PROSPECTO
COMPOSICIÓN: Por 100 g: Mentol 0.5 g, Alcanfor 0.5 g. Excipientes (Alcohol Bencílico, Carbomer
940, Parafina, Alcohol Cetílico, Monoestearato de Polietilenglicol 400, Acido Esteárico, Miristato de
Isopropilo, Estearato de Gliceril-polietilenglicol 100, Hidróxido Sódico, Perfume, Agua Purificada)
c.s.p. 100 g.
FORMA FARMACÉUTICA Y CONTENIDO DEL ENVASE: Emulsión de aceite en agua, que se
presenta en tubos de 150 ml.
ACTIVIDAD: SARTOL es una loción antiprurítica formulada con dos ingredientes activos que
actúan como analgésicos externos dermatológicos, formulados sobre una base emoliente de
parafina.

INDICACIONES: SARTOL loción está indicada para el alivio sintomático del picor o prurito de la
piel. Picaduras de insectos. Urticaria.
CONTRAINDICACIONES: Antecedentes de hipersensibilidad a alguno de los ingredientes de la
formulación. Piel herida, erosionada o irritada. Dermatitis exudativas inflamadas de la piel. Niños
menores de 3 años.
PRECAUCIONES DE EMPLEO: Uso externo exclusivamente sobre la piel. Evitar el contacto con
los ojos, boca y mucosas. No usar con compresas o vendajes. Si la irritación aumenta después de
la aplicación de SARTOL, discontinuar su uso. Evitar su empleo prolongado o en áreas extensas.
Si los síntomas persisten más de 7 días, o empeoran o en caso de producirse una inflamación,
interrumpir su utilización y consultar al médico.
INTERACCIONES: No se han descrito.
ADVERTENCIAS: Uso en embarazo y lactancia: SARTOL no deberá aplicarse en los pezones o
piel de alrededor durante la lactancia. No se dispone de información específica. Ver posología. Uso
en niños: SARTOL loción no está recomendado para niños menores de 3 años. Niños de 3 a 7
años, consultar al médico. Efectos del tratamiento sobre la capacidad para conducir un vehículo o
manipular determinada maquinaria: No se han descrito.
POSOLOGÍA: Uso tópico dermatológico. Aplicar una pequeña cantidad sobre el área afectada de
2 a 3 veces al día o según las instrucciones del médico, haciendo penetrar el producto mediante un
suave masaje.
SOBREDOSIFICACIÓN Y TRATAMIENTO: Por sobredosificación pueden aparecer sensación de
calor, dolor de cabeza, mareos, confusión, intranquilidad, temblores y convulsiones. Discontinuar el
tratamiento, aclarar la piel y consultar al médico. En caso de ingestión accidental de SARTOL,
acudir inmediatamente a un Centro Médico, indicando el producto y la cantidad ingerida para
aplicar tratamiento. Si se consumen mas de 50 ml, vaciar el estómago mediante lavado gástrico y
aspiración. Administrar un purgante salino, como sulfato sódico, 30 g en 250 ml de agua. Consultar

REACCIONES ADVERSAS: En algunos casos reacciones alérgicas (quemazón o erupción) en la
zona de aplicación, si se presentase discontinuar el uso del producto. Si observa cualquier otra
reacción adversa no descrita anteriormente, consulte a su médico o farmacéutico.
CONSERVACIÓN: Conservar a temperatura inferior a 25ºC.
CADUCIDAD: Este medicamento no se debe utilizar después de la fecha de caducidad indicada
en el envase.

PHARMACEUTICAL FORM AND METHOD OF PRESENTATION: Oil water emulsion, presented
in 150 ml tubes.
ACTION: SARTOL is an antipruritic lotion prepared xith two active components which act as
external dermatological analgesia, prepared on a paraffin emollient base.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: History of hypersensivity to any of the components of the lotion. Cut,
chapped or irritated skin. Inflamed exudative dermatitis of the skin. Children under the age of three.
PRECAUTIONS FOR USE: External application to skin only. Avoid contact wiyh eyes, mouth and
mucous membranes. Do not use with gauzes or bandages. If irritation increases after applying
SARTOL discontinue treatment. Avoid prolonged and estensive use. If symptoms continue for more
than 7 days, worsen, or if inflammation occurs, stop treatment and consult your doctor.
INTERACTIONS: None reported.
WARNINGS: Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding: SARTOL should not be applied to the
nipples or surrounding skin during breastfeeding. No specific information available. See dosage.
Use in children: SARTOL lotion is not recommended for children under the age of three. For
children aged 3 to 7, consult your doctor. Effect of the treatment on the ability of driving a vehicle or
handling certain machinery: None reported.
DOSAGE: Topical dermatological use. Apply a small amount to the affected area 2 or 3 times per
day, or as per doctor’s instructions. Massage gently to allow product to penetrate area.
OVERDOSAGE AND TREATMENT: Overdosage may cause hotness, headache, dizziness,
confusion, anxiety, trembling, fits. Discontinue treatment, rinse skin and consult your doctor. In the
case of accidental swallowing of SARTOL, seek medical attention inmediately and state the name
of product and quantity swallowed in order to receive treatment. If more than 50 mls is swallowed,
stomach should be emptied by gastric washout and aspiration. Administer saline purgative, such as

