Einleitungs- und Mehrleitungs-Zentralschmierung
Das Einleitungssystem wird für kleine und mittlere Maschinen verwendet. Es zeichnet sich durch einfache
Auslegung, Installation und Erweiterungsmöglichkeiten aus. Mehrleitungssysteme werden verwendet, wenn die
Einzelschmierstellen weit auseinander liegen. Jeder Auslass der Pumpe läßt sich separat regeln und führt direkt zur
Schmierstelle.
Schmierstoff:
Öl und Fließfett NLGI 000-0 (Einleitung)
Öl, Fließfett NLGI 000,00 und Fett bis NLGI 3 (Mehrleitung)
Single line and multi line centralised lubrication
The single line system can be used for small and medium sized machines. Design, installation and extension are
easy to realize. Multi line systems are used for applications with widely separated lub points. Each outlet of the
pump can be adjusted separately and leads directly to the lub point.
Lubricant:
Oil and fluid grease NLGI 000-0 (single line)
Oil, fluid grease NLGI 000,00 and grease up to NLGI 3 (multi line)

Facile à installer, différentes possibilités d'extensions vers d'autres machines. Le système de lubrification multi-ligne
pour points de graissage éloignés. Chaque sortie de pompe se raccord directement au point de graissage et se
règle individuellement.

Das Zweileitungssystem stellt die klassische Lösung zur Schmierung großer Anlagen dar. Progressivverteiler sind
bei modernen Zentralschmieranlagen nicht mehr wegzudenken, da sie mit nur einer Zuführung mehrere
Schmierstellen versorgen können. Zwangsweise gesteuerte Dosierkolben ermöglichen eine einfache
Überwachung der Verteilerfunktion. BEKA liefert Progressivverteiler für alle Anwendungsbereiche.

Progressive and dual line system
The dual line system represents the classic solution for lubricating large plants. Progressive distributors are
indispensable within modern central lubrication systems as they can cover several lubrication sites with only one
supply. Push-pull metering pistons allow an effective monitoring of the distribution. BEKA supplies progressive
distributors for all areas of application.

Le système à deux conduites représente la solution classique de graissage pour grandes installations. Les
distributeurs progressifs sont aujourd’hui une partie intégrante des graissages centraux modernes. Ils ne
nécessitent qu’un seul système d’alimentation pour plusieurs points de graissage. Des pistons doseurs à
commande forcée permettent une surveillance simplifiée du fonctionnement des distributeurs. BEKA fournit des
distributeurs progressifs pour tous les domaines d’utilisation.
