Upgrade Instructions
LICENSE KEY
The Intellex 2.4 software is protected from unauthorized use by
a software license key. This key matches the electronic hardware of your system with the authorized software version and
feature level of your software to permit proper operation of
your system. Any changes to the network adapter in your unit,
removal or modification of the license file, or replacement of
the system disk will affect normal operation and will require
installation of a new license file. Please contact your authorized
Sensormatic representative for more information.
IMPORTANT: Intellex 2.4 software will not function on your
Intellex unit until it is registered and the License Key
is installed. Do not install this product until you are
able to register the software.
INTELLEX VERSION
2.X TO 2.4
UPGRADE
IMPORTANT: Upgrading to software version 2.4 requires
conversion of your version 2.x image database to a
new configuration. Any errors in the image or alarm
database may cause the conversion to fail, resulting
in loss of all image data. Do not proceed unless you
have backed up all critical data
Installation Instructions
Upgrading your Intellex 2.x system to version 2.4 software
requires that the software License Key is properly installed. The
Software License Key is provided by Sensormatic. In order to
obtain a License Key you must register your software with Sensormatic. Registration of this software requires access to the
Internet from another personal computer or workstation (NOT
the Intellex). If Internet access is not available, call your Sensormatic dealer for assistance. DO NOT attempt to install the
new software without the ability to register your software,
because your Intellex unit will not work until the software is
registered and the new License Key is installed.
License Key

Some of the information must be obtained from the Intellex unit
to register your new software. The License Key for the version
2.2/2.3 software and the MAC Address of the unit is needed to
register. You can obtain this information from the Intellex unit
via the Utility menu. Select Utility, About Intellex, System,
Upgrade. The License Key and MAC Address is displayed in
the License Information window. Record these numbers.
You will also need the serial number of the software upgrade.
This is a 12-digit number found on the packaging, either on the
CD package or on the first floppy disk. This serial number can
be used only once.
NOTE: If you install the Version 2.4 Upgrade and do not
register, the Intellex unit will not function. You must
register the Version 2.4 Upgrade software and enter
the new License Key before the Intellex will operate.
NOTE: Installers should make note of any upgrades or
repairs performed or new equipment installed in the
unit on the Service Record and attach it to the inside
of the case. New or replacement Service Records
are available from your dealer or from Sensormatic
(part number 2402-1587-01 A).
CAUTION: Do NOT modify any BIOS or system settings.
Do NOT reconfigure any hard drives. Do NOT
install any other software, including screen
savers, or you will affect unit operation.
NOTE: Exiting to the system is a protected feature. You must
possess the Exit to System privilege to access it
(see Security Setup in the Intellex Installation and
Operating Instructions).
To install the Intellex software v2.4 update:
1.
From the main screen, click the Utility button. The Utility
Options screen appears (see Utility Options in the Intellex
Installation and Operating Instructions).
2.
Verify the version of the Intellex software currently
installed on your unit:
a.
Click About Intellex. The About Intellex screen
appears. Write down the version number.

Click OK to return to the Utility Options screen.

Click Exit. A confirmation screen appears asking “Do
you wish to quit the program?”
4.
Select Yes. Enter the PIN Code to exit Intellex.
5.
Insert the first of the Intellex Version 2.4 upgrade floppies
or insert the upgrade CD into the CD drive. Follow the
instructions provided on the monitor to complete the
installation.
6.
If you are using a CD to upgrade the software, doubleclick on the My Computer icon,then on the CD drive icon
to start the installation wizard. If you are using floppy
disks to upgrade the software, reset the unit (press the
Reset button) using the special tool provided (or a
paperclip).
7.
Enter the requested data in the Installer Information box.
After the data is entered or if no keyboard is available,
click on Next.
8.
Follow the instructions on the screen, inserting each
diskette as it is requested. When the Setup Complete
screen appears, eject the last diskette or remove the CD
and then click on Finish. This will complete the
installation and restart the Intellex unit.
9.
After Intellex starts, go the License Inform. ation Screen
by selecting Utility, About Intellex, System, Upgrade.
Record the MAC Address and License Key.
10. On a computer connected to the Internet, open your
preferred browser. We recommend using Microsoft
Internet Explorer or Netscape Communicator for the best
results. Type “http://www.tycovideo.com“ in the Address
text box and press Enter. At the Tyco Video web site,
click on Software Registration. Follow the instructions
on the screen to enter the data requested and select the
Intellex Upgrade. On the next screen, you will need to
enter the MAC Address, Version 2.2/2.3 License Key, the
version of software that you are upgrading from, and the
serial number of the software upgrade. At the end of the
registration process, a License Key and Option Pack
selections appear. Write this information down. You will
need it to enable your software.

NOTE: The License Key is unique. You will not be able to
use the License Key obtained with this MAC Address
on any other Intellex unit.
11. On the Intellex License Information screen:
a.
Enter the version number of the application software
(2.4) in the text box provided.
b.
Enter the license key obtained in Step 10 in the text
box provided.
c.
Click on the buttons according to the Product Type
and Option Pack information obtained in Step 10.
12. Click Create File, then OK. The message box displays a
success message if all entries are correct. Click OK to start
Intellex.
NOTE: If one or more entries are not correct, a failure
message appears. Repeat Steps 10 and 11. The
information must be entered exactly as presented. If
you are not able to register your Intellex software
successfully, contact your Sensormatic dealer for
assistance.
13. When the main Intellex screen appears, verify the
update:
a.
From the main screen, click the Utility button. The
Utility Options screen appears.
b.
Click About Intellex. If Version 2.4.xx does not
appear on the About Intellex screen, contact your
dealer or Sensormatic.
c.
Click OK to return to the Utility Options screen.
d. Click Close to return to the main screen.
NOTE: Availability of the audio recording and monitoring
feature depends on the particular Intellex hardware
and previous software installed. Not all Intellex 2.x
systems are compatible with the audio feature.
Contact your Sensormatic representative for more
information.

