THRONE is a substantial yet delicate armchair. Made from powder-coated industrial readymades, it is carefully welded together to reveal its significant graphical shape and minimalistic construction. Referencing the classic Monobloc chair, round and angled shapes come together to form a harmonious whole. Viewed from different angles, THRONE changes it shape.
Its generous seating area can also be used as a storage area for books or
as a side table. It will expose its qualities the best as a free-standing object
in the living room or foyer.
THRONE ist ein substantieller und feingliedriger Armlehnenstuhl. Pulverbeschichtete industrielle Halbzeuge werden mit Expertise zusammengefügt, um
den spezifisch grafischen Charakter und die minimalistische Konstruktion
des Stuhls hervorzuheben. Den klassischen Monobloc-Stuhl zitierend, kommen beim THRONE runde und eckige Formen zusammen, um ein harmonisches Ganzes zu formen. Aus unterschiedlichen Winkeln betrachtet, überrascht der THRONE immer wieder mit neuen Perspektiven. Die großzügig
konzipierte Sitzfläche eignet sich auch als Bücherablage oder als Beistelltisch. Seine Wirkung entfaltet der THRONE am besten als ein freistehendes
Objekt im Wohnzimmer oder Foyer.
