Valerian Root is a herbal sedative. It is applied in state of nervous excitement and sleep
disorders.
dosage and type of application
Unless prescribed otherwise, drink 1 cup of tea infusion once or several times a day
prepared as follows: pour 1 tea bag or 1 teaspoon (approximately 2.5 g) of Valerian Root
with boiling water (approximately 150 ml) and steep covered for 10 to 15 minutes.
Afterwards loose tea is strained through a sieve if necessary.
Use 100 g Valerian Root to prepare a bath once a day for external application.

Hypersensitivity (allergy) to valerian root.