INTELLEX SOUND
DRIVER
INSTALLATION
Earlier versions of Intellex do not have the sound drivers
required for audio recording and playback on Intellex. These
drivers are included on the Intellex 2.4 Installation CD in this
upgrade kit. To install these drivers your Intellex unit must
have a CD-ROM or CD-RW drive. Internal and external (USB)
CD-RW drives are available that are compatible with your
Intellex system. Contact your Sensormatic representative for
more information.
What systems require
new sound drivers?
Any Intellex 2.x system that did not ship from the factory with
version 2.4 software and with audio hardware on the motherboard requires the new sound drivers. Intellex 2.0 systems do
not have audio hardware on the motherboard, so they do not
need the new sound drivers. DO NOT install sound drivers on
these Version 2.0 systems.
NOTE: If there are three 3.5 mm audio phone jacks on the
rear panel of the Intellex unit—pink, green, and blue
in color—your unit has audio hardware on the
motherboard.
IMPORTANT: THIS PROCEDURE SHOULD BE PERFORMED ONLY BY PERSONNEL TRAINED AND
QUALIFIED TO SERVICE THE INTELLEX. THESE
OPERATIONS REQUIRE SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE OF THE INTELLEX AND COMPUTERS.

NOTE: Sound driver installation applies only to Intellex 2.x
systems with the D815E motherboards from Intel. Do
not attempt to install these drivers on any other
motherboard. Do not install these drivers on
DV16000 systems with a Pentium 4 processor.
Installation
1.
Exit Intellex to the Windows desktop.
2.
Remove Intellex from the StartUp folder. This is
necessary in order to prevent the Intellex application
from running each time the system restarts during this
installation process. Follow these steps:
•
Press the Start button.
•
Select Settings.

•
Select Task Bar & Start Menu.
•
Click on the Start Menu Programs tab.
•
Select Remove.
•
Click on Intellex.
•
Click on Remove.
•
Click on Close.
•
On the Task Bar Properties click OK.
3.
Place the Upgrade media in the CD drive on the Intellex
unit.
4.
Launch Windows Explorer and browse to the CD drive.
Open the SoundDrivers folder.
5.
Double click on the file Setup.exe (installer application)
to start the removal of the SoundMax drivers.
6.
In the Setup Type window select Remove and click on
Next.
7.
Verify that “YES, I want to restart my computer now“
is selected and press Finish. The unit will now restart.
8.
When the “New Hardware Found” message is displayed,
click Cancel.
9.
Windows Explorer will now reappear. Double-click on
the file Setup.exe (installer application) once again to
start installation of the SoundMax drivers.
10. Click Next in the Sound Max Install window.
11. Click YES in the License agreement window.
12. Click OK in the Information Text box window.
13. Verify that “YES, I want to restart my computer now“
is selected and press Finish. The unit will now restart.
14. Windows Explorer window will now reappear.
15. Open the DirectX folder. Double-click on the file
Dx81eng (application) to start installation of the DirectX
drivers.
16. Select YES to install Microsoft DirectX 8.1.

17. On the license screen window, select YES. The DirectX
drivers will now install. The unit will restart. Be patient,
this may take several minutes.
18. When installation is complete, close Windows Explorer
and remove the media from the drive.
19. Add Intellex back to the startup menu. This is necessary
so that Intellex will automatically start at powerup and
with its watchdog timer. Follow these steps:
•
Press the Start button.
•
Select Settings.
•
Select Task Bar & Start Menu.
•
Click on the Start Menu Programs tab.
•
Select Add.
•
Press Browse.
•
Double-click the (C:).
•
Double-click the Windows folder.
•
Double-click the Intellex folder.
•
The following should appear in the command line of
Create Shortcut:
C:\Windows\Intellex\Intellex.exe
•
Press Next.
•
Double-click on Programs under Start Menu in the
Select program folder.
•
Press Next.
•
In the text box, make sure the word Intellex appears
for the name of the shortcut.
•
Click Finish.
•
Click OK.
20. Click on Start, Shutdown, and then select Restart. Click
OK and the Intellex unit will restart. Verify that the
Intellex application automatically starts after powerup.
The sound drivers are now ready to work with Intellex version
2.4 software. Audio recording on Intellex also requires that the
DataPack option be enabled.

CLÉ DE
PROTECTION
Le logiciel Intellex 2.4 est protégé contre toute utilisation non
autorisée par une clé de protection du logiciel. Cette clé fait correspondre le matériel électronique de votre système avec la
version autorisée et le niveau de fonctionnalité de votre logiciel
afin que votre système fonctionne normalement. Toute modification de l'adaptateur réseau dans votre unité, toute
suppression ou modification du fichier de licence ou tout remplacement du disque système affectera le fonctionnement
normal du système et nécessitera l'installation d'un nouveau
fichier de licence. Veuillez contacter votre représentant Sensormatic agréé pour plus d'informations.
IMPORTANT : Le logiciel Intellex 2.4 fonctionnera sur votre
unité Intellex uniquement après avoir été enregistré
et une fois la clé de protection installée. Veuillez
installer ce produit uniquement si vous êtes en
mesure d'enregistrer le logiciel.
MISE À NIVEAU
INTELLEX VERSION
2.X VERS 2.4
IMPORTANT : La mise a niveau vers la version 2.4 du logiciel
necessite la conversion de votre base de donnees
d'images de version 2.x vers une nouvelle
configuration. Toute erreur dans la base de donnees
d'images ou d'alarmes peut entrainer l'echec de la
conversion et la perte de toutes les donnees
d'images. Vous devez effectuer une sauvegarde de
toutes les donnees critiques avant de continuer.
Instructions d'installation
La mise à niveau de votre système Intellex 2.x vers la version 2.4
nécessite l’installation correcte de la clé de protection du logiciel. Cette clé est fournie par Sensormatic. Pour obtenir une clé
de protection, vous devez enregistrer votre logiciel auprès de
Sensormatic. L’enregistrement du logiciel nécessite d'accéder à
Internet depuis un autre ordinateur ou poste de travail (PAS
depuis l‘Intellex). Si aucune connexion à Internet n’est disponible, contactez votre distributeur Sensormatic. NE TENTEZ
PAS d'installer le nouveau logiciel si vous n'êtes pas en mesure
de l'enregistrer, car votre unité Intellex ne fonctionnera qu'une
fois le logiciel enregistré et la clé de protection installée.

