1/2 cup cottage cheese topped with 1 Tbsp. chopped almonds, 1 Tbsp. chopped walnuts, and a
dash of cinnamon. Serve with coffee with half-and-half.

LUNCH: Tuna Avocado Boats
In a bowl, combine 1/2 can tuna, a chopped scallion, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tsp. paprika, 1 Tbsp.
mayonnaise, and 1 tsp. lemon juice. Cut an avocado in half and remove the pit. Place the tuna mixture
into one cavity of the avocado. Sprinkle with paprika (if desired) and serve with 5 celery sticks and 5
slices of radish.

DINNER: Buffalo Wings Lettuce Wraps
Slice 1/2 lb. skinless chicken thighs into small strips. Toss the meat, 2 tsp. chipotle powder, 1/2 tsp. garlic
powder, 1/2 tsp. onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. In a skillet on medium high, melt 1
tsp. butter and then cook thighs thoroughly for 5-10 minutes. Serve in 6 Romaine lettuce leaves topped
with 1/4 sliced avocado, 8 chopped cherry tomatoes, and 2 chopped scallions, spread evenly.

LUNCH: Artisan Feta Flatbread
In a skillet over medium high heat, add 1 cup turkey, 1 Tbsp. oregano, 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper,
and salt and pepper until meat is browned. Put turkey mixture on top of a whole-wheat wrap with 2
Tbsp feta. Put under broiler until cheese is melted. Serve with fresh parsley.

2 sticks butter, softened
2/3 cup Truvia Baking Blend
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup unsweetened whey protein powder
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 oz. 87% dark chocolate, chopped
1 cup chopped walnuts

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a
baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix together all ingredients in a large
bowl, then spoon onto the lined baking
sheet.
3. Freeze for 5 minutes, then bake for
9-10 minutes.

DIRECTIONS
1. In a bowl, mix together the dry
ingredients. In another bowl, mix
together the wet ingredients.
2. Combine dry mixture into wet
mixture.
3. Put 1/4 of the batter into a coffee
mug and microwave for 1 minute.
4. Remove from mug and top with
whipped cream. Refrigerate remaining
batter for later.

1. Preheat waffle iron. Mix together all
ingredients in a bowl.
2. Spray waffle iron with cooking spray,
then pour half of the batter into the
warm iron. Cook until golden brown.

I was desperate to lose weight. Then I started

days that raise your feel-good neurotransmitter, serotonin and keep you feeling happy.
The 100 is for rapid weight loss and limits your Sugar Calories to 100 per day all week. This is a great program for

CAN I FOLLOW THIS PLAN IF I AM A WOMAN UNDER 40 OR A MAN? WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?
This program is designed specifically to address the needs of women over 40, however, this way of eating is completely valid and safe for anyone to use. I have had many clients who had their husbands follow along with them and see

HOW CLOSELY DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW THE MENU FOR IT TO WORK?
The weekly menu is a stress free way to ensure you are under your daily Sugar Calorie limit and start fixing your
metabolism.
That being said, if you choose to alter a meal, go for it. You just have to do your own due diligence and make sure your
Sugar Calorie value is similar. If a meal calls for chicken and you would rather have steak, then by all means substitute the
steak. If it has cheese and you don’t want cheese, then don’t add the cheese. The more you truly stick to the plan, the
more weight you will lose.
WHAT IF I AM A VEGAN OR VEGITARIAN?
This program is easily adabtable to your vegan or vegetarian lifestyle. Some of my favortive brands include Ener-G,
Tofutti, and Quorn Foods. Quorn has some great chicken alternatives that are delicious and Ener-G has a great egg
replacement. You can also simply omit what you do not eat. Just make sure you are getting a balanced meal.
WHAT IF I AM GLUTEN FREE?
There are many great options I recommend for those who do not or cannot eat gluten. Some of my favorite brands
include Bob’s Red Mill, Ener-G and Rudi’s. They have many great gluten free substitutions for breads, pastas, and other
gluten free items that taste delicious.
Also, Boar’s Head bacon is gluten free…another one of my favorites.
