photonics e. V. are granted a general discount of 10 % on these fees.
Payments should be made on receipt of invoice. For payment with credit
cards, a service fee of 7 % will be charged.
The conference fees include the casual reception, admission to the presentations, the accompanying exhibition, the conference banquet, the cocktail
session, lunch for three days, refreshments and coffee breaks.
The participant may cancel the event up to 14 days prior to its commencement in return for 50 % of the participation fee. Thereafter, or should the
participant fail to appear, we will charge the full participation fee.
Bayerisches Laserzentrum GmbH will accept a replacement participant
without any additional charges. Cancellations, revocations or changes in
bookings must be in writing.

International Scientific Committee
The proceedings of LANE 2014 will be published as a special
issue in Elsevier's online journal Physics Procedia. By allowing
conference delegates to publish their reviewed and accepted
papers in a dedicated online issue on ScienceDirect, which is
then made freely available throughout the world, Physics
Procedia facilitates a fast dissemination. In addition, all papers
will also be incorporated into Scopus.