Système de Gestion Vidéo-numérique d’Intellex®
Certaines informations nécessaires à l'enregistrement de votre
nouveau logiciel sont obtenues à partir de l'unité Intellex. La clé
de protection pour le logiciel de version 2.2/2.3 ainsi que
l'adresse MAC de l'unité sont nécessaires pour l'enregistrement. Vous pouvez obtenir ces informations via le menu
Utilitaire sur l'unité Intellex. Sélectionnez Utilitaire, À propos
d'Intellex, Système, Mise à niveau. La clé de protection et
l'adresse MAC sont imprimées sur la fenêtre d'information de
licence. Prenez note de ces numéros.
Vous aurez également besoin du numéro de série de la mise à
niveau du logiciel. Il s'agit d'un nombre de 12 chiffres qui se
trouve sur l'emballage du CD ou de la première disquette. Ce
numéro de série ne peut être utilisé qu'une seule fois.
REMARQUE : Si vous installez la mise à niveau pour la
version 2.4 sans l'enregistrer, l'unité Intellex ne
fonctionnera pas. Vous devez enregistrer le logiciel
de mise à niveau pour la version 2.4. et indiquer la
nouvelle clé de protection avant de pouvoir faire
fonctionner l'Intellex.
REMARQUE : Le responsable de l'installation doit noter sur
la fiche de maintenance toute mise à niveau ou
réparation effectuée et tout équipement installé sur
l'unité, et fixer cette fiche à l'intérieur du boîtier. De
nouvelles fiches de maintenance sont disponibles
auprès de votre distributeur ou de Sensormatic
(référence 2402-1587-01 A).
ATTENTION : NE modifiez PAS les paramètres du BIOS
ou du système. NE reconfigurez AUCUN disque
dur. N'installez AUCUN autre logiciel, y compris
les économiseurs d'écran. Cela pourrait affecter
le fonctionnement de l'unité.
REMARQUE : Revenir au système est une fonction protégée.
Vous devez disposer du privilège de Sortie vers le
système pour y accéder (reportez-vous à la section
Réglage des sécurités dans les Instructions
d'installation et d’utilisation d'Intellex).

Pour installer la mise à niveau v2.4 du logiciel Intellex :
1.
Depuis l'écran principal, cliquez sur le bouton Utilitaire.
L’écran Options utilitaires apparaît (voir Options utilitaires
dans les Instructions d’installation et d'utilisation d’Intellex).
2.
Vérifiez la version du logiciel
actuellement sur votre unité :
a.
Intellex
installée
Cliquez sur À propos d'Intellex. L'écran À propos
d'Intellex s'affiche. Notez le numéro de version.
b. Cliquez sur OK pour revenir à l'écran Options
utilitaires.
3.
Cliquez sur Quitter. Un écran de confirmation affiche la
question : « Souhaitez-vous quitter le programme ? ».
4.
Cliquez sur Oui. Entrez le code d’identification (PIN)
pour quitter Intellex.
5.
Insérez la première disquette de mise à niveau Intellex
Version 2.4 ou le CD de mise à niveau. Suivez les
instructions à l’écran pour réaliser l'installation.
6.
Si vous utilisez un CD pour effectuer la mise à niveau,
double-cliquez sur l'icône Poste de travail, puis cliquez
sur l'icône du CD pour lancer l'assistant d'installation. Si
vous utilisez des disquettes pour effectuer la mise à
niveau, réinitialisez l'unité (appuyez sur le bouton
Reset) avec l'outil spécial fourni (ou avec un trombone).
7.
Entrez les informations requises dans la boîte de texte
prévue à cet effet. Une fois les données saisies ou si
aucun clavier n'est disponible, cliquez sur Suivant.
8.
Suivez les instructions à l’écran et insérez chaque
disquette lorsque vous y êtes invité(e). Lorsque l'écran
Installation terminée s'affiche, éjectez la dernière
disquette ou retirez le CD et cliquez sur Terminer.
L'installation est terminée et l'unité Intellex redémarre.
9.
Après le démarrage, allez à l'écran Informations de
licence Intellex en sélectionnant Utilitaire, À propos
d'Intellex, Système, Mise à niveau. Notez l'adresse
MAC et la clé de protection.

10. Sur un ordinateur connecté à Internet, ouvrez votre
navigateur habituel. Nous vous recommandons d’utiliser
Microsoft Internet Explorer ou Netscape Communicator
pour des résultats optimum. Tapez « http://
www.tycovideo.com » dans la boîte de texte Adresse et
appuyez sur Entrer. Une fois sur le site Web TycoVideo,
cliquez sur Software Registration (Enregistrement de
logiciel). Suivez les instructions du site Web pour saisir
les données requises et sélectionner Intellex Upgrade.
Sur l'écran suivant, vous devez indiquer l'adresse MAC,
la clé de protection de la version 2.2/2.3, la version de
logiciel à partir de laquelle vous effectuez la mise à
niveau et le numéro de série de la mise à niveau
logicielle. À la fin de la procédure d'enregistrement, une
clé de protection et un choix de packs d'options
s’affichent. Notez ces informations. Vous en aurez besoin
pour activer le logiciel.
REMARQUE : La clé de protection est unique. Vous ne
pourrez pas utiliser sur une autre unité Intellex la clé
de protection obtenue avec cette adresse MAC.
11. Sur l'écran Informations de licence Intellex :
a.
Tapez le numéro de version du logiciel (2.4) dans la
boîte de texte prévue à cet effet.
b.
Tapez la clé de protection obtenue à l’étape 10 dans la
boîte de texte prévue à cet effet.
c.
Cliquez sur les boutons correspondant aux
informations de type de produit et de pack d'options
obtenues à l'étape 10.
12. Cliquez sur Créer fichier puis cliquez sur OK. La boîte
de message vous informe du succès de l'opération si
toutes les entrées sont correctes. Cliquez sur OK pour
démarrer l’Intellex.
REMARQUE : Si une ou plusieurs entrées sont incorrectes,
un message d’échec apparaît. Répétez les étapes
10 et 11. Les informations doivent être saisies
exactement comme présenté. Si vous ne parvenez
pas à enregistrer correctement votre logiciel Intellex,
contactez votre distributeur Sensormatic.

