Original passport along with its photocopy may be attached with application form.
Two recent passport size coloured photographs with light blue background may also be attached.
For Business Visa, letter of invitation from relevant firm in Pakistan may be attached. Either, an invitation
letter from a reputed/registered Pak-based company (Chamber of Commerce) or a supporting letter from
German based company. the final decision on such visas will be made by the Head of Mission in
consultation with the Commercial Wing of the Consulate general.
Letter of invitation to attend Seminar/Conference or any other event in Pakistan may be attached.
Letter of invitation to undertake Consultancy in Pakistan may be attached.
For tourist visa, hotel reservation or tour operator’s letter from Pakistan along with confirmed air ticket at
least twenty days before their scheduled departure to Pakistan may be provided.

Pakistan origin German nationals desirous of obtaining one year multiple entry visa are required to provide
proof of their Pakistan origin (copy of CNIC or Passport plus a copy of birth certificate of children)

Visa application by post should be accompanied by the following:
( i ) Visa form along with original stamped Bank receipt. (Überweisung)
( ii ) Self-addressed registered envelope with postage stamps of € 3,50 for return of documents.
10.
Applications are received on Monday-Thursday at: 0900-1200 hours. Prepared passports can be collected
at 1600-1700 hours. (1400-1500 hours during Ramadan)
11.
Applicants are advised to apply for visa at least two weeks before their scheduled departure to Pakistan.

I. The Consulate General will take no responsibility for loss of documents sent by post.
