Willkommen
Es ist wieder soweit... das 5. Oktoberfest Lanzarote auf dem Platz der Nationen
in Puerto del Carmen. Dieses Jahr arbeiten und sammeln wir wieder
für die Caritas (Obdachlosen Organisation).
Wir bieten eine fantastische Auswahl an traditionellem Essen, ausreichend
Bier, Weizenbier, Wein, Mojitos und Smoothies.
Auch für die Kinder steht genügend Spielfläche zur Verfügung.
Donnerstag bis Samstag ist ab 14 Uhr geöffnet, am Sonntag starten wir schon
um 10 Uhr mit unserem Weißwurst - Frühschoppen.

ya llegó el tiempo para la 5° edición de la fiesta de octubre en Lanzarote, Plaza
de las Naciones, Puerto del Carmen.
Este año también recaudaremos fondos para Caritas Lanzarote ( apoyo de
personas en situación de riesgo de exclusión social), como lo hemos hecho
el año pasado. Entre otro encontrarán una gran variedad de comidas tipicas
alemanas, suficiente cerveza, vino, mojitos, cerveza de trigo. Para los peques
tenemos un parque infantil.
De jueves a sabado abrimos a las 14 h, el domingo a partir de las 10 h con
el tradicional desayuno con la tipica salchicha blanca de munich y una rica
cerveza de barril.

Now then fun lovers, it´s time again for another celebration of the world famous
Munich Festival under the Lanzarote sun. Fresh from the fantastic success of
this year’s Lanzarote Summer Music Festival, the PAR events team have come
together for the 5th edition of the Oktoberfest to be held in la Plaza de las
Naciones, Los Pocillos, Puerto del Carmen, working with Caritas (homeless
organisation), to raise both funds and awareness.
The festivities keep getting bigger and better and will be held over 4 days this
year, with an expected 6,000 visitors, packed full of live music, games and
entertainment.
There is a fantastic choice of traditional food and plenty to drink with the bars
serving up local beers, wines, spirits mojitos and smoothies as well as the very
tasty Paulaner ´weissbier´, (wheat beer), ´Jagermeister´ and ´Obstler´ from the
Beer Keller.
Not forgetting the activity area for the kids, there is something for everyone,
so come along and join us in the big tent and sway along to the Schlager
music. Doors opening at 2pm til late, except Sunday, with a 10am start for the
customary white sausage and beer brunch.

Das Oktoberfest in München
(mundartlich Wiesn) ist das größte
Volksfest der Welt. Es findet seit
1810 auf der Theresienwiese in
der bayerischen Landeshauptstadt
München statt und wird Jahr für
Jahr von rund sechs Millionen
Menschen besucht;
Anlässlich der Hochzeit zwischen
Kronprinz Ludwig und Prinzessin
Therese am 12. Oktober 1810
fanden in München zahlreiche
private und öffentliche Feiern statt.
Auf deren letzte, das Pferderennen
am 17. Oktober, geht das
Oktoberfest zurück. Vermutlich im
Gedanken an das 1786 letztmals
ausgetragene
Scharlachrennen,
das im 15. Jahrhundert erstmals
vor dem Karlstor stattfand und
Teil der Jakobidult wurde, schlug
Andreas Michael Dall’Armi in
seiner Funktion als Major der
Nationalgarde ein Pferderennen
zur öffentlichen Huldigung des
Brautpaares vor. Überliefert ist
auch, dass die initiale Idee, die zu
diesem Vorhaben führte, von dem
Lohnkutscher und Unteroffizier der
Nationalgarde Franz Baumgartner
ausging. Dieser Ursprung des Festes
gilt jedoch als nicht unumstritten.
Oktoberfest: Fiesta de octubre se
celebra entre los meses de septiembre
y octubre en la ciudad bávara de
Múnich desde 1810. Es la fiesta
popular (Volksfest, en alemán)
más grande de Alemania y una de
las mayores del mundo con unas
visitas anuales medias superiores
a los seis millones de visitantes.1
Tiene una duración de 16 a 18 días,
comenzando el primer domingo
después del 15 de septiembre. Se
celebra en el campo conocido como
Theresienwiese (Prado de Teresa),
en las inmediaciones del centro
de Múnich, cerca de la Estación
Central (Hauptbahnhof). En 1887,
cuando el Theresienwiese (Prado de
Teresa) todavía no formaba parte
de la ciudad, se reunieron allí por
primera vez los Wirte (propietarios
de las cervecerías) y los feriantes para
inaugurar la fiesta. Desde entonces,
la llegada de los Wiesnwirte se
considera la apertura oficial de la
Oktoberfest. Hoy en día, el alcalde
de Múnich y un personaje que
representa al Münchner Kindl, figura
que aparece en el escudo oficial
de Múnich, encabezan el desfile,
seguidos por ostentosos carros de
caballos cargados con barriles de
cerveza y también por los carruajes
de los Wiesnwirte y feriantes. Las
bandas de música que luego tocarán
en las carpas acompañan el desfile.
The Bavarian Oktoberfest festival is