13. Quand l’écran principal Intellex apparaît, vérifiez la mise
à jour :
a. Depuis l'écran principal, cliquez sur le bouton
Utilitaire. L'écran Options utilitaires apparaît.
b. Cliquez sur À propos d'Intellex. Si Version 2.4.xx
n'apparaît pas sur l'écran À propos d'Intellex,
4contactez votre distributeur ou Sensormatic.
c. Cliquez sur OK pour revenir à l'écran Options
utilitaires.
d. Cliquez sur Fermer pour revenir à l’écran principal.
REMARQUE : Les fonctions d'enregistrement et de contrôle
des données audio sont disponibles en fonction du
matériel Intellex et du logiciel précédemment
installés. Tous les systèmes Intellex 2.x ne sont pas
compatibles avec la fonction audio. Contactez votre
représentant Sensormatic pour plus d'informations.
INSTALLATION
DES PILOTES
AUDIO INTELLEX
Les versions antérieures d'Intellex ne requéraient pas de pilotes
audio pour l'enregistrement et la reproduction audio sur Intellex. Ces pilotes sont compris sur le CD d'installation d'Intellex
2.4 fourni dans ce kit de mise à niveau. Pour que vous puissiez
installer ces pilotes, votre unité Intellex doit être équipée d'un
lecteur de CD-ROM ou de CD-RW. Les lecteurs CD-RW (USB)
internes et externes disponibles sont compatibles avec votre
système Intellex. Contactez votre représentant Sensormatic
pour toute information complémentaire.
Pour quels systèmes
est-il nécessaire
d'installer les
nouveaux pilotes
audio ?
Tout système Intellex 2.x n'ayant pas été fourni d'origine avec
la version 2.4 du logiciel et n'ayant pas de matériel audio sur la
carte mère requiert l'installation des nouveaux pilotes audio.
Les systèmes Intellex 2.0 ne disposent pas du matériel audio sur
la carte mère et n'ont pas, par conséquent, besoin des nouveaux
pilotes audio. N’INSTALLEZ PAS les pilotes audio sur les systèmes fonctionnant sous la Version 2.0.
REMARQUE : Si le panneau arrière de votre unité Intellex
comporte trois prises jack de 3,5 mm (de couleur
rose, verte et bleue), c'est que votre unité dispose du
matériel audio sur la carte mère.

D'INFORMATIONS.
REMARQUE : L'installation des pilotes audio s'applique
uniquement aux systèmes Intellex 2.x disposant des
cartes mères D815E d'Intel. N'essayez pas d'installer
ces pilotes sur d'autres cartes mères. N'installez pas
ces pilotes sur les systèmes DV16000 avec un
processeur Pentium 4.
Installation
1.
Quittez Intellex pour revenir sur le bureau Windows.
2.
Supprimez Intellex du dossier StartUp. Cela est
nécessaire afin d'empêcher l'application Intellex de
s'exécuter à chaque redémarrage du système pendant le
processus d'installation. Procédez comme suit :
• Appuyez sur le bouton Start.
• Sélectionnez Settings.
• Sélectionnez Task Bar & Start Menu...
• Cliquez sur l'onglet Start Menu Programs.
• Sélectionnez Remove.
• Cliquez sur Intellex.
• Cliquez sur Remove.
• Cliquez sur Close.
• Dans Task Bar Properties, cliquez sur OK.
3.
Insérez le support de mise à jour dans le lecteur de CD de
l'unité Intellex.
4.
Lancez l'Explorateur Windows et allez sur le lecteur CD.
Ouvrez le dossier SoundDrivers.

5.
Double-cliquez sur le fichier Setup.exe (application
d'installation) pour lancer la suppression des pilotes
SoundMax.
6.
Dans la fenêtre Setup Type, sélectionnez Remove puis
cliquez sur Next.
7.
Vérifier que l'option « YES, I want to restart my
computer now » est activée puis appuyez sur Finish. À
présent, l'unité va redémarrer.
8.
Quand le message « New Hardware Found » s'affiche,
cliquez sur Annuler.
9.
L'Explorateur Windows réapparaît. Double-cliquez à
nouveau sur le fichier Setup.exe (application
d'installation) pour lancer l'installation des pilotes
SoundMax.
10. Cliquez sur Next dans la fenêtre d'installation Sound
Max.
11. Cliquez sur YES dans la fenêtre d'acceptation de l'accord
de licence.
12. Cliquez sur OK dans la fenêtre de zone de texte
Informations.
13. Vérifier que l'option « YES, I want to restart my
computer now » est activée puis appuyez sur Finish. À
présent, l'unité va redémarrer.
14. La fenêtre de l'Explorateur Windows réapparaît.
15. Ouvrez le dossier DirectX. Double-cliquez sur le fichier
Dx81eng (application) pour lancer l'installation des
pilotes DirectX.
16. Sélectionnez YES pour installer Microsoft DirectX 8.1.
17. Sur la fenêtre d'écran de licence, sélectionnez YES. Les
pilotes DirectX vont à présent être installés. L'unité va
redémarrer. Nous vous demandons d'être patient, cette
opération peut prendre plusieurs minutes.
18. Une fois l'installation terminée, quittez l'Explorateur
Windows et retirez le support d'installatin du lecteur.

19. Ajoutez à nouveau Intellex au menu Démarrer. Cela est

a la versión 2.4 de Intellex
CLAVE DE
LICENCIA
El programa Intellex 2.4 está protegido del uso no autorizado
del mismo por una clave de licencia de software. Esta clave hace
compatible el hardware electrónico de su sistema con la versión
y el nivel funcional autorizado para su software de modo que
el sistema pueda funcionar correctamente. Cualquier cambio
en la tarjeta de red de su unidad, extracción o modificación del
archivo de licencia o sustitución del disco del sistema afectará
al funcionamiento normal del equipo y requerirá la instalación
de un nuevo archivo de licencia. Para obtener más información
al respecto, póngase en contacto con su representante de
Sensormatic.
IMPORTANTE: El software Intellex 2.4 no funcionará en su
unidad Intellex hasta que usted lo haya registrado y
haya instalado la clave de licencia. No instale el
producto hasta haber registrado el software.

LA 2.4
IMPORTANTE: La actualización al software versión 2.4 exige
que se convierta su base de datos de imágenes de
la versión 2.x a una nueva configuración. Cualquier
error en la base de datos de imágenes o de alarmas
puede provocar un error en la conversión y que se
pierdan todos los datos de imágenes. No proceda a
efectuar la actualización sino después de haber
confeccionado una copia de seguridad de sus datos
críticos.
Instrucciones de
instalación
Para actualizar el software del sistema Intellex de la versión 2.x
a la 2.4 es necesario que la clave de licencia esté correctamente
instalada. La clave de licencia de software es proporcionada
por Sensormatic. Para obtener una clave de licencia debe registrar su software con Sensormatic. Para registrar el software es
necesario acceder a Internet desde otro PC o estación de trabajo
(que NO sea Intellex). Si no tiene acceso a Internet, llame a su
distribuidor de Sensormatic. NO INTENTE instalar el software
nuevo sin haber registrado el software ya que la unidad Intellex
no funcionará hasta tanto no se haya registrado el software e
instalado la nueva clave de licencia.

