(a) The guarantee is only warranted to the
original purchaser and is not assignable. The
right to claim is the repairing and the return of
the product due to the terms of this guarantee.
The Guarantee is only valid for products which
are bought from an authorized retailer. The
guarantee is not valid for sales to third persons.
Warranty claims are only possible with the
appertaining bill. Rayline has the right to change
ore modify the guarantee assignments without
announcement and then withdraw the present
guarantee assignments.
(b) Rayline does not guarantee the sale of the
product, or the ability and the fitness of the
costumer for a specific use of the product. The
customer alone is responsible to prove if
he/her is able to use the product and if the
product corresponds to the purposes.
(c) Right to claim - Only Rayline decides, if the
product, that is a case of guarantee, gets
repaired or exchanged. Rayline has the right to
prove all inserted components concerning to the
case of guarantee. The right to decide if the
product gets repaired or exchanged lies by Rayline.
The guarantee excludes facial defects or defects
which occurred because of force majeure, because
of wrong handling, wrong
purposes, and commercial usages or damages
which occurred after any technical or facial
modifications. The guarantee exclude all damages
or defects which occurred because of mishandling,
wrong installations, accidents, and service- and
reparation procedures which are not done by
Rayline. In case of return the customer has to
contact the retailer. All return procedures with the
customer must be operated by the retailer directly
and warranty claims can be only submitted against
the retailer.
Damage Restriction
Rayline is not in charge for any direct or indirect
damages, income lasses or commercial deficits
which are related to the product in any sense;
and this independent of any entitlements which
are hold because of contract terms, of
guarantee or verification. Furthermore Rayline
does not accept any claims that are raised
because of a case of guarantee that are beyond
the single value of the product itself. Rayline has
no influence on the customer's choice concerning
the installation, the usage or the service or product
combinations. Rayline does not guarantee and
does not accept any claims that occurred as
secondary damages of objects or persons. With
the usage of the product the purchaser accept all
terms of guarantee without any restrictions or
exceptions. lf you do not accept these regulations
concerning the usage of the product, please return
the item to your retailer in an unused state with the
original packing.
Safety indication
This is a high tech hobby product and not a toy!
lt must be used with attention and requires
some mechanical and mental skills. The
disability to use the product properly can lead
to massive damages of persons or objects. This
product is not appropriate for children without
parental attendance. The instruction manual
contains safety instructions and prescriptions
about the service and the usage of the product. lt
is absolutely necessary before using the product
first time to read and understand the instructions.
Only in following this advice misuse, injuries and
damages can be avoided.
Questions, service and reparation
Please contact your local retailer or the sales
agency. Rayline only repairs end-customer's
models with extra costs. In cases of guarantee
only the retailer is in charge.
Service and Repairing
lf you need services or your product must be
repaired please contact your local specialized
retailer. Wrap your item properly. Please note
that the original packing is not enough to avoid
damages while sending. Choose in your own
interest a delivery service offering a tracking
function. Please include in your parcel the sales
receipt, your complete address, a detailed
description of the defect, and a list of all
enclosed single components. This simplifies the
communications between all involved persons.
Guarantee and repairing
Guarantee requests can only be answered if the
original sales receipt including the purchaser's
name and the date of sale is obvious. Only the
specialized retailer can prove and has to confirm if
the defect is a case of guarantee.
Repairing with extra charges
When the defect has to be repaired with extra
costs, the purchaser's confirmation is necessary.
Repairing with costs can be operated by Rayline if
the retailer has given the official agreement.
lf no official agreement for reparation is
committed after 90 days, Rayline reserve their
right to destroy the product or utilize the
product otherwise. Note: Reparations with
costs are only done at electronic parts or the
engine. Mechanical reparations,
especially on helicopters or RC-cars
are extremely complicated and must
be done by the purchaser or must be
paid additionally.

produttore/importatore. Per avvalersi di questa è
necessario conservare la nostra nota di vendita o
fattura. Il Cliente avrà diritto al solo ripristino dei
prodotti difettosi dietro restituzione degli stessi,
essendo escluso il diritto del Cliente al
risarcimento di qualsivoglia danno, anche ulteriore,
come previsto dal Dlgs. 6 settembre 2005, n. 206 "Codice del consumo”. Le spese di spedizione
necessarie per la sostituzione di Prodotti sono a
carico del cliente.
Per usufruire della garanzia sui
prodotti ed attivare la procedura, fare riferimento
all’Azienda importatore. L'assistenza tecnica e gli
interventi in garanzia sui Prodotti vengono
effettuati, ove previsti, a cura dei singoli Produttori,
secondo i termini e le modalità riportati nella
documentazione allegata ai Prodotti stessi. In
particolare, La Rayline non presta alcuna garanzia
circa la compatibilità dei Prodotti con altri prodotti o
apparecchiature utilizzate dal Cliente, né presta
alcuna garanzia riguardo l'idoneità dei Prodotti per
l'uso specifico pensato dal Cliente.Fatte salve le
ipotesi di dolo o colpa grave di Rayline, è sin d'ora
convenuto che, qualora fosse accertata la
responsabilità di Rayline, a qualsiasi titolo nei
confronti del Cliente - ivi compreso il caso
dell'inadempimento, totale o parziale, agli obblighi
assunti da L'Esercente nei confronti del Cliente per
effetto dell'esecuzione di un ordine - la
responsabilità di Rayline non potrà essere
superiore al prezzo dei Prodotti acquistati dal
Cliente e per i quali sia sorta la contestazione.In
caso di restituzione dei prodotti è indispensabile

per concordare le varie modalità, non verranno
ritirati pacchi rispediti senza il nostro numero di
