The Navilock NL-101H is an Outdoor GPS Receiver with water resistant
housing and a large LCD-display in a sporty wristwatch design. The GPS
Receiver is especially designed for joggers, walkers, aquatic sportsmen and
many more. It shows the position in an area which is not mapped. Via lines of
longitude and latitude you can locate your position on a printed map. The
receiver displays the elevation, speed, average speed and the distance. The
mileage way, e.g. sprint can be saved, in order to let you guide back to the
starting point. The device has a backlight display, so it is possible to use this
receiver at dark night. You don't need a computer for this unit, but if you have
one at hand, you can use also following functions: You can use the receiver as
an USB receiver on a notebook.
You can save the training data and can watch them at Google Earth™. Below
you can see examples for a route in Google Earth™.

Der NL-409TE PDA TMC GPS Empfänger verfügt über einen 6 poligen Navilock
Anschluss. Damit ist er an nahezu jedem PDA oder Notebook verwendbar.
Hierzu ist ein optionales Anschlusskabel notwendig. Der NL-409TE besitzt
einen internen UKW Empfänger um die RDS (Radio Data System) und TMC
(Traffic Message Channel) Funktion nutzen zu können, benötigen Sie eine
RDS/TMC-fähige Navigations- bzw. Routingsoftware. Ähnlich wie beim
Verkehrsfunk werden z.B. Staumeldungen in digitaler Form als Textmeldung
vom Empfänger an die Navigationssoftware übermittelt. Es wird ggf. eine
alternative Route berechnet und angezeigt.
The NL-409TE PDA TMC GPS receiver has a 6-pin Navilock connector. It can be
used with almost any PDA or Notebook. An optional connection cable is
necessary. The NL-409TE has an internal FM receiver to use the RDS (radio
data system) and TMC (traffic message channel) functions, you need
RDS/TMC enabled navigation or routing software. Similar to a radio traffic
service, messages such as traffic jam warnings are transmitted as text
messages in digital form to the navigation software. If necessary, an
alternative route is then calculated and displayed.
