Important Information for Microsoft Windows 10.x
Dear customer,
we would like to inform you, that Microsoft Windows 10.x is not supported of all our software applications.
For direct damages, indirect damages, consequential damages and damages that is caused by this update, the liability is excluded.
If the compatibility testing of Windows 10.x was completed with our software products, we will inform you on our homepage www.bon.de about that.

also use your own hardware, when the conditions are complied as follow. Even in case the conditions are compiled please consider that internal hardware
components can cause incompatibility with software drivers. We recommend testing your hardware in Luebeck, before we install your product. Liability is
excluded for all errors or problems.
When placing the order and using your own hardware, please return this document signed by post or fax (+49 (0)451-80900-10)!

We need to check the full compatibility of your PC or notebook in our company (head office in Lübeck) or by arrangement at your premises.

In order to avoid data loss or software damage please make a data backup in advance. We assume no liability in the event of damage or data loss.

We install the product software on your system. We will inform you, when the correct installation (due to your hardware) is not possible. An additional
expenditure (for example the elimination of hardware issues) costs 89,00 Euro/h.
•
Fee for software installation on your PC (not provided by b o n) upon delivery of a device 250.- Euro
•
Fee for software installation on your PC (not provided by b o n) for later installation 300.- Euro
•
Consultation with your software provider: 300.-€ depending on complexity
