business has been carrying out CM business for hi-tech
industrial facilities in the US, Europe, and Asia.
SERVEONE FM business is expanding the scope of its
global FM business by establishing companies in China
and Qatar based on its experience as the number one
building maintenance service provider.
In 2013, it organized an overseas construction team
to build a new factory in Hai Phong, Vietnam, and
Guangzhou Logistics Center for LG Electronics in addition
to a number of other facilities in other countries. It is fast
