auf gewebte Stausäcke (auch Staupolster genannt) aus
Polypropylen. Stausäcke werden als aufblasbare Polster
zur Ladungssicherung bei Gütertransporten per Container,
LKW, Güterzug oder Schiff eingesetzt.
We are specialized in PP Woven Dunnage Air Bags, Strapping and special heavy duty solutions. All products we
carry are used to secure goods during transport in sea
containers, trucks, trains or loose in sea vessels. You will

weight, take up less space and are resistant to moisture and water.

of American Railroads (AAR) and the Railway Association of Canada (RAC).

How to use Dunnage Air Bags?
Der Einsatz von Stausäcken
•
Place the first row lightly against the cargo. Load each
successive row tightly against previous row.
•
Die erste Reihe normal gegen die Ladungsträgerwand
stapeln. Jede folgende Reihe fest gegen die vorherige
Reihe stapeln.
•
The last pallets should be placed against the sides of
the trailer. The void should not exceed 46 cm. Fill excess void with other appropriate filler material.
•
Die letzten Einheiten gegen die Seitenwand der Ladungsträger stapeln. Der Hohlraum sollte nicht breiter
sein als max. 46 cm. Größere Hohlräume mit geeignetem Material auffüllen.
•
Wenn notwendig, immer stabiles Schutzmaterial zwischen Ladung und Stausäcken anbringen. Berührung
der Stausäcke mit scharfen Ecken oder Spitzen unbedingt vermeiden. Unregelmäßig geformte Ladungsformen bedürfen speziellen Schutzmaterials. Das
Schutzmaterial sollte die betroffene Ladungsoberfläche komplett bedecken.
•
Befestigen Sie das Bajonett über dem Ventil. Halten
Sie den Stausack in Position, bis sich der Druck aufbaut. Ein einziger Stausack wird die Ladung stabilisieren. Befüllen Sie den Stausack, bis die Ladung nach
allen Seiten gut gesichert ist. Das Verschieben des
Stausacks ist nach dem Befüllen nicht mehr möglich.
Der maximale Druck ist auf jedem Sack aufgedruckt,
Überfüllung ist absolut zu vermeiden.
•
Halten Sie den Stausäcke ca. 5 cm über den Fußboden. Der Stausack muss ca. 2/3 der Ladungsoberfläche und –höhe abdecken. Stärke 5 bis 46 cm einsetzbar, Stärke 1, 2 und 3-4 sind geeignet für Füllräume
von maximal 31-46 cm.
•
Always use proper material to protect the Dunnage Air
Bags. No sharp edges or points may touch bag.
•
Attach the Safe Lock Bajonet by pressing it down on
the valve and pushing the ring in position. It can easily be locked and becomes airtight. It can be rotated
according to the position of the valve.
•
Hold the Dunnage Air Bag in place until pressure
builds up. A single Dunnage Air Bag will stabilize the
load. Inflate bag against the sides. Do not try to reposition bag once inflated. Maximum pressure is printed
on each bag, do not exceed maximum.
•
Position the Dunnage Air Bag 5 cm above the floor.
Inflated Dunnage Air Bag should cover at least two
thirds of the surface and height of load. Dunnage Air
Bags can be used in voids up to 46 cm.
Quality
Qualitätskontrollen
Our fully integrated production consists of extrusion,
weaving, coating and bag conversion, utilizing the latest
technology and equipment. Quality control is carried out
at every stage of production. In the early stages, tapes and
fabrics are tested for their tensile strengths, 100% of the
inflating valves pass through an air leakage test before
they are used.
Unsere komplette Produktion umfasst die Folienpressung,
das Weben, Beschichten und die Montage der Stausäcke
unter Einsatz der modernsten Technologie und Ausrüstung. Qualitätskontrollen werden an jeder Produktionsstufe durchgeführt. In der ersten Produktionsstufe werden
Folien, Fasern und Gewebe auf Bruchlast getestet. Alle
Ventile werden einem Dichtetest unterzogen, bevor Sie an
die Säcke montiert werden.
All finished bags pass through a flat wall test using air
pressure to check for leakage. A burst test is also randomly applied to bags taken off the production line. All our
products comply with AAR and RAC standards.
The above mentioned measurement guarantee a consistent high quality on each and every Dunnage Bag.

Dichtigkeit geprüft. Regelmäßige Berstbelastungstests
werden aus laufenden Produktionen durchgeführt. Alle
unsere Produkte erfüllen die AAR und RAC Normen.