EIGENSCHAFTEN: SARTOL is eine juckreizlindernde Lotion, mit zwei Wirkstoffen, die leicht
lokalanästhesierend wirken und in eine Emulsionsgrundlage von Paraffin eingearbeitet sind.

INDIKATIONEN:
SARTOL – Lotion dient der symptomatischen Linderung von Juckreiz del Hault, wie z. B. Bei
Urtikaria, Sonnenbrand, Insektenstichen etc.
KONTRAINDIKATIONEN: Überempfindlichkeit gegen einen der Inhaltsstoffe. Verletzte, erodierte
und gereizte Haut. Nässende, entzündete Dermatitis. Kinder unter 3 Jahren.
VORSICHTSMABNAHMEN BEI DER ANWENDUNG: Nur für die äuBerliche Anwendung
bestimmt. Die Berührug von Augen, Mund sich die Reizung nach dem Auftragen von SARTOL
verstärkt, soll die Lotion nicht mehr angewendet werden. Eine längere oder groBflächige
Anwendung ist dann zu vermeiden. Wenn die Symptome länger als 7 tage anhalten oder sich
verschlechtern oder eine Entz¨ndung entsteht, muB die anwendung unterbrochen werden und der
Arzt befragt werden.
WECHSELWIRKUNGEN: Nicht bekannt.
WARNHINWEISE: Anwendung während Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit: SARTOL darf während
der Stillzeit nicht auf den Brustwarzen oder der umliegenden Haut aufgetragen werden: Darüber
hinaus besteht keine spezifische Information. Siehe Art der Annwendung. Benutzung bei Kindern:
SARTOL – Lotion wird für Kinder unter 3 Jahren nicht empfohlen. Bei Kindern zwischen 3 und 7
Jahren soll der Arzt befragt werden. Auswirkungen der Behandlung auf die Fahrtüchtigkeit
oder Handhabung von bestimmeten Maschinen: Sind nicht beschrieben worden.
ART DER ANWENDUNG: Zum Auftragen auf die Haut. Man trägt eine Kleine Menge 2 bis 3 mal
täglich unter sanftem Einmassieren auf die betroffene Stelle auf.
ÜBERDOSIERUNG: Eine Uberdosierung kann hitzegefülh, Kopfschmerzen, Schwindel, Verwirrung,
Unruhe, Zittern und Konvulsionen verursachen. In einem solchen Fall muB die Behanlung
eingestellt, die Haut abgespült und Artz um Rat gefratgt werden. Im Fall einer irrtümlichen
Einnahme von SARTOL mub sofort ein Krankenhaus aufgesucht werden, wo der Name des
Produktes und die verschluckte Menge angegeben werden müssen, um eine entsprechende
Behandlung in die Wege zu leiten. Wenn mehr als 50 ml eingenommen wurden, muB der magen
mittels Magenspülung und Aussaugung entleert werden. Es wird dann ein salzhaltiges Abführmittel
wie. B. 30 g Natriumsulfat in 250 ml Wasser eingegeben. Befragen Sie die toxikologische

NEBENWIRKUNGEN: In einigen Fällen sind allergische Reaktionen (Brennen oder
Hautausschlang) aufgetreten. Wenn dies geschieht, muB die Anwendung des Produktes eingestellt
werden: Wenn irgendeine andere Nebenwirkung beobachtet wird, die bisher nicht beschrieben ist,
fragen Sie Ihren Arzt oder apotheker.
LAGERUNGSHINWEISE: Unter 25ºC lagern.
VERFALLDATUM: dieses Medikament darf nach dem Verpackung angegebenen Verfalldatum
nicht mehr angewandt werden.
