TOOLS NEEDED:
T-50 Torx
T-40 Torx
Flat Head Screw Driver
3/8” Ratchet
10 mm Socket /13 mm Socket
3” Extension for 3/8 Ratchet
9/16” Socket

step 1: Using a T-50 torx wrench, remove top tie down hooks at cab
end of both driver’s and passenger’s sides of pickup bed.
Immediately replace existing screws in front holes only.
step 3: Fasten passenger’s side rail to inside of pickup bed with M6 screws
, lock washers , and flat washers , in locations shown.

NOTE: Top tie down hooks
will not be replaced.
step 2: Using a T-40 trox wrench, remove factory installed M6
fasteners.
install m6 cap screw &
step 4: Insert top gap seal (item 3) as shown. Keep seal above
both existing tie down bracket holes.

step 5: Install M8 screw , lock washer , and flat washer
location shown.

STEP 9: Open and close cover, and adjust cover tension as shown in
owner’s manual. Use supplied loop to lift and adjust cover.

step 6: Tighten fasteners. Repeat steps 1 - 4 on driver’s side.
step 7: Install cover assembly and header guides as shown in
owner’s manual.
step 8: Seal corners: Roll cover partially opened. Form the
factory installed header seal on the cab end of the cover
around the corners of the pickup bed. Trim ends of seal
if needed to achieve desired fit.
STEP 10:
If gap in front, loosen side rails and
move side rails forward.