Intellex® Sistema de Administración de Vídeo Digital
Parte de la información necesaria para registrar el software
nuevo se debe obtener de la unidad Intellex. Se necesitan la
clave de licencia correspondiente al software de la versión 2.2/
2.3 ya instalado y la dirección MAC de la unidad. Esta información se puede obtener desde el menú Utilidad de la unidad
Intellex. . Seleccione Utilidad, Acerca de Intellex, Sistema,
Actualización. La clave de licencia y la dirección MAC aparecen en la ventana de información de licencia. Tome nota de
estos números.
También necesitará el número de serie de la actualización del
software. Se trata de un número de 12 dígitos que se encuentra
en el embalaje del CD o del primer disquete. El número de serie
sólo se puede utilizar una vez.
NOTA: Si instala la Actualización de la versión 2.4 y omite
su registro, la unidad Intellex no funcionará. Es
imprescindible que registre el software de
Actualización a la versión 2.4 e ingrese la nueva
clave de licencia para que la unidad Intellex funcione.
NOTA: Los instaladores deben anotar en la hoja de servicio
las actualizaciones o reparaciones realizadas, así
como el nuevo equipo instalado en la unidad y
pegarla al interior de la caja. Si necesita obtener
registros de mantenimiento nuevos o recambios,
acuda a su distribuidor o directamente a
Sensormatic (solicite el número de pieza 2402-158701 A).
PRECAUCIÓN: NO modifique ningún ajuste del BIOS ni
del sistema. NO reconfigure ninguna unidad de
disco duro. NO instale ningún otro tipo de
software, ni siquiera protectores de pantalla, ya
que el funcionamiento de la unidad se vería
afectado.
NOTA: La salida al sistema operativo es una función
protegida. Para utilizarla es necesario disponer del
permiso Salir al sistema (vea Configuración de
seguridad en las Instrucciones de Instalación y de
Uso de Intellex).

Para instalar la actualización v2.4 del software de Intellex:
1.
En la pantalla principal, haga clic en el botón Utilidad.
Aparece la pantalla Opciones de utilidades (vea Opciones
de utilidades en las Instrucciones de Instalación y de Uso de
Intellex).

Compruebe qué versión del software de Intellex está
instalada actualmente en la unidad.
a.
Haga clic en Acerca de Intellex. Aparece la pantalla
Acerca de Intellex. Tome nota del número de versión.
b.
Para regresar a la pantalla Opciones de utilidades,
haga clic en Aceptar.
3.
Haga clic en Salir. Aparece una pantalla de confirmación
que le pregunta si desea salir del programa.
4.
Seleccione Sí. Introduzca el código PIN de salida para
salir de Intellex.
5.
Introduzca el primer disquete de actualización de
Intellex versión 2.4 o el CD de actualización en la unidad
de CD. Para completar la instalación, siga las
instrucciones de la pantalla.
6.
Si está utilizando un CD para actualizar el software, haga
doble clic en el icono My Computer y, a continuación, en
la unidad de CD para ejecutar el asistente de instalación.
Si está utilizando disquetes para actualizar el software,
reinicie la unidad (pulse el botón Reset) utilizando la
herramienta proporcionada (o un clip para papel).
7.
Escriba la información solicitada en el cuadro de
información del programa de instalación. Una vez
introducidos los datos, o bien si no se dispone de teclado,
haga clic en Next.
8.
Siga las instrucciones que aparecen en pantalla; inserte
los disquetes según le sean solicitados. Cuando aparezca
la pantalla que indica que la instalación se ha
completado, extraiga el último disquete o el CD y haga
clic en Finish. Esto completará la instalación y reiniciará
la unidad Intellex.

9.
Una vez que se inicie Intellex, abra la pantalla de
información de licencia; para ello, seleccione Utilidad,
Acerca de Intellex, Sistema, Actualización. Tome nota
de la dirección MAC y de la clave de licencia.
10. En un equipo conectado a Internet, abra un navegador.
Para obtener óptimos resultados, le recomendamos que
utilice Internet Explorer de Microsoft o Netscape
Communicator. Escriba: “http://www.tycovideo.com“en el
campo Dirección y pulse Intro. En el sitio de web de
TycoVideo, haga clic en Software Registration. Siga las
instrucciones del sitio para ingresar los datos solicitados
y seleccione Intellex Upgrade. En la pantalla siguiente
deberá introducir la dirección MAC, la clave de licencia
de software de la versión 2.2/2.3, la versión del software
al cual está actualizando y el número de serie de la
actualización de software obtenido anteriormente. Al
final del proceso de registro aparecerá una clave de
licencia y selecciones del paquete de opciones. Tome nota
de esta información. La necesitará para hacer funcionar
el software.
NOTA: La clave de licencia es única. No podrá utilizar la
clave de licencia obtenida con esta dirección MAC en
ninguna otra unidad Intellex.
11. En la pantalla de información de licencia de Intellex:
a.
Introduzca el número de versión de la aplicación
(2.4) en el cuadro de texto.
b.
Introduzca la clave de licencia obtenida en el paso 10
en el cuadro de texto.
c.
Haga clic en los botones de acuerdo con la
información sobre el tipo de producto y el paquete
de opciones obtenida en el paso 10.
12. Haga clic en Crear archivo y, a continuación, en
Aceptar. El cuadro de mensaje muestra un mensaje de
confirmación si las entradas son correctas. Haga clic en
Aceptar para iniciar Intellex.
NOTA: Si una o varias entradas son incorrectas, aparecerá
un mensaje de error. Repita los pasos 10 y 11. La
información debe ser introducida exactamente como
está presentada. Si no consigue registrar satisfactoriamente el software de Intellex, póngase en
contacto con su distribuidor de Sensormatic.
13. Cuando aparezca la pantalla principal de Intellex,
compruebe la actualización:
a. En la pantalla principal, haga clic en el botón
Utilidad. Aparece la pantalla Opciones de utilidades.
b. Haga clic en Acerca de Intellex. Si en la pantalla
Acerca de Intellex no aparece el texto Versión 2.4.xx,
consulte a su distribuidor o a Sensormatic.
c.
Para regresar a la pantalla Opciones de utilidades,
haga clic en Aceptar.
d. Para regresar a la pantalla principal, haga clic en
Cerrar.
NOTA: La disponibilidad de las funciones de grabación y
supervisión de sonido depende del hardware Intellex
de que se trate y del software anterior instalado. No
todos los sistemas Intellex 2.x son compatibles con
la función de sonido. Solicite más información al
representante de Sensormatic.

