The local Bakery provides fresh bread every morning. To make an order, please, make

We offer change of towels free of charge every 3-4 days of stay for the guests who stay 6
days or longer. Please contact the reception if you wish a change of your sheets and

There is a choice of mobile phone chargers at the reception. A deposit of € 40.00 is
applied. The deposit is returned after the return of a charger.

Check-in time is 16.00. If you arrive earlier, we can store your luggage in the house.

Check-out time is 10.00 am. If you wish to delay your departure, please contact us.
CHURCH
There are two churches in Gosau - Catholic and Protestant. Regular services begin at
9.00. For special service times and further information, please ask.

Please note that smoking is not permitted in the house. Ashtrays are provided outside. If
you need an ashtray on your balcony, we shall provide you with one. Please, ask.
CLEANING
No cleanig services on the daily basis are provided. If you wish your apartment cleaned,

DISABLED ACCESS
Unfortunately, the house is constructed in such a way, that access on a wheel-chair is not
possible.

The next gas station is located in the Gosausee Landstraße, halfway to the village center.

GUEST CARD
Upon arrival you will find a Guest Card in your apartment. Please, fill it out correctly, so
you can enjoy the privileges of a free ski bus, free entrance to the local swimming pool
and other discounts in the region. A brown cardboard copy belongs to you, thin slips to be
returned to us. Please, remember to carry it with you.
The guests staying for at least 3 days, by presenting this Guest Card, can pick up their
Salzkammergut Winter/Summer Holiday Card at the Tourism Office, and enjoy even more
privileges in the area! For more information please, contact us.
HAIR-DRESSER
Local hair-dresser “Huemer”. Gosau 532, Tel. (06136) 20722. We shall be happy to assist
you in making an appointment.
HEATING
Heat regulators are located directly on the heaters. If any problems with heating occur,
please, contact us. If it is too warm in your apartment, please, make the heating lower

RECEPTION
Reception is open from 8.00 till 10.00, 13.00 till 14.00 and 17.00 till 18.00.
If you have any questions or concerns, you can always reach us at “9” from your apartment.
RECYCLING
There is a fine possibility in our house to implement respect for environment by sorting
out garbage.
You will find three types of garbage bins by the small building (“Garage”) in the left
corner of the parking lot:
YELLOW - for plastic (plastic bottles, packaging, yogurt cups, etc.)
RED – for paper and carton, including milk and juice cartons
BLACK for the rest.
The smaller black bins are for GLASS and ALUMINIUM cans and packages. Please,
DO NOT PLACE BROKEN GLASS! We collect it separately.
OLD CLOTHING and SHOES can also be recycled. Please, place them near the bins,
and we shall take them to the recycling station.
We shall be happy to provide you with additional garbage bags for separate collection.
Thank you for your support. Let’s keep the Earth clean and safe for ourselves and for
our children!
SANITARY ARTICLES
We provide sanitary articles such as tooth-kit, shaving kit, hair combs, etc. at the
reception. Please enquire.
SAUNA
The Finnish and steam saunas are located on the 3rd Floor of the house.
Opening hours: 16.00 to 19.00 pm.
Please, bring your slippers and bathrobes with you. We provide our guests with sauna
towels. Please, place them in the basket after use.
To bring and consume food and drinks in the Sauna area is not allowed. We offer our
guests drinking water and some fruit in the relaxation room.

center of the village. Fruit and vegetables, local specialties, magazines and newspapers, flowers, souvenirs, postcards, and a lot more. A small handiworks department
offers a wide choice of wool and cotton for knitting, as well as some goods for sewing.

“Ze-Café”, №458, located in the middle part of the village, 300 m from the Hornspitz

SKI BUS
We are very fortunate to be located directly by the ski lift. But if you wish to take a bus to
go, for example to the Panorama Zwieselalm Skilift or to another skiing are (Krippenstein,
for example), the bus stop is located 100 m from our house, in the direction of the center.
The ski bus is free for all skiers/snowboarder and for our guests. If you travel without ski/
snowboard, please do not forget to present your guest card to the driver.

SKI STORAGE ROOM
All our guests have an access to an individual ski locker in the ski storage room. It is located in the basement. You can safely store your ski equipment there.
Please, note that the shoe drier turns on automatically twice a day: in the evening, and
early in the morning.
Please, make sure you put/take off your ski boots only in ski room. Ski equipment is not
allowed in the house.

