What are the essentials of a child‘s development in education to face the demands of the 21stcentury?
How Waldorf Education provides a curriculum that can be a better and more stable health for later in life?
The knowledge of the 12 senses is necessary in order to understand the psychological problems of human
and how one can help. The curriculum of the Waldorf schools is following the developmental needs of the
human being and the 12 senses this will be the main content of this lecture.
When 12 senses are nourished and well developed , the child can thrive physically, mentally, emotionally
and spiritually, enabling them to find freedom in learning, purpose in life, healthy self-awareness, concern
for others and respect for the world. This gives the child’s readiness, confidence , flexibility to meet the
demanding world
The Waldorf/Steiner education has a curriculum which includes artistic activities right from Kindergarten
up to grade 12 and is focusing on the competences that are needed to face the demands of a globalized
economy in the 21st century.
