Wood Covering Paint 452

Technical qualities:
Solvent-free, colored and covering thick-layer
stain from renewable resources for open-pored
wood treatment exterior. Waterproof and
weatherproof with improved film protection. The
finish is of lasting flexibility and does not tend to
brittle. It is therefore very suitable for
refurbishments. By proper application a good UVprotection is obtained. Silky.
Storage:
Tightly closed and out of reach of children. Dry
and cool but frost-free.
Range of application:
For treatment of hardwood and softwood exterior
such as eg wooden paneling, carports, log
houses. Rich contents wood types such as oak,
chestnut and some tropical woods may affect
drying time. Only use for these substrates after
doing a trial coating.
Disposal:
According
to
locally
regulated
laws.
Dried residues can be disposed as domestic
waste.

Ingredients:
Polymerisat of natural oils, fatty acids and resins,
water, earth and mineral pigments, plant-based
emulsifier, stabilizers and drying agents lead and
barium-free, methylcellulose, 3-Jod-2propinylbutylcarbamat (max. 0,2%) und
2-Octyl-2H-isothiazol-3-on
(<0,01%).
The
product contains max. 2 g/l VOC. EU limit value
for this product (cat. d / 2010) is max. 130 g/l.
Colors:
White, swedish red, blue, green, grey
Application:
Stir well before use. The substrate must be dry ,
clean, solid and free of dust.
Old coatings have to adhere firmly. Do not apply
below 10°C. Apply with a brush thinly and evenly
along the line of the fibers.
Drying time:
At 20°C and average humidity dry after 3-5 hours
and recoatable after 24 hours. Low temperatures
and high humidity may delay drying time.
Shelf life:
Unopened for at least 4 years.
Cleaning tools:
Immediately after work with G-Nature Thinner.
Safety advice:
Repeated contact may cause brittle and chapped
skin. Contains 3-Jod-2-propinylbutylcarbamat
(max. 0,2%) and 2-Octyl-2H-isothiazol-3-on
(<0,01%). May cause allergic reactions.
Keep out of reach of children. IF SWALLOWED:
Immediately call a POISIN CENTER / doctor. Do
NOT induce vomiting. Avoid release to the
environment.
Put work materials such as rags, sponges,
grinding dust which are soaked with the product
in an airtight metal container or in water and then
dispose, otherwise there is danger of
spontaneous combustion caused by the plant oil
content. The product itself is not selfigniting.
When drying ensure adequate ventilation. A
typical smell may arise due to the natural raw
materials. When using sprayers wear an
approved respirator. When sanding wear a fine
dust mask!

Consumption:
Approx 75 - 90 ml/m² or 11 - 13 m2/l per coat