DE SONIDO DE
INTELLEX
Las versiones anteriores de Intellex no cuentan con los controladores de sonido necesarios para la grabación y reproducción
de sonido en las unidades Intellex. Estos controladores se
encuentra en el CD de instalación de Intellex 2.4 provisto con
este kit de actualización. Para instalar estos controladores, la
unidad Intellex debe contar con una unidad de CD-ROM o de
CD-RW. Se dispone de unidades internas y externas de CD-RW
(USB) que son compatibles con el sistema Intellex. Solicite más
información al representante de Sensormatic.
¿Qué sistemas
necesitan estos nuevos
controladores de
sonido?
Cualquier sistema Intellex 2.x que no se haya entregado de
fábrica con el software versión 2.4 y el hardware de sonido en
la placa madre necesita los nuevos controladores de sonido. En
los sistemas Intellex 2.0 la placa madre no cuenta con hardware
de sonido, de modo que no necesitan los nuevos controladores
de sonido. NO INSTALE controladores de sonido en estos sistemas cuya versión es 2.0.

Instalación
1.
Cierre Intellex y acceda al escritorio de Windows.
2.
Elimine Intellex de la carpeta StartUp. Esta acción es
necesaria a fin de evitar que la aplicación Intellex se
ejecute cada vez que se reinicia el sistema durante el
proceso de instalación. Siga los pasos que se detallan a
continuación:

En la ventana Setup Type, seleccione Remove y haga clic
en Next.
7.
Verifique que la opción “YES, I want to restart my
computer now“ esté seleccionada y presione Finish. Se
reiniciará la unidad.
8.
Cuando aparezca el mensaje “New Hardware Found“,
haga clic en Cancel.
9.
Volverá a aparecer Windows Explorer. Vuelva a hacer
doble clic en el archivo Setup.exe (aplicación del
instalador) para iniciar la instalación de los controladores
SoundMax.
10. Haga clic en Next en la ventana Sound Max Install.
11. Haga clic en YES en la ventana del contrato de licencia.
12. Haga clic en OK en la ventana del cuadro de texto de
información.
13. Verifique que la opción “YES, I want to restart my
computer now“ esté seleccionada y presione Finish. Se
reiniciará la unidad.
14. Volverá a aparecer la ventana de Windows Explorer.
15. Abra la carpeta DirectX. Haga doble clic en el archivo
Dx81eng (aplicación) para iniciar la instalación de los
controladores de DirectX.
16. Seleccione YES para instalar Microsoft DirectX 8.1.
17. En la ventana del contrato de licencia, seleccione YES. Se
instalarán entonces los controladores de DirectX. Se
reiniciará la unidad. Tenga paciencia, este procedimiento
tarda unos minutos.
18. Completada la instalación, cierre Windows Explorer y
retire el CD de la unidad.

19. Vuelva a agregar el programa de Intellex en el menú de
inicio. Esta operación es necesaria a fin de que Intellex se
inicie automáticamente al arrancar el sistema y con el
temporizador de vigilancia. Siga los pasos que se
detallan a continuación:

Presione el botón Start.

Seleccione Settings.
•
Seleccione Task Bar & Start Menu...

Änderungen an der Netzwerkkarte des Geräts, das Entfernen
bzw. Ändern der Lizenzdatei oder der Austausch der Festplatte haben Auswirkungen auf den ordnungsgemäßen
Betrieb und erfordern, daß eine neue Lizenzdatei installiert

Installationsanleitung
Um das Intellex 2.x-System auf die Version 2.4 zu aktualisieren,
muß der von Sensormatic bereitgestellte Softwarelizenzierungsschlüssel ordnungsgemäß installiert sein. Sie müssen die
Software bei Sensormatic registrieren, um einen Lizenzierungsschlüssel zu erhalten. Hierzu benötigen Sie einen Internet-Zugang über einen anderen PC oder eine andere
Workstation (NICHT das Intellex-Gerät). Wenden Sie sich an
Ihren Sensormatic-Händler, wenn Sie keinen Zugriff auf das
Internet haben. INTSALLIEREN sie die neue software NICHT,
ohne dass sie die möglichkeit haben, sie zu registrieren, da das
Intellex-gerät ohne registrierung der software und installation
des neuen lizenzierungsschlüssels nicht funktionsfähig ist.

Intellex® Digitales Video Management-System
Zur Registrierung der neuen Software benötigen Sie unter
anderem den Lizenzierungsschlüssel der Software-Version
2.2/2.3 und die MAC-Adresse des Geräts. Sie können diese
Daten am Intellex-Gerät abrufen, indem Sie im Menü Dienste
erst auf Über Intellex, dann auf System und anschließend auf
Upgrade klicken. Im Fenster Lizenzinformationen werden der
Lizenzierungsschlüssel und die MAC-Adresse angezeigt.
Notieren Sie diese Nummern.
Zudem benötigen Sie zum Durchführen des Upgrades die Seriennummer. Hierbei handelt es sich um eine 12-stellige
Nummer, die sich entweder auf der Verpackung, auf der CDHülle oder auf der ersten Diskette befindet. Diese Seriennummer kann nur einmal verwendet werden.
ANMERKUNG: Wenn Sie das Upgrade auf Version 2.4
installieren, ohne die Software anschließend zu
registrieren,
ist
das
Intellex-Gerät
nicht
funktionsfähig. Sie müssen die Software für das
Upgrade auf Version 2.4 registrieren und den neuen
Lizenzierungsschlüssel eingeben, um das IntellexSystem wieder in Betrieb zu nehmen.
ANMERKUNG: Halten Sie Aktualisierungen, Reparaturen
und die Installation neuer Komponenten stets im
Service-Heft fest, und befestigen Sie dieses Heft auf
der Innenseite des Gehäuses. Serviceaufkleber für
neue oder Ersatzteile erhalten Sie von Ihrem Händler
oder von Sensormatic (Teilenummer 2402-158701 A).
VORSICHT:Ändern Sie KEINE BIOS- oder Systemeinstellungen. Konfigurieren Sie KEINE Festplatten neu.

