General Safety Notice
Using Dynacord speaker system mounting accessories is only
allowable in compliance with the according mounting
instructions and GUV 6.15 (BGV C1) regulations. To comply

with safety aspects we specifically point out that not obeying
mounting instructions, altering accessories in any way and
using the mounting accessories with systems of other
manufacturers can result in weight overload. All components
may be interconnected and used as prescribed only. Use
suitable transportation devices/vehicles only. Piling without
packaging or wrapping is strictly prohibited.

General Mounting Notice
Use comprehensively dimensioned fasteners (e.g. DIN 18800)

for the attachment on traverses, ceilings, walls, etc. Leave this
kind of mounting to competent personnel only. All screw joints
have to comply with maximum fastening torque values (e.g. DIN

Safety Measures
Speaker cabinet systems that are mounted on-stage, above the
stage or in studios need to be secured against tipping over or
falling according to GUV 6.15 (BGV C1) regulations. This has to
be carried out using steel cables (safeties) or chains, which are
!
fit for carrying the corresponding load. Specifically the use of
plastic mantled steel wire ropes is not permissible. Obeying all
safety measures as stated in these regulations as well as the
maximum height of fall of 20cm is mandatory. Rigged speaker
systems always have to be secured against tipping over or
falling by an additional, independent safety joint. This can be
accomplished for example using an adequately dimensioned
steel cable (safety).

Safety Aspects
Accessories for mounting speakers and sound reinforcement
systems are safety-relevant parts, which, in the case of failure
or collapse, can seriously endanger the life and health of human
beings. That is the reason why complying with the safety
!
aspects of the following regulations is absolutely mandatory.
Rigging gear is subject to abrasion, continuous wear, etc. That
is why the requirements stated in these regulations are as strict
as they are, so that safe operation can be guaranteed even after
yearlong use. Unfortunately, precisely assigning several of these
regulations in relation to safety aspects is not always possible
plus that applicability sometimes varies from country to
country.

Inspection and Maintenance
For safety-relevant reasons a regular inspection of the
accessories is inevitable. Prior to each use inspect the
loudspeaker enclosures for any wear, deformation, notches,
cracks and corrosion. Replace any damaged accessories
!
immediately. In many states the regular inspection of
attachment and accessories is prescribed. It is advisable to
accomplish an annual inspection according to GUV 6.15 (BGV
C1) every 4 years by experienced technical personnel and
additionally of a certified expert. In this connection maintaining
of a test book is important, in which all accessories with their
data and the recurring inspection are registered and are thus
available at any time for potential controls.

Installation
1.
Pull the plastic knob of the indexing plungers to move them
into their rest position.
2.
Push the flight bracket from the top onto the enclosure and
screw it with the star knobs onto the enclosure.
3.
Tilt the FX-12PRO as needed, then turn the knob of the
indexing plungers to fix the enclosure.
4.
Make sure that the flight bracket is additionally secured
against falling down during operation. For this the eye bolt
mounted at the flight bracket should be used.

Montagezubehör von Dynacord-Lautsprechersystemen darf
ausschließlich unter Beachtung der Montageanleitung und
gemäß den GUV 6.15 (BGV C1)-Vorschriften eingesetzt werden.
Um Sicherheitskriterien einzuhalten wird ausdrücklich darauf

hingewiesen, dass bei Nichteinhaltung der Montageanleitung,
bei Veränderungen jeglicher Art des Zubehörs sowie beim
Montieren des Zubehörs an Systeme anderer Hersteller eine
Überbelastung hervorgerufen werden kann. Alle Komponenten
dürfen nur in der vorgeschriebenen Weise verbunden und
verwendet werden. Es dürfen nur geeignete Transportgeräte/fahrzeuge verwendet werden. Das Stapeln ohne Verpackung
wird ausdrücklich untersagt.

Allgemeine Montagehinweise
Zur Befestigung an Traversen, Decken, Wänden usw. sind

Befestigungsmittel mit ausreichender Dimensionierung zu
verwenden (z. B. DIN 18800). Solche Montagen sind nur von

Warnung!
Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
Lautsprecherboxensysteme, die in einer Bühnen- oder
Studioumgebung montiert werden, sind gemäß den GUV 6.15Vorschriften (BGV C1) gegen Um- und Herabfallen zu sichern.
Diese Sicherung muss unter Zuhilfenahme von Stahlseilen
(„Safeties“) bzw. Ketten erfolgen, die für die entsprechenden

Lasten ausreichend bemessen sind. Eine Verwendung von
kunststoffummantelten Drahtseilen ist ausdrücklich nicht
zulässig. Die in den Vorschriften festgelegten
Sicherheitsmaßnahmen sowie die maximale Fallhöhe von 20 cm
sind einzuhalten. Hängende Lautsprecher müssen immer gegen
Herabfallen bzw. Überkippen mit einem zusätzlichen,
unabhängigen Sicherungspunkt gesichert werden. Dies kann
zum Beispiel mit einem ausreichend dimensionierten Stahlseil
(„Safety“) geschehen.

Zubehör zur Befestigung von Lautsprecher- und
Beschallungssystemen sind sicherheitsrelevante Teile, die bei
Versagen Leben und Gesundheit von Menschen gefährden
können. Deshalb sind die Sicherheitsaspekte der folgenden
!
Richtlinien unbedingt einzuhalten. Bei Anschlagmitteln handelt
es sich um Verschleißteile, die ständiger Abnutzung unterliegen.
Aus diesem Grund sind die Anforderungen in diesen
Vorschriften so streng angelegt, sodass auch nach jahrelangem
Betrieb noch eine sichere Handhabung gewährleistet werden
kann. Leider lassen sich viele Vorschriften in Bezug auf
Sicherheitsaspekte nicht immer eindeutig zuordnen und werden
zudem teilweise länderspezifisch gehandhabt.

Prüfung und Wartung
Aus sicherheitstechnischen Gründen ist eine regelmäßige
Überprüfung der Zubehörteile unumgänglich. Vor jedem Betrieb
sollte eine Sichtprüfung der Lautsprechergehäuse
vorgenommen werden. Dabei ist auf Verschleiß, Verformung,
Kerben, Risse und Korrosion zu achten. Bei Auftreten von
Schäden am Zubehör muss dieses umgehend ausgetauscht
!
werden. In vielen Staaten ist die regelmäßige Überprüfung von
Befestigungs- und Zubehörteilen vorgeschrieben. Es empfiehlt
sich daher, eine jährliche Überprüfung laut GUV 6.15 (BGV C1)
durch sachkundiges Fachpersonal und zusätzlich alle 4 Jahre
von einem beglaubigten Sachverständigen durchführen zu
lassen. Wichtig in diesem Zusammenhang ist das Führen eines
Prüfbuches. In diesem werden alle Zubehörteile mit ihren Daten
und der wiederkehrenden Prüfung eingetragen und sind somit
jederzeit für evtl. Kontrollen verfügbar.

Montage
1.
Ziehen Sie am Kunststoffknopf der Rastbolzen, um diese in
ihre Ruhestellung zu verschieben.
2.
Senken Sie den Flugbügel von oben auf das Gehäuse herab,
und schrauben Sie ihn mit den Sterngriffen an das
Gehäuse.
3.
Kippen Sie den FX-12PRO nach Bedarf, durch Drehen der
Rastbolzen schnappen diese in die vorgesehenen Buchsen
und fixieren somit den Neigungswinkel.
4.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Flugbügel zusätzlich vor einem
Herunterfallen während des Betriebs gesichert ist. Hierzu
sollte die am Flugbügel befestigte Ringschraube verwendet
werden.