SUPPLIES for apartments
We are providing our guests with individual sets of shampoo/shower gel, soap, some
sanitary items, toilet paper, dish washing liquid, spare garbage bags, etc. Further supplies
are provided by the guests themselves. All the supplies for self-catering and living can be
purchased in local shops and supermarkets.

SWIMMING POOL
The local swimming pool – Hallenbad– is a fine possibility to relax after a sporty day. It
is located in the central part of Gosau. It offers a full-size indoor swimming pool, sauna,
steam bath, solarium and a panorama view at the Gosaukamm mountain range.
Our guests can enjoy a privilege of free entrance to the swimming pool. Additional services, such as sauna, solarium, etc. are for additional but also discounted charge.
IMPORTANT: to enjoy the privilege, you must present your Guest Card at the entrance.

TRAIN / BUS
You can go as far as Gosausee in one direction, and Bad Ischl in the other by bus.
In winter, the bus is free for our guests (a filled-out guest card must be presented).
Current schedule can be found at the bus stop. The train station, closest to Gosau is
Steeg-Gosau. The bus from the house goes directly to the train station. Another train
station is located in Golling, an hour bus-ride from the house.
TRANSPORT SERVICES
We offer transfers to and from airports (Salzburg, Vienna, Munich, and others) and to
the nearby locations. Maximum capacity of the minibus 8 persons. Please contact the
Reception for more information.

Mit Ihrer ausgefüllten Gästekarte können Sie den Bus im Winter kostenfei nutzen. Den
aktuellen Fahrplan finden Sie an der Haltestelle. Der nächste Bahnhof ist in „Gosau-Steg“,
der Bus fährt direkt dort hin. Ein weiterer Bahnhof befindet sich in Golling, ca. eine halbe
Stunde Fahrtzeit entfernt.

RECYCLING
Wir haben in unserem Haus die Möglichkeit die Umwelt zu schützen, in dem wir eine
getrennte Müllentsorgung anbieten. Sie finden drei verschiedene Tonnen in dem kleinen
Garagengebäude auf dem Parkplatz.
GELB für Plastik (Plastikflaschen, Verpackungen, Joghurt Becher etc.)
Rot für Papier und Karton inkl. Milch und Saftkartons
Schwarz für den Restmüll.
Die kleinen schwarzen Tonnen sind für GLAS und ALLUMINIUM Dosen und Verpackungen. Bitte deponieren Sie kein zerbrochenes Glas, wie sammeln es extra.
FAM
ALTE KLEIDUNG und SCHUHE können Sie auch neben die Tonnen legen, wir bringen
diese dann ebenfalls zum Recycling Center.
Gerne statten wir Sie mit weiteren Abfallbehältern aus.

Eine Finnische Sauna und eine Dampfsauna finden Sie im 3. Obergeschoss des Hauses.

Bitte werfen Sie diese nach Benutzung in den bereitgestellten Korb.
Bitte bringen Sie keine Getränke und kein Essen in den Saunabereich. Wir stellen Ihnen
dort frisches Wasser und Früchte bereit.
SCHWIMMBAD / HALLENBAD GOSAU
Bietet eine gute Möglichkeit nach einem sportlichen Tag zu entspannen. Vom grossen Pool
aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick über den Gosaukamm. Ausgestattet mit Sauna, Dampfbad und Solarium. Unsere Gäste genießen das Privileg eines freien Eintritts in das Bad.
Alle weiteren Angebote wie Sauna, Solarium etc. können Sie zu einem ermäßigtem Preis
buchen. WICHTIG:
Um diese Vorteile zu genießen, müssen Sie die Gästekarte am Eingang vorzeigen!
Das Hallenbad liegt im Vordertal, Hausnummer 347, in der Nähe des Kulturzentrums.

SKI BUS
Unser Haus befindet sich glücklicherweise direkt gegenüber der Skilifte. Möchten Sie dennoch den Bus nutzen um, zum Beispiel, zur Panorama Bahn Zwieselalm oder in ein anderes Skigebiet, zum Beispiel in die Krippenstein Area, zu fahren, so finden Sie die Bushaltestelle nur 100 m vom Haus in Richtung Vordertal entfernt.
Der Ski Bus ist für unsere Gäste kostenfrei - bitte zeigen Sie dem Fahrer Ihre Gästekarte.
