Barbuch erwähnt. Whiskey und Wermut spielen komplexe Aromen aus und werden
durch Angostura Bitters abgerundet.

originated in the late 1870’s in New York. 1884 it is first mentioned in a bar book.

Mai Tai – closest to original recipe 1944
“Mai Tai roa ae – out of this world!” war der Ausruf von Vic Bergerons Freunden Ham und Carrie
Gould, als er ihnen im Jahre 1944 den ersten Mai Tai vorsetzte. Eine simple aber sehr
zutreffende Beschreibung für den bekanntesten aller Tiki Drinks. Der im Originalrezept
verwendete jamaikanische Rum Wray & Nephew 17 years ist leider nicht mehr erhältlich.
Wir haben aber einen würdigen Ersatz gefunden, um Ihnen diesen Drink so originalgetreu wie
möglich anbieten zu können.

told him after he served them the first Mai Tai in 1944. A simple but applicable description of
this greatest of all Tiki Drinks. Unfortunately the Jamaican Rum Wray & Nephew 17 years is no
longer available but we found a dignified substitute to serve you this as original as possible.

Sicherlich waren aber ihre alkoholfreien Kreationen nicht so variantenreich wie unsere.

Her creations surely were not as varying as ours.
Eiweiß in Drinks?
Sicher ist Ihnen aufgefallen, dass wir einige unserer Cocktails mit Eiweiß anbieten. Die Drinks
erhalten dadurch ein sehr angenehmes, samtiges Mundgefühl wobei die Geschmacksstruktur
teilweise sogar verstärkt wird.
Wir verwenden ausschließlich pasteurisiertes Eiweiß.
