Schleifleitungen Typ ASS
Allgemeines über Lastro-Schleifleitungen:
Die Lastro-Schleifleitung ist eine berührungsgeschützte Schleifleitung. Das Gehäuse kann
unterschiedliche Kupferquerschnitte aufnehmen. Je nach Kundenwunsch wird es mit
werkseitig montiertem Flachkupferband und Steckverbindern geliefert, bzw. für
durchgehendes Flachkupferband wird das Kupfer lose in Ringen geliefert.
Kompakte Anordnung und einfach Montage sind die herausragenden Merkmale dieses
Schleifleitungssystems. Die ASS-Schleifleitung entspricht den VDE-, Europäischen und
Internationalen Normen und Vorschriften, sowie den Unfallverhütungsvorschriften.
Anwendungsbereiche:
ASS-Schleifleitungen werden für ortsveränderliche Stromverbraucher wie z.B.
Hängebahnen, Beleuchtungsanlagen, Fernsehstudio-Einrichtungen, Elektrowerkzeuge,
Werkzeugmaschinen, etc.eingesetzt.
Aufhängungen
Die Schleifleitungen besitzen im oberen Bereich Nutenkanäle zur Aufnahme von
Schienenstoßverbindern und Nutensteine, mit deren Hilfe die Schienen an den
entsprechenden Aufhängekonstruktionenbefestigt werden können.
Kriechweg:
Der Kriechweg rechnet sich nach der DIN / IEC 112 / VDE 0300 Teil 1. Der Kriechweg ist
abhängig vom Verschmutzungsgrad der Umgebung, des zum Einsatz kommenden
Schleifleiterschienensystems.
Verschmutzungsgrad 1: Es tritt kein, oder nur trockener, nicht leitfähige Verschmutzung
auf. Die Verschmutzung hat keinen Einfluss.
Verschmutzungsgrad 2: Es tritt nur nicht leitfähige Verschmutzung auf. Gelegentlich muss
mit vorrrübergehender Leitfähigkeit durch Witterung gerechnet werden.
Verschmutzungsgrad 3 + 4: In außergewöhnlich staubigen, feuchten oder korrosessiven
Umgebungen.
Für die Verschmutzungsgrade 1 und 2 beträgt der Kriechweg mind. 7,1mm. Für die
Verschmutzgungsgrade 3 und 4 mind. 30mm.