The Oktoberfest is an important
part of Bavarian culture, with its
history dating back to the marriage
of Crown Prince Ludwig, (later to
become King Ludwig I), to Princess
Therese of Saxony-Hildburghausen
on 12th October 1810.
The citizens of Munich were invited
to attend the festivities held on the
fields in front of the city gates named
Theresienwiese („Theresa‘s fields“)
in honor of the Crown Princess ever
since, although the locals have since
abbreviated the name simply to the
„Wies‘n“.
Royal horse races marked the close
of the event that was celebrated as a
festival for the whole of Bavaria. The
decision to repeat the horse races in
the subsequent year gave rise to the
tradition of the ‘Oktoberfest’.

Medioambiente y Novedades
Da hier auf der Insel noch nicht viel für die Umwelt getan wird, haben wir beschlossen einen kleinen
Schritt in die Richtung zu machen.
Ab sofort wird es bei unseren Veranstaltungen nur noch Pfandbecher geben, so wie auch die meisten
Getränke vom Fass.
Pfandbetrag 3 €, wird nur in Verbindung Pfandmarke + Becher zurückerstattet.
Leider gibt es noch nicht alles vom Fass, einige Getränke werden in ihrer eigenen Verpackung
ausgeschenkt.
Alles in allem wollen wir dadurch eine Reduzierung des Müllberges erreichen.
El hecho, que aun se produce demasiada basura, sobre todo en eventos, nos ha obligado a cambiar nuestra
actuacion.
A partir de este evento ( Oktoberfest ), en todos nuestros eventos ustedes recibirán sus bebidas en vasos de uso
multiple, lavables y reciclables. NO LOS TIREN A LA BASURA, porque a la entrada les cobrarán un deposito, el
cual se devuelve a la salida.
Para intentar la reduccion de residuos, la mayor parte de las bebidas seran de barril.
Esperando su comprehensión y cooperación les deseamos que pasen un buen rato. SALUD..

Muy simple:
• al llegar al recinto, encontraran casetas, donde se venden los TICKETS de cosumicion.
• Al comprar Tickets, se les preguntara, cuantas personas seran, y se les cobrara un importe de 3,-- Euros
por vaso.
• Como prueba se les entregara la cantidad de FICHAS correspondiente.
• Ahora, con las fichas y los tickets pueden ir a cualquiera de los bares y pedir sus bebidas.
• Cada vez, que pidan otra bebida, se les cambiara el vaso por uno nuevo, aunque quiera cambiar de
bebida.
• Luego, al salir del recinto, hay una caseta para la DEVOLUCION del deposito.
• Entreguen su VASO junto con la FICHA, y les devolveran el deposito.

