Dette er et CPU-modul inkl. display til en computer. CPU’en indeholder et SD-kort med
programpakke og alle tilgængelige sprog.
2 Montagevejledning
2.1
Gem eksisterende opsætning
Gem den eksisterende opsætning på en USB-nøgle inden udskiftning af CPU-modulet.
1) Afmonter lågskruerne (A) hvorefter panelet kan løsnes.
2) Afmonter panelet.
3) Isæt USB-nøgle i CPU-modulets USB-port.
4) Vælg Gem indstillinger på USB-nøgle i menuen
Teknisk/ Service/ USB-nøgle.
5) Tryk på
for at gemme indstillingerne.
6) Noter værdierne for følgende indstillinger (*Hvis installeret).

Elektrisk tilslutning
Installationen, service og fejlfinding af elektrisk udstyr skal foretages af sagkyndigt
personale i henhold til gældende nationale regler, - i Europa efter EN 60204-1 og øvrige
gældende EU-regler.
Forsyningsadskiller skal monteres for hver motor og strømforsyning, så arbejde på det
elektriske udstyr kan foregå spændingsløst. Forsyningsadskiller leveres ikke af SKOV
A/S.

Afbryd strømmen til computeren.
Afmonter netværksstik, hvis computeren indgår i et netværk.
Afmonter fladkablet (B) fra bundkortet.
Løsn de seks skruer (C) og afmonter CPU-modulet inkl. display (D).
Monter det nye CPU-modul inkl. display (E) med de seks skruer, og tilslut fladkablet på
bundkortet igen (B).
6) Tilslut netværksstik, hvis computeren indgår i et netværk.
7) Tilslut strømmen til computeren.
2.4
Indlæs eksisterende opsætning
Indlæs den eksisterende opsætning fra USB-nøglen.
1) Isæt USB-nøglen i CPU-modulets USB-port
2) Vælg opsætningen i menuen Service / USBnøgle/ Læs indstillinger fra USB-nøgle.
3) Indstil værdierne for de indstillinger, som du
noterede i ovenstående skema.
4) Kontroller at alt fungerer som forventet ved at
afprøve alle komponenter.
5) Kalibrer alle komponenter.

This is a CPU module with display for a computer. The CPU comes with an SD card that contains a
program package and all available languages.
2 Mounting Guide
2.1
Save existing Setup
Save the existing setup on a USB flash drive before replacing the CPU module.
1) Dismantle the cover screws (A) and loosen the panel.
2) Dismantle the panel.
3) Insert the USB flash drive in the USB port for CPU module.
4) Select Write settings to USB stick in the
Technical/Service/USB stick menu.
5) Press
to save the settings.
6) Note the values of the following settings (*if installed).

Electric Connection
The installation, service and troubleshooting in connection with electrical equipment must be
carried out by specialists in accordance with applicable national rules - in Europe in
accordance with EN 60204-1 and other applicable EU rules.
The installation of a supply isolator is required for each motor and power supply, so
maintenance of electrical equipment can be carried out in a dead environment. Supply isolator
is not supplied by SKOV A/S.

Replacing the CPU Module with Display

Disconnect the power to the computer.
Detach network plug, if the computer is integrated in a network.
Dismantle the flat cable (B) from the system board.
Loosen the six screws (C) and dismantle the CPU module with display (D).
Mount the new CPU module with display (E) by means of six screws, and connect the flat
cable on the system board again (B).
6) Connect network plug, if the computer is integrated in a network.
7) Connect the power to the computer.

Entering the existing Setup
Read the existing setup from the USB stick.

Insert the USB stick in the USB port for CPU

Select the setup in Service / USB stick/ Read
settings from USB stick menu.
Set the values for the settings noted in the above
chart.
Test all components to make sure that everything is
working as expected.
Calibrate all components.

1 Produktbeschreibung
Dies ist ein CPU-Modul mit Display für ein DOL 534 und DOL 539 Computer. Mit dem CPU-Modul
wird eine SD-Karte mit einem Programmpaket und allen verfügbaren Sprachen geliefert.
2 Montageanleitung
Die existierende Konfiguration ist vor dem Austausch des CPU-Moduls auf einer SD-Karte zu
speichern.
1) Die Deckelschrauben (A) abbauen und die Bedienungstafel lockern
2) Die Bedienungstafel entfernen.
3) Den USB-Speicherstick in den USB-Port des CPU-Moduls einsetzen.
4) Einstellungen an den USB-Stick schreiben im
Menü Technisch/ Service/ USB-Stick wählen.
5) Auf

speichern.
6) Die Werte für folgende Einstellungen sind zu notieren (*falls installiert).

Elektrischer Anschluss
Die Installation, Servicearbeiten und Fehlersuche in Verbindung mit elektrischer
Ausrüstung muss durch sachkundiges Personal in Übereinstimmung mit geltenden
nationalen Vorschriften, in Europa in Übereinstimmung mit EN 60204-1 und sonstigen
EU-Vorschriften, erfolgen.
Versorgungstrenner muss für jeden Motor und Stromversorgung installiert werden, damit
Servicearbeiten auf elektrischer Ausrüstung in einer spannungslosen Umgebung
ausgeführt werden können. Der Versorgungstrenner wird nicht von SKOV A/S geliefert.

Austausch von CPU-Modul mit Display

Den Strom zum Computer abschalten
Netzwerkstecker entfernen, wenn der Computer in ein Netzwerk eingebunden ist.
Das Flachkabel von der Hauptplatine (B) abbauen.
Die sechs Schrauben (C) abbauen und das CPU-Modul mit Display herausnehmen (D).
Das neue CPU-Modul mit Display (E) mit sechs Schrauben montieren, und das Flachkabel
wieder (B) anschließen.
6) Netzwerkstecker anschließen, wenn der Computer in ein Netzwerk eingebunden ist.
7) Strom zum Computer anschalten.

Die vorhandene Konfiguration einlesen
Die vorhandene Konfiguration aus dem USB-Stick
einlesen.
1) Den USB-Speicherstick in den USB-Port des CPUModuls einsetzen.
2) Die Konfiguration im Menü Service / USB-Stick/
Einstellungen aus dem USB-Stick lesen wählen.
3) Die in der Tabelle oben notierten Sollwerte eingeben.
4) Alle Komponente testen, indem nachzuprüfen dass
alles wie erwartet funktioniert.
5) Alle Komponente kalibrieren.