So installieren Sie das Intellex Software v2.4-Update
1.
Klicken Sie im Hauptbildschirm auf die Schaltfläche
Dienste. Der Bildschirm Dienste wird angezeigt (siehe
Dienste in der Intellex-Installations-und Betriebsanleitung).
2.
Überprüfen Sie, welche Version der Intellex-Software
gegenwärtig auf Ihrem Gerät installiert ist:
a.
Klicken Sie auf Über Intellex. Der Bildschirm Über
Intellex wird angezeigt. Notieren Sie die
Versionsnummer.
b.
Klicken Sie auf OK, um zum Bildschirm Dienste
zurückzukehren.
3.
Klicken Sie auf Beenden. Im eingeblendeten Bildschirm
wird folgende Frage angezeigt: „Wollen Sie das
Programm beenden?“
4.
Wählen Sie Ja. Geben Sie den Beendigungs-PIN-Code
ein, um Intellex zu beenden.
5.
Legen Sie die erste der beiden Intellex Version 2.4Upgrade-Disketten oder die Upgrade-CD in das CDLaufwerk ein. Folgen Sie zum Durchführen der
Installation den Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.
6.
Wenn Sie die Aktualisierung der Software mit einer CD
durchführen, doppelklicken Sie auf Arbeitsplatz und
dann auf das Symbol für das CD-ROM-Laufwerk, um
den Installation Wizard zu starten. Wenn Sie die Aktualisierung der Software mit Disketten durchführen, müssen
Sie das Gerät mit dem mitgelieferten Spezialwerkzeug
(oder einer Büroklammer) zurücksetzen (Reset-Taste
drücken).
7.
Geben Sie im Feld Installer Information die erforderlichen
Informationen ein. Klicken Sie nach Eingabe der Daten
oder für den Fall, daß keine Tastatur angeschlossen ist,
auf Next.

8.
Legen Sie die Disketten nacheinander gemäß den
Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm ein. Wenn der
Bildschirm Setup Complete angezeigt wird, entnehmen
Sie die letzte Diskette oder die CD, und klicken Sie auf
Finish. Die Installation ist abgeschlossen, und das
Intellex-Gerät wird neu gestartet.
9.
Wenn Intellex ausgeführt wird, wechseln Sie zum
Bildschirm Lizenzinformationen, indem Sie im Menü
Dienste erst auf Über Intellex, dann auf System und
anschließend auf Upgrade klicken. Notieren Sie die
MAC-Adresse und den Lizenzierungsschlüssel.
10. Starten Sie auf einem mit dem Internet verbundenen Computer einen Browser Ihrer Wahl. Für beste Ergebnisse empfehlen wir die Verwendung von Microsoft Internet
Explorer oder Netscape Communicator. Geben Sie „http://
www.tycovideo.com” in das Adreßfeld ein, und drücken
Sie die Eingabetaste. Klicken Sie auf der TycoVideo-Website auf Software Registration. Folgen Sie den Anweisungen auf der Website, um die erforderlichen Daten
einzugeben, und wählen Sie die Option Intellex Upgrade
aus. Im nächsten Bildschirm müssen Sie die MAC-Adresse,
den Lizenzierungsschlüssel der Version 2.2/2.3 die bisher
verwendete Software-Version und die Seriennummer des
Software-Upgrades eingeben. Am Ende des Registrierungsvorgangs wird die Auswahlmöglichkeit für Lizenzierungsschlüssel und OptionPack angezeigt. Notieren Sie
diese Informationen. Sie benötigen diese Angaben zum
Aktivieren der Software.
ANMERKUNG: Der Lizenzierungsschlüssel ist eindeutig. Sie
können den für die angegebene MAC-Adresse
erhaltenen Lizenzierungsschlüssel nicht auf einem
anderen Intellex-Gerät verwenden.
11. Geben Sie im Bildschirm zu den
Lizenzinformationen die folgenden Daten ein:
Intellex-
a. Geben Sie die Versionsnummer der Anwendungssoftware (2.4) in das hierfür vorgesehene Textfeld
ein.
b. Geben Sie den in Schritt 10 abgerufenen Lizenzierungsschlüssel in das entsprechende Textfeld ein.
c.

Klicken Sie auf die Schaltflächen für den Produkttyp
und das OptionPack, um die in Schritt 10 ermittelten
Informationen einzugeben.
12. Klicken Sie auf Datei erstellen und dann auf OK. Wenn
alle Einträge richtig sind, wird im Meldungsfeld ein
Hinweis zum erfolgreichen Abschluß des Vorgangs
angezeigt. Klicken Sie zum Starten von Intellex auf OK.
ANMERKUNG: Wenn ein oder mehrere Einträge nicht richtig
sind, wird eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt. Wiederholen Sie die Schritte 10 und 11. Die Daten müssen
genau wie angezeigt eingegeben werden. Wenden
Sie sich an Ihren Sensormatic-Händler, wenn Sie die
Intellex-Software nicht registrieren können.
13. Wenn der Intellex-Hauptbildschirm angezeigt wird,
überprüfen Sie die Aktualisierung:
a. Klicken Sie im Hauptbildschirm auf die Schaltfläche
Dienste. Der Bildschirm Dienste wird angezeigt.
b. Klicken Sie auf Über Intellex. Wenn im Bildschirm
Über Intellex nicht Version 2.4.xx angezeigt wird,
setzen Sie sich mit Ihrem Händler oder direkt mit
Sensormatic in Verbindung.
c.
Klicken Sie auf OK, um zum Bildschirm Dienste
zurückzukehren.
d. Klicken Sie auf Beenden, um zum Hauptbildschirm
zurückzukehren.
ANMERKUNG: Die Verfügbarkeit der Audio-Aufzeichnungs
und -Überwachungsfunktion hängt von der IntellexHardware und der installierten Software ab. Die
Audiofunktion wird nicht von allen Intellex 2.x-Systemen unterstützt. Weitere Informationen erhalten Sie
bei Ihrem Sensormatic-Repräsentanten.