Due to the increasing amount of rubbish produced, especially during large scale outdoor events,
and our commitment to the environment, we have been obliged to upgrade the way we work;
starting with Oktoberfest Lanzarote 2014.
It is also prohibited to have any glass at these public outdoor activities, therefore we will be
introducing our own high quality cups and mugs which are: MULTI-USE, WASHABLE &
RECYCLABLE.
We shall therefore be charging a small REFUNDABLE deposit.
• On arriving at the event you will find tents selling DRINK TICKETS.
• On buying your Tickets, each person will be charged a 3Euro DEPOSIT for their mugs /
cups.
• You will then be given the corresponding number of GLASS TOKENS
• With your TICKETS and TOKENS you can then go to any of the bars to get your drinks
• Every time you have another drink, you will get a fresh glass
• On leaving the place you will find a tent for your DEPOSIT RETURN
• Hand in your MUG/CUPS along with your TOKEN and you will get your deposit back

An den Bars gibt es kein Bargeld. Darum benötigt man
Tickets. An den Essenständen werden Tickets so wie auch
Bargeld angenommen.
Es werden 2 – 3 Ticket Verkaufsstellen eingerichtet.
Die Tickets werden in 5 € Packs verkauft.
Kleine Restbeträge in Tickets können auch ergänzend zu
Bargeld verwendet werden.
In an attempt to make service quicker and more efficient, all
drinks bought at the bar need to be purchased with tickets,
available in 2 or 3 sales spots at the event. These tickets will
be sold in 5€ packs.
Food stalls will accept both cash and tickets.

Alle diese Dienste sollen dazu dienen, den Betroffenen
zu helfen, ihre Bedürfnisse zum Überleben, sich zu
schützen, Freizeitgestaltung sowie soziale Eingliederung
zu ermöglichen.
Das Programm sieht auch vor, kurz- , mittel- , und
langfristig solchen zu helfen, die gute Voraussetzungen
mitbringen, in das soziale Umfeld eingegliedert zu werden.
Sie werden beraten in Sachen Umgang mit Lebensmitteln,
Änderung des Verhaltens, Umgang mit Hygiene usw. um
eine verbesserte Lebensqualität zu erreichen.

Personas Sin Hogar que la Asociación Cáritas Lanzarote
lleva a cabo en el municipio de Arrecife, se ofrecen los
siguientes servicios desde:
EL COMEDOR SOCIAL: Servicio de Duchas y
Desayuno, almuerzo, el Servicio de Atención Social y
el servicio de Atención Psicológica , todo ello en C/La
Palma, 12, Valterra;
CASA DE ACOGIDA: desde la misma se ofrece un
servicio de alojamiento con acompañamiento constante
de un equipo Educativo, en C/Muyay, 4, Altavista; Todo ello con la finalidad de satisfacer necesidades
de subsistencia, protección, ocio y participación que
responden básicamente a la carencia de recursos
alimenticios, de higiene y de alojamiento; así como
orientar, informar, asesorar y acompañar a las personas
en un proceso de mejora de la Calidad de Vida en lo
más inmediato y a medio y largo plazo.

A través de su buen amigo y colega Fabio Gandolfo, Daniela
llamó la atención en Lanzarote.
De momento trabaja en su 4° album. Con su singular actual
„Du bist so anders Reloaded“ sus seguidores obtendrán
una impresion del album.
Six Five Zero
Die Band hat sich im Jahr 2001 zur 650-JahrFeier des Söhrewalder Ortsteils Wellerode
gegründet. Also das Dorf wurde in 2001 650 Jahre alt,
daher der Name Six Five Zero.
Ab 2002 dann in der heutigen Besetzung. Die Rockbands,
die mit ihrer Musik Generationen begeistert haben. Die
mit ihren Songs das Lebensgefühl der 60er-, 70er-. 80er-,
und 90er-Jahre in uns wieder wachrufen.
Diese Welthits erinnern uns an große Erfolge, stille
Momente und an angenehme Gefühle.
SIX-FIVE-ZERO ist die Band, die sich diese Musik auf
ihre Fahne geschrieben hat. Die fünf Musiker aus Nord –
Hessen gehören zu den besten Interpreten dieser zeitlosen
Musik.
Gefühlvolle Balladen und kraftvolle Rocksongs von
Brian Adams, CCR, Deep Purple bis zu den Rolling
Stones gehören zum Repertoire der Band.
Cuando el pueblo de Wellerode celebró su
650 aniversario en 2001, se formó esta banda;
asi surgió el nombre 650. Desde el 2002 con los mismos
miembros, tocan la musica Rock, que nos ha dado
momentos llenos de pasión, que nos ha llenado de vida.
La musica de las bandas de Rock, que desde los 60´ hasta
los 90´ despiertan ese espirim, que nos hace sentir, vivir,
amar.
Entre los mejores interpretes de esta musica se encuentran
estos 5 musicos. Entre otro, dentro de su repertorio,
escucharán suaves baladas y canciones fuertes.

