Geschirmte Leitungen in Torsionsanwendungen waren in der Vergangenheit

eine geschirmte tordierbare Einzelader lieferbar. Mit über 3 Mio. Torsionsbewegungen auf ± 270° bereits getestet! Torsionsversuche im igus Labor mit Typ CFROBOT 037 in einer Triflex R - Testvorrichtung, gegen
Standard Chainflex -Leitungen der Serie 310 mit 270° Drehwinkel zeigten
auch nach 2,5 Mio Zyklen keinerlei Beschädigungen der CFROBOT Leitung.

DryLin T-Kunststoff-Lineargleitführungen wartungsfrei, einstellbar und leise
DryLin T-Lineargleitführungen wurden speziell für Anwendungen in der
Automatisierung und Handhabung entwickelt. Das Entwicklungsziel
wurde auf eine robuste Linearführung für den Einsatz in unterschiedlichsten - auch extremen - Umgebungen gelegt. Zum Beispiel fordern Kunden
aus dem Bereich Schweißen elektrisch isolierende Linearführungen.
Schweißspritzer dürfen nirgendwo anhaften. DryLin verzichtet komplett
auf Schmierung und die Wartung kann drastisch reduziert werden
Die EURO-C Schweißzange wird in der Automobilindustrie zum
Punktschweißen von Karosserieteilen eingesetzt. Auch in Umgebungen
mit Schweißspritzern und Schweißstaub schafft der Einsatz der extrem
schmutzunempfindlichen DryLin T Lineargleitführung den Spagat zwischen hoher Lebensdauer und geringen Kosten.

DryLin T linear guide systems were originally developed for applications
in both automation and materials handling. The goal was to create a high
performance, maintenance-free linear guide for use in the most diverse,
even extreme environments. For example customers from the area of
welding asked for electrically insulating linear guides. Welding sparks are
not allowed to stick to the guide. DryLin needs no lubrication and drastically reduces maintenance requirements

iglidur PRT ist ein Rundtischlager mit den bewährten Vorteilen der
igus -Polymer-Gleitlager wie Wartungsfreiheit, Schmiermittelfreiheit

Im Roboter finden diese Rundtischlager am Roboterkopf Verwendung.

Anwendungen mit hohen Taktzahlen, Geschwindigkeiten und Beschleunigungen bei anspruchsvollen Umgebungsbedingungen, erfordern
besonders bei Energieketten und -Leitungen sowie Polymer-Gleitlagern
und Linearsystemen erprobte und funktionssichere Systeme. igus testet
ständig im eigenen Labor unter realen Bedingungen. Pro Jahr werden über
2.000 Versuche bei E-Ketten und Leitungen und über 5.000 Versuche bei
Gleitlagern durchgeführt. Schwerpunkte unserer Prüfungen sind Zug- und
Schubkräfte, Reibwerte sowie Verschleißraten. Einfluss wie Geschwindigkeit, Belastung, Schmutz, Witterung, Temperatur oder Stöße und Schläge
werden getestet. Tests von elektrischen Leitungen, Medien-, Hydraulik- und

Applications involving high cycle counts, speeds and accelerations or
demanding environmental conditions require proven systems providing
durable and reliable operation, especially when it comes to energy chains,
cables, polymer plain bearings and linear systems. igus regularly conducts tests at its own laboratory under realistic conditions. Every year, we
conduct more than 2,000 tests on E-Chains and cables, and over 5,000
tests on plain bearings. These tests focus on push/pull forces, coefficients
of friction and wear, drive forces and abrasion under all possible conditions at diverse speeds. Influential factors like dirt accumulation, weathering, temperature and impact are examined. Tests are also performed on
electric cables, media hoses as well as hydraulic and pneumatic hoses of
all kinds. Our laboratory is at your disposal. Should we happen to lack a
ready solution for your special problems, we will gladly conduct tests according to your requirements.
