vous conduit de Calenzana à
Conca en 15 jours. Itinéraire de
haute montagne très sportif, il
est réservé aux randonneurs
chevronnés avec une longueur
totale de 200 km et un dénivelé
de plus de 10 000 mètres.
Vous approcherez les 4 plus beaux
sommets de Corse, longerez des
lacs de montagne aux eaux
cristallines et traverserez de
profondes forêts profitant de
panoramas spectaculaires.
Le Mare e Monti chemine à la
verticale de la mer, de Calenzana à
Cargèse, il vous fera découvrir la
forêt de Bonifatu, le Fortin de
Girolata village de pêcheurs, les
gorges de la Spelunca ainsi que le
Golfe de Porto.
Le Mare e Monti Sud : de Porticcio
à Propriano, il chemine par le
hameau de Bisinao, traverse la
forêt de Coti Chiavari et propose
aux yeux de tous ses prestigieux
sommets : Capu Tafunatu, Paglia
Orba, Monte Cintu,…
Le Mare a Mare Centre : relie
Ghisonaccia à Porticcio. Vous

sentiers de l’île par le Col de

Plus court, le Mare a Mare Sud,
itinéraire d’une grande variété,
vous emmènera de Propriano
à Porto Vecchio. Vous découvrirez
une des régions les mieux
préservées de l’île : l’Alta Rocca
avec la forêt de l’Ospédale,
l’Uomu di Cagna, les sites
archéologiques de Cucuruzzu et
Capula, et les aiguilles de Bavella,
imposante montagne de granite
unique dans l’île…
Autour de ces grandes traversées,
le PNRC a aussi aménagé des
réseaux de balades à la journée
dans huit micro régions : la
Castagniccia, le Boziu, le Ghjunsani,
l’Alta Rocca, le Niolu, le Fium’Orbu,
le Taravu, le Venachese.
Si vous préférez le bord de
mer, empruntez des sentiers
particulièrement agréables au
printemps et en automne où le
maquis en fleurs ouvre toute
l’intensité de ses couleurs et de ses
parfums rares : au nord du Cap
Corse de Maccinaggio à Centuri,
le long du désert des Agriates,
de Saint-Florent à la plage de
l’Ostriconi, ou non loin de Sartène
de Campo Moro à Tizzanu.
Le Mare a Mare Nord : traverse la
Haute Corse de Moriani à Cargèse
ou Porto. Vous traverserez la forêt
d’Aïtone et de Valdu Niellu aux
immenses pins Lariccio, et les
fantastiques gorges du Tavignanu.

The GR20, a path of legend, also
known as the most difficult hiking
route, takes you from Calenzana
to Conca over 15 days. This high
mountain route is tough and
should only be attempted by
seasoned hikers. It is a total of
200 km in length and the route
takes you through heights that vary
more than 10 000 metres.
The route takes hikers close to
the four most beautiful summits
of Corsica, along mountain lakes
with their crystal clear waters
and through deep forests, with
commanding panoramic views to
enjoy along the way.

15 giorni. Poiché si tratta di
un itinerario di alta montagna

The Mare e Monti South: takes
you from Porticcio to Propriano,
through the hamlet of Bisinao and
the Coti Chiavari forest with views
of the magnificent peaks of Capu
Tafunatu, Paglia Orba, Monte
Cintu…
The Mare a Mare North: crosses
Upper Corsica from Moriani to
Cargèse and Porto. The route passes
through the Aïtone and Valdu
Niellu forests with their giant
Lariccio pine trees, and the fabulous
Tavignanu gorges.
The Mare a Mare Centre: links
Ghisonaccia and Porticcio. It crosses
the most beautiful island paths
through the Laparo Pass, Upper
Taravu, and the St Georges Pass and
comes out at the most famous of
the bays, Ajaccio.
The Mare a Mare South, a shorter
route: it is a very varied route from
Propriano to Porto Vecchio that
crosses one of the island’s best
preserved regions: the Alta Rocca
with the Ospédale forest, the
Uomu di Cagna, the archaeological
sites of Cucuruzzu and Capula, and
the Bavella peaks, an imposing
granite mountain that is unique to
the island.

Corsica Regional Nature Park has

If you prefer the seaside, you can
walk along paths that are
particularly pleasant in the spring
and autumn months. At these times
of the year, the maquis or scrubland
is in bloom and the intensity of its
colours and rare perfume can be
best appreciated: north of Cap
Corse from Maccinaggio to Centuri,
along the desert of the Agriates,
from Saint-Florent to the beach of
Ostriconi, and not far from Sartène
from Campo Moro to Tizzanu.

varietà e vi condurrà da Propriano
a Porto Vecchio. Scoprirete una
delle regioni più intatte di tutta
l’isola: l’Alta Rocca con le foreste
di Ospédale e Uomu di Cagna,
i siti archeologici di Cucuruzzu e
Capula, ed infine le cime di
Bavella, un’imponente montagna
di granito, unica sull’isola…
A fianco di queste grandi
traversate, il Parco Naturale
Regionale della Corsica ha anche
realizzato una rete di sentieri per
escursioni di un giorno in otto
mini-regioni: la Castagniccia, il

n Korsika ist das Angeln im
fischreichen Meer, auch vom
Ufer aus, sehr beliebt. Im
Landesinnern gibt es in den
Wasserläufen Fische im Überfluss.
Bis zu einer Höhe von 800 Metern
sind Aale zu finden und im
kristallklaren Wasser der Wildbäche und Flüsse gibt es zahlreiche
Forellen. Geangelt wird mit Fliege,
Blinker oder mit Lebendködern.

qu’un paysage c’est l’âme du
pays. C’est un lieu de vie et
de culture animé par mille
couleurs et senteurs, habité par
une faune abondante et des
espèces qui n’existent nulle par
ailleurs. Le maquis se pare de
cistes aux fleurs blanches ou
mauves, de calycotomes jaunes
au parfum de miel, de bruyères
arborescentes, d’arbousiers aux
fruits rouges, de myrte et de
lentisques. Dans les forêts, vous
sillonnerez parmis le chêne-liège,
l’olivier, l’immense pin laricio, le
hêtre, le châtaignier et, plus haut,

enormous Lariccio pine trees,
chestnut trees and higher up,
alders, dwarf juniper trees and
barberry trees. It is at the heart of
this natural environment where
you will discover typical villages
in the mountains and valleys.