INSTALLATION
DER INTELLEXAUDIOTREIBER
Frühere Intellex-Versionen verfügen nicht über die zur Aufnahme und Wiedergabe von Audiodaten erforderlichen
Audiotreiber. Sie finden die entsprechenden Treiber auf der in
diesem Upgrade-Kit enthaltenen Installations-CD für Intellex
2.4. Diese Treiber können nur auf Intellex-Geräten installiert
werden, die über ein CD-ROM- oder CD-RW-Laufwerk verfügen. Es sind sowohl interne als auch externe (USB) CD-RWLaufwerke für Intellex-Systeme verfügbar. Weitere Informationen erhalten Sie bei Ihrem Sensormatic-Repräsentanten.
Für welche Systeme
werden neue
Audiotreiber benötigt?
Die neuen Audiotreiber werden für alle Intellex 2.x-Systeme
benötigt, die nicht mit der Software-Version 2.4 ausgeliefert
wurden und deren Hauptplatine mit Audio-Hardware ausgestattet ist. Da Intellex 2.0-Systeme nicht über Audio-Hardware
verfügen, werden die neuen Audiotreiber für diese Systeme
nicht benötigt. Installieren Sie auf Systemen der Version 2.0
keine Audiotreiber.
ANMERKUNG: Wenn an der Rückseite des Intellex-Geräts
drei 3,5-mm-Audioanschlüsse (rosa, grün und blau)
vorhanden sind, ist die Hauptplatine des Systems mit
Audio-Hardware ausgestattet.
WICHTIG: FÜR DIESES VERFAHREN SIND GUTE INTELLEX- UND COMPUTERKENNTNISSE ERFORDERLICH. ES SOLLTE DAHER NUR VON QUALIFIZIERTEN UND FÜR DIE WARTUNG DES INTELLEXSYSTEMS GESCHULTEN PERSONEN DURCHGEFÜHRT WERDEN. WEITERE INFORMATIONEN
ERHALTEN SIE BEI IHREM SENSORMATICREPRÄSENTANTEN.
ANMERKUNG: Die Audiotreiber dürfen ausschließlich auf
Intellex 2.x-Systemen mit der Intel-Hauptplatine
D815E installiert werden. Installieren Sie diese
Treiber nicht auf Systemen mit einer anderen
Hauptplatine oder auf DV16000-Systemen mit
Pentium 4-Prozessor.
Installation
1.
Beenden Sie die Intellex-Software, so daß der WindowsDesktop angezeigt wird.

2. Entfernen Sie den Eintrag Intellex aus dem Ordner
StartUp. Diese Maßnahme ist erforderlich, um zu
verhindern, daß die Intellex-Anwendung bei den im
Verlauf der Installation durchgeführten SystemNeustarts automatisch gestartet wird. Gehen Sie
folgendermaßen vor:
•
Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Start.
•
Wählen Sie Settings aus.
•
Wählen Sie Task Bar & Start Menu aus.
•
Klicken Sie auf die Registerkarte Start Menu
Programs.
•
Wählen Sie Remove aus.
•
Klicken Sie auf Intellex.
•
Klicken Sie auf Remove.
•
Klicken Sie auf Close.
•
Klicken Sie im Dialogfeld Task Bar Properties auf
OK.
3.
Legen Sie die Upgrade-CD in das CD-Laufwerk des
Intellex-Geräts ein.
4.
Starten Sie den Windows-Explorer und zeigen Sie das
CD-Laufwerk an. Öffnen Sie den Ordner SoundDrivers.
5.
Doppelklicken
Sie
auf
die
Datei
Setup.exe
(Installationsanwendung), um den Prozeß zum
Entfernen der SoundMax-Treiber aufzurufen.
6.
Wählen Sie im Fenster Setup Type die Option Remove
aus und klicken Sie anschließend auf Next.
7. Stellen Sie sicher, daß die Option „YES, I want to restart
my computer now“ aktiviert ist, und klicken Sie auf
Finish. Das Gerät wird neu gestartet.
8.
Wenn die Meldung „New Hardware Found“angezeigt
wird, klicken Sie auf Cancel.
9.
Der Windows-Explorer wird erneut angezeigt. .
Doppelklicken Sie erneut auf die Datei Setup.exe
(Installationsanwendung), um die Installation der
SoundMax-Treiber einzuleiten.
10. Klicken Sie im Fenster Sound Max Install auf Next.

11. Klicken Sie im Fenster License agreement auf YES.
12. Klicken Sie im Fenster Information Text box auf OK.
13. Stellen Sie sicher, daß die Option „YES, I want to restart
my computer now” aktiviert ist, und klicken Sie auf
Finish. Das Gerät wird neu gestartet.
14. Der Windows-Explorer wird erneut angezeigt.
15. Öffnen Sie den Ordner DirectX. Doppelklicken Sie auf
die Datei Dx81eng (Anwendung), um die Installation
der DirectX-Treiber einzuleiten.
16. Wählen Sie YES aus, um Microsoft DirectX 8.1 zu
installieren.
17. Klicken Sie im Lizenzvereinbarungsfenster auf YES. Die
DirectX-Treiber werden installiert. Das Gerät wird neu
gestartet. Bitte beachten Sie, daß dieser Vorgang mehrere
Minuten in Anspruch nehmen kann.
18. Wenn die Installation abgeschlossen ist, schließen Sie den
Windows-Explorer und nehmen Sie die CD aus dem
Laufwerk.
19. Nehmen Sie Intellex wieder in das Autostart-Menü auf.
Diese Maßnahme ist erforderlich, um zu gewährleisten,
daß Intellex beim Systemstart automatisch (und mit dem
Watchdog-Timer) gestartet wird. Gehen Sie folgendermaßen vor:
•
Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Start.
•
Wählen Sie Settings aus.
•
Wählen Sie Task Bar & Start Menu aus.
•
Klicken Sie auf die Registerkarte Start Menu
Programs.
•
Wählen Sie Add aus.
•
Klicken Sie auf Browse.
•
Doppelklicken Sie auf das Laufwerk (C:).
•
Doppelklicken Sie auf den Ordner Windows.
•
Doppelklicken Sie auf den Ordner Intellex.
•

Im Feld Command Line des Dialogfelds Create
Shortcut sollte der folgende Pfad angezeigt werden:
•
Klicken Sie auf Next.
•
Doppelklicken Sie im Dialogfeld Select program
folder unter dem Eintrag Start Menu auf Programs.
•
Klicken Sie auf Next.
•
tellen Sie sicher, daß im Textfeld für den Namen der
Verknüpfung das Wort Intellex angezeigt wird.
•
Klicken Sie auf Finish.
•
Klicken Sie auf OK.
20. Klicken Sie auf Start, Shutdown und wählen Sie dann
Restart aus. Klicken Sie auf OK, um das Intellex-Gerät
neu zu starten. Stellen Sie sicher, daß die IntellexAnwendung nach dem Systemstart automatisch gestartet
wird.
Die Audiotreiber können jetzt mit der Version 2.4 der IntellexSoftware eingesetzt werden. Für die Aufzeichnung von
Audiodaten auf Intellex-Systemen muß die DataPack-Option
aktiviert werden.