Das Duo in Flagranti besteht aus zwei Musikern, die sich
gefunden haben, um ihre musikalischen Talente und
Stilrichtungen miteinander verschmelzen zu lassen.
Die musikalische Stilrichtung der Band geht über Rock, Pop,
Oldies,Schlager. Die Bandmitglieder sind schon längst keine
Unbekannten in der Hessischen Musikszene mehr. Diese sind
Rudi Miltenberger und Andreas Wetter.
Alle zwei haben ihre musikalische Ader schon in die Wiege
gelegt bekommen. Ihr wichtigstes Motto ist, für die Menschen zu
spielen und echt zu sein. Dieses musikalische Menü ist einfach ein
Leckerbissen (nicht nur für Gourmets), auf das man nicht verzichten sollte.

El Duo in Flagranti consiste en dos musicos,que
se encontraron para compartir y mezclar sus
talentos y estilos. El estilo de musica pasa por Rock,
Pop, los viejitos y „Schlager“(Populares de alemania).

White Sausage & Beer Brunch!
Weissbier or Weizenbier - ‘white beer’- is a traditional
Bavarian beer in which a significant proportion of malted barley is replaced with malted wheat. By law, weissbiers brewed in Germany must be top-fermented, so
called because they form a foam at the top of the wort,
(liquid extracted from the mashing process), during
fermentation. Specialized strains of yeast are used which
are very rich in essential minerals and B vitamins and
produce hints of banana and clove.
Weissbier first got its name as it was paler in colour than the Munich brown beer. It is well
known throughout Germany, though better known as weizen - ‘wheat’ - outside Bavaria and is
available in a number of other forms including Dunkelweizen - ‘dark wheat’ - and Weizenstarkbier - ‘strong wheat beer’ - commonly referred to as Weizenbock.

Sausage
Weisswurst - ‘white sausage’ - is a Bavarian sausage made from very finely minced veal and fresh
pork back bacon, flavoured with parsley, lemon, mace, onions, ginger, and cardamom. It was traditionally made early in the morning without smoking or any preservatives, then prepared and
eaten as a snack between breakfast and lunch, (brunch), while it was still fresh.
Often served with Weisswurstsenf, a special Bavarian sweet mustard, accompanied by Brezen ‘Pretzel’- and Weissbier, one of the ways of eating a Weisswurst is called ‘zuzeln‘, in which each
end of the sausage is cut or bitten open and the meat is sucked out from the skin.
Even today most Bavarians eat their Weisswurst before noon, and there is a saying that the sausages should not be allowed to hear the church bells‘ noon chime.

Desayuno con Salchicha blanca y Cerveza
Cerveza de trigo
Quizás sean las cervezas de trigo más antiguas del mundo, ya que se tiene noticia de su elaboración desde hace más de 500 años. Como las cervezas de trigo de Berlín, también son ligeras,
afrutadas y muy refrescantes. Se caracterizan además por su cabeza de espuma muy densa, cremosa y duradera. En su composición suele haber más trigo que en las de Berlín, entre un 40 y un
70% del grano empleado es trigo. Cumpliendo con la Ley de Pureza Alemana o Reinheitsgebot
de 1516, tanto el trigo como la cebada se maltean. Normalmente tiene una segunda fermentación en botella y se suelen embotellar sin filtrar.
Salchicha blanca
La Weißwurst es una salchicha de origen alemán muy consumida en Baviera (tipo Brühwurst).
La salchicha se elabora con carne muy finamente picada de ternera y de cerdo junto con especias. Esta salchicha suele acompañarse con cerveza y un poco de mostaza dulce al estilo de
Baviera. Esta salchicha se come sin la piel o tripa exterior. Para ello se suele cortar ligeramente la
tripa longitudinalmente (a lo largo de la salchicha) para que se coma sólo su interior.
Una creencia popular dice que estas salchichas no deben oír las campanadas del mediodía (12
horas)
